10/10 service! 10/10 menu! 10/10 everything. So glad we went in. Had a quick and peaceful lunch. Thank you to our server he was on it.

Came here on a Saturday night on the early side since we have younger kids. It was busy and we had to wait a little for a table. The food was pretty good. We enjoyed the Thai calamari as an appetizer, my husband had the shrimp tacos but said they were a little heavy on the sauces. I really enjoyed the southwestern salad with the habanero ranch, great flavors. Took the street corn from my husbands dish and added it to the salad for some more flavor. My only complaint is that service was pretty slow. They wait staff was all very friendly and hustling around all night so not sure where the disconnect comes in. Luckily we ordered the kids food right away and it came out fast but ours just seemed to take very long. We will give it another shot forsure.

This was a super serendipitous find that I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon! The food was truly top-tier. Our server Aiden was extremely accommodating to our table's dietary restrictions, and the ambiance was great for a night out with friends! The pretzel and beer cheese appetizer came out perfectly, and you MUST if possible try the (huge) cookie ice cream sandwich-- I recommend sharing it with the table.

    Jared's rum punch

Paige and Alyssa were awesome!! Jared's rum punch is to die for!! Sasha and Blake are wizards in the kitchen Thank you for a great night

Forgot the name but it had a pretzel bun with beer cheese. What more can you ask for?

Good service, the waitress was very friendly. Went there on a Tuesday around 2:00 and it was busier than I would have expected for it's quiet location. The menu offers a unique twist on traditional pub food. Juke box, kid friendly at least during the day. There's also a small outside seating area with patio furniture that looks over at the parking lot but still seemed like a great place to have a drink with a few friends. I'm glad it's in my neighborhood. Definitely going back.

Chicken Cutlet Family Meal. Curbside during Covid-19.

So great! We ordered the Chicken Cutlet Family Meal during the pandemic (maybe sometime in April) for pick up one night. Check this out, this is the description of what you get, all for $60: Chicken Cutlet Dinner (6-10 Cutlets Depending on Size) cutlets will be over mixed greens with lemon wedges with Mashed Potatoes, Penne Pasta with your choice of Sauce (Marinara, Carbonara, Vodka), Salad, Bread and a Bottle of Wine Red or White. DID YOU READ THAT? WINE. Ok.. so we didn't receive any bread and the chicken wasn't on top of any mixed greens, but oh snap, look at how much food we received! If I recall, we ate it for like the next 3 days. (Be sure to see the picture included). We did order a second time, for Mother's day pick up and got the steak family dinner instead. This one was $70 and included: 4 12oz. N.Y. Strip Steaks comes with Mashed Potatoes, Penne Pasta with your choice of Sauce (Marinara, Carbonara, Vodka), Salad Bread and a Bottle of Wine Red or White. We only received one tray of penne, not 2 like we did prior... Yes, it was steak, but for more money we got less food than before. Can't speak to how it is to dine there, their drinks or individual entrees as these were both take out meals. Regardless, this is some great quality food.

Very basic. Asked for flavoring and they have more sweeter stuff: strawberry, pomegranate Food and drinks were all out quick We were specifically looking for dog friendly places online and found an ad for "Yappy hour"; dog friendly food and drinks. Although this was an ad from last year unknowingly, we were still able to get a puppy bowl for our dog (hamburger, hotdog carrots and treats). Who I'm assuming was the owner, came out, greeted us, made some small talk and was on his way. Staff were friendly and food was good.

In the warmer months, there are several picnic tables to enjoy your meal outside (this area is dog friendly too!). My friend and I sat at the bar and were lucky enough to be greeted with some live music. The bartender was friendly and attentive. The menu isn't large, but it has a good variety of food and drink options. I opted for the Cowboy Griddle Wrap with chicken and a pumpkin cider. The wrap was flavorful with cowboy caviar, avocado, and cilantro lime aioli with chicken and melted cheddar cheese. If you are in the area, it's a great spot for a quick drink and bite to eat.

Called a few days prior to see if we could get a table and they kept saying they were booked unless we wanted to come in at 10:00am. I said no thank you and tried again the next day....they said no again but to call again at night to see if there were any cancellations. So I called again and they said we could come at 12:30 which is the time we preferred (it was either that or 1:00 - can't remember the exact time). Upon arriving, the room down below appeared to be full, but there were many tables up top that were empty. Maybe there weren't enough servers to accommodate more tables, but it definitely wasn't booked up so not sure why they kept telling me they couldn't accommodate us at the time we preferred. Ambiance really nice - overlooking the golf course. We walked around after brunch around the cart path. Nice walk - even in the cold. I got the Lyman's Egg Benedict with gluten free bread and fruit on the side. Boyfriend got the Western Omelet with bacon instead of ham. Home fries very tasty however lukewarm. I would like to come back for one of their events as they seem to have a lot going on. Their drink menu looks cool too.

The restaurant was very busy due to the beautiful October day. We arrived, it was still the brunch menu. They had so many great choices along with a few lunch items added in. We decided to wait the 20 minutes for the lunch menu. We ordered chili and a burger. We had some exceptions but the waitress was accommodating and our food came out exactly as we had ordered it. Along with the diverse items for lunch, they also have a great beer on tap menu which includes their local cider. If you're in the area picking some fruits or vegetables, definitely stop in and have a beer and some lunch.

The atmosphere is straight up bar but we still felt comfortable with our teens with us. It would have been fine with smaller children too as the restaurant seating is away from the bar area. The beer menu was fairly comprehensive. They have their own brews and have many local CT craft brews on draft. They also have some cans and bottles if that's your thing. I didn't notice any crazy rare lambics but that's not what we were looking for. We had a few hazies and few stouts and everything was delightful. Our server Anna was a seasoned pro. She knew the menu and exactly when to come by our table to check in. We had some pulled pork nachos and there was plenty to go around. The dry rub on the wings was delicious and the wings themselves were cooked right. Overall, if you find yourself in Middletown looking for a nice beer and some decent food, this is a great choice!

Great for the warmer months when joined by a couple of friends. I am giving this a 3 stars because the last time me & my partner visited we did not get the same welcoming attitudes which we experienced in our previous visits. Another weird vibe I got was when I was ordering another round of beers for both my boyfriend and I -- my order was taken last despite standing/waiting at the bar before other patron's. I was the only woman standing there so I am not sure if this had something to do with it.... Definitely a college bar-type atmosphere. I will say the crispy brussels & spinach and artichoke dip were tasty and cooked very well.
