The second jacket, picture attached, was gently worn 4 times before it shredded in TWO places in the back of the jacket. That Saturday I receive a US Postal bag with the jacket and the attached letter suggesting that my purse ruined the jacket that I should find a seamstress who might be able to repair it. The evening the jacket shredded, I was hosting a catered dinner party at my home and didn't even have a purse near it. Is this what customer service is today? It will be a long time, if ever, before that store sees me again.

There was a whole room full of tops, and two racks of jeans. There were even more random sale items throughout the store, not in the sale section. I was quite surprised. I waited in line twice, once to return, and once to buy my jeans. Neither wait was long at all - just one person ahead of me, quite quick. I don't know why this store such poor reviews, because I had a pleasant experience here!

Not only that, but they seemed displeased to even see a customer there and it wasn't even closing time. Considering how quiet and empty the store has been lately (at least during weekdays when I've gone), management should consider the types of folks they are hiring, and also not make the entire main floor look like bland denim central. The giant PILCRO sign and just the overwhelm of all the denim, and overpriced products (for cheap polyester quality) and lack of tester-opportunities of the perfumes (no perfume tester papers even to spray the perfume on--but instead MINI SAMPLE PERFUMES FOR PURCHASE, WTF) it's like this store is wanting to go out of business.
