He did a complete bathroom remodel and took an old tired 30 years bathroom and brought it back to life. Tile work and framing to remove a drop ceiling opened up the bath from a dungeon feel and made the space more usable. Installed 2 roof vents and put in a garage exhaust vent removing the hot air. At our current house he has installed under cabinet lighting, replacing light fixtures and ceiling fan. Installed a big dog door and placed a motion detection light for the night visits for the dogs to the backyard. The dog door looks original to the house. He did major updates to our electrical system adding custom layout for my wife's sewing room. She has an excess of power strips now and no more tripped breakers. Put in a photo cell controlled outside yard light post. The inside of the house was painted from ceiling, walls and baseboards all while we stayed in the house. His employees are nice and friendly, on time, all the while keeps the house clean and respectful of the property. We will have a few more projects now moving to the outside of the house including replacing wood trim that has swollen and delaminated with material that will withstand the elements and finally paint the outside. We have recommended CAID to several friends which all were delighted with his work and fair prices. He has completed all our projects on time on budget and we could not be more happy with Paul and his work, doesn't hurt he's a really nice guy too. He not only DID NOT do the work in our crawlspace that he was supposed to do, but he charged us $700 more because he said that there was so much more wrong with it than he originally thought. When we got inspections done, it was always flagged for the crawlspace. Also, everytime he would contact us he would always claim that there was a new problem that he found with the house, and that it would be a lot of money to fix. He told us we needed a completely new roof (we didn't even contract him to look at the roof.) He then said it would cost $6,000 to do what's called a layover. Well, my ex and I reluctantly agreed at first for him to do that, until a few days later when he then said it would be $8,500 and then lied and said he never told me $6,000. I can not express how much I hate this person. He is the biggest crook in the treasure valley, and I can only pray I see him again one day to tell him to his face. He threatened to put a mechanics lien on our house if we didn't pay him an extra $1,000 for what he called lost time. Trust me, this guy is bad news. He is a thief. He has no morals, no education (his emails look like a 3rd grader is writing them), no values, is dishonest, and is completely rude. We lost so much money from this moron, but I'm writing this review to hopefully save some poor home owner from getting robbed from this guy.

These guys got right to work prepping the site with plastic to protect the house and fence and then proceeded with the pour. One of the guys stayed behind for almost 4 hours doing the finishing work and it looks great! It will now be so much easier to get the cans and yard equipment in and out of the yard...
