I was in Simi Valley for a little while and I decided to stop for a snack. I noticed a Coffee Bean and a Jamba Juice right next to each other. I decided on Jamba Juice. I walked inside and there was one table and it was taken. None available outside either. Definitely not enough to seat all the people waiting in line. Where do you expect me to sit, Jamba Juice? I ordered my drink and the worker didn't understand how to make it, so I ordered a new drink. I have had it before at other locations. At this place, it was as good. It tasted more sour than sweet and it was less enjoyable. Next time that I am in this area in Simi Valley, I am going to go with the Coffee Bean over Jamba Juice and i recommend that you all do the same. read more

Filthy store. Tasteless drinks. They know it and they don't care. The better looking the employee making your drink is, the worse your drink will be. Their is a metaphor there, teach your sons by showing them what high maintenance girls are all about. We like extra items added in our Jamba Juices and they'll charge us for these extra items, but not put them in. So one more star off for that. If they catch ya nappin' they'll bone ya, make a crummy drink and feel real good about it. So eyes wide open. Very poorly run location. If the store is creepy dirty, how are they handling the food and ingredients and sanitation for the drink prep? Go elsewhere. read more

I got an Açai bowl and it took a really long time. They weren't even that busy but it seems like they forgot about it. I watched the smoothie sit in the blender for a while and get thick so they had to double blend it. When I finally got the bowl they had forgotten both strawberries and blueberries. My friend and I walked in at 7:45pm and they were closing at 8pm. The employees saw us and eagerly hopped over to the cash register to take our smoothie orders. They were both in the middle of cleaning but did not seem annoyed at our arrival. The drinks are good sometimes! I've found them to be very inconsistent, I guess depending on who makes your drink. Sometimes they are very thick but sometimes watery. Occasionally they've been weird and icy. The amount they put in your cup varies a lot too. Sometimes it is overfilled to the point of making a mess. Sometime it isn't full at all. I do love the Chunky Strawberry Topper bowl with peanut butter and granola. So far this one seems to be consistently delicious no matter who makes it. I like the free boosts that they offer. They consistently ask if I would like any additional items like wraps, etc. I've never purchased any of these since it's not why I go to Jamba Juice. I will continue to go here when I'm in the mood for a smoothie. I just hope to get an experienced employee who makes my drink good. read more

I ordered 2 large smoothies and got one that was filled to the brim and tasted great. ON THE OTHER HAND, the other smoothie was given to me 3/4 of the way full! You'd think that at the price point of $7, I wouldn't be handed half a smoothie that tasted so bland I might as well have been drinking water. Terrible Service, they always forget to add my extra boosts, I caught them 6 times, every single time, they say sorry for that and they do the same thing again. So my advise to all patrons, please watch them closely and see if they add your extra boosts that you paid for. This is actually the slowest jamba I've ever been to. Even with just one customer in front of us, ordering a juice and a acai bowl, it took them 20 minutes to make 3 smoothies. And to top off the slow service, you can hear them talking shit about your drinks while they are making them. The drinks tasted fine though. Ordered a large tropical greens (without any modifications) and half way through preparing the drink employee #1 walks to the back and tells another employee "can you finish that tropical greens please?". So employee #2 comes along and asks me "what size was that?" After placing the drink in the blender employee #2 also walks to the back. When the blender stops employee #3 pours it in the cup and hands it to me. It should not take 3 employees to make a simple drink. To top it off the drink was made incorrectly because they did not add chia seeds and upon paying I was asked if I wanted ice in it which I said yes and they did not add ice. If you come to this location I highly recommend that you stand as close to the counter as you can as their making your drink because if they know your not paying attention they will not make it the way its suppose to be made. read more

Came here for a liquid lunch. Walked in to a line. The line moved fairly quickly. I was asked what I wanted. I let them know. They asked for my name. I gave it. They made my thing. (Make it Light + Medium + "Pineapple thingy") After they poured it into a cup they yelled "Medium + Make it light + "Pineapple Thingy" I paused a moment. I knew that was my drink, but I wondered why they took my name if they weren't going to shout it out to let me know my thing was done. Maybe girl behind the counter just wanted to know it for her own purposes. Girl behind the counter should have taken my phone number too. I took my drink outside and sat down at a table outside The Tea Leaf Place. I stole Wi-Fi and drank my drink. It was better than the last Jamba Juice drink I remembered having. Last time I remembered a "dusty" sensation to my drink. But not this time. It was pretty good. $4.75 for a smoothie. That part I'm not so sure about. This is the worst Jamba Juice. The ladies are super slow and lazy. They always forget to heat up your hot food every time. And you have to remind them every single time and then you have to wait longer for them to heat up your food when it could have already been done when your juice was being made. The girls working did not know the menu or where anything was or how to make the bowls. I had to repeat three times my order and point to it on the menu to the girl. They took a long and when I mean long time make my order which was one Island Pitaya Bowl. No one was in the store when I walked in and the people who came after had their orders before mine. After a long wait I was given the wrong order. I had no time left to have it fixed due to having to go to work. I have not had an issue till now. I've been to this Jamba Juice the last 2 days and both days they messed up with something. Yesterday when I went, I ordered 2 medium drinks. The girl ended up making one a small so I had to wait for her to make another one. Once I got my new drink it wasn't blended all the way and the smoothie had icy chunks in it. Today, same thing my smoothie is icy and I am chewing ice every time I take a drink. I probably won't come back to this Jamba again, I'd rather drive up to the Simi mall to get better service. read more

I used to love Jamba Juice, I would always get the berry fulfilling. But in the past year I feel their effort has been lost. I'm 100% convinced that they don't clean their blenders after every drink because one time I ordered my drink and it came out looking like a grey color and really watery, it also tasted like it had bananas and walnuts. I didn't finish that drink. Just now bought the same drink and had my sister and dad try it and they both said it was disgusting, I told my dad that I didn't even want a new one re-made.
