Today I went to Jamba Juice and it was the worst experience. To begin, my boyfriend tried to order something off the secret menu. He pulled up the recipe and the employee said "No we don't do that." That has been the first time a Jamba Juice has refused to make that drink for him. So, he didn't get anything and I got a medium Caribbean Passion. There were about 4 customers waiting for their orders at this time. There were also 5 employees that were working at the time. Despite being fully staffed with 5 employees working, it took at least 20 minutes to make 1 smoothie. Employees took a very long time to make each smoothie and only 1 blender was used at a time. I have never been so unsatisfied with their customer service as I was today. read more

Three stars because the food quality and staff friendliness are still as expected but the cleanliness of the place needs improvement. Floors are sticky and the restroom had me questioning the cleanliness of the kitchen. Perception is first impression. Not sure if I'll return to this location again any time soon. read more

I was quite disappointed when we walked into Jamba Juice yesterday. One of the employees asked my friend if she had a mask and she said no but she was using her hoodie to block her face. My friend told the employee that her face was covered. Her hood was tied around her head so it would not fall off she even had a hat on and all u could see were her eyes. There was 4 of us total. The employee said you need to go outside if you don't have a masks. We all left very chocked at how u will determine what is considered a masks. I believe anything that covers your mouth and nose could be a face masks. It would be nice to know what specific face masks are allowed to get any type of service. read more

Walked in. Took 10 minutes for one of the employees to take my order.. then she took my order and says it'll take about 15 MINUTES to get my drink!! Do not come here. They could have told me it woulda took 15 to get my drink. read more

I've come into jamba this week a few times and just wanted to give a compliment to the worker with the sleeve tattoo I didn't catch her name but she was super fast and got both my smoothies out in under 3 minutes. She seemed to be by herself with a couple of people waiting and she rung them up and go their smoothies out with a great attitude! read more

I love this Jamba Juice! It's one of my favorite places to go after I get a book from Barnes and Noble or getting clothes from Tilly's! The cashiers are always really nice and helpful, especially if you aren't sure what you want to get :) read more

Poor Customer Service. Poor Quality of Food. I went to Jamba Juice on Sat. June 2nd. Arrived and placed my order at 10:46am. I ordered a Apples-N-Green Smoothie and a Roasted Tomato Spinach Feta Sandwich. First, the Cashier,a very nice and pleasant young lady, seemed to be on her first day of work. Overwhelmed and with no help at the Cashier. Did not know the Menu. But she was nice. I waited 31 minutes for my order. I heard them talking and they said their toaster over wasn't working properly. With no apologies for the delay, i was handed my sandwich and smoothie at 11:17am. I arrived at work only to find out that my sandwich was still frozen in the middle. My frustration was also because 3 people that placed orders after I did, got their orders way before me. I understand it is not the young staff fault if equipment is not working properly but communication with customers should be enforced! Not only are the staff at this location super slow, they were obviously short staffed. I love Jamba Juice but this time at this particular location, just simply failed drastically. read more

Went in after work today, and for one, the two female employees made it pretty clear they weren't fond of each other. And secondly, the employee that did take my order was not only giving me dirty looks, but was displaying very poor customer service and acting as if I was wasting her time. And thirdly, when my drink was ready, the same employee didn't call to say my drink was ready until I was already up to go get it. And upon getting it I realized my drink was only 3/4 full. So unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location, and if by chance I do, I will have to make sure it is not a time the employee who took my order is working. read more

This location is actually my fav in north county....I think its because they staff it properly! Obviously all the jamba juice products are streamlined, but my smoothie tastes a little sweeter when I don't have to wait for it for ten minutes. The run a tight ship here which is awesome as we Carlsbad folk are early risers and busy bees! This location gets jammed packed and still smooth sailing. Nice! read more

The one with the short curly hair wearing a black shirt (I believe she was the supervisor) had amazing customer service while the other one, blondie/braided hair could do some work. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND 20 minutes of your day waiting for you drink. I came in here thinking I'll grab a drink before I pick up my daughter from school which is still about 10 minute drive. A girl named aria took my order. They don't make drinks in the order they're made only by what's convenient and quick for them. So everyone had got they're drinks I was the last one even though I ordered before two lady's that got they're drinks and left so now 8 people had been given they're drinks for me. Also every time aria would begin to make my drink she would leave my drink to attend the customer ordering so you would think the other girl who is the manager would pick up the slack to assure I get my drink in a timely manner NOPE SHE JUDT MAKING DRINKS FOR PEOPLE THAT ORDERED AFTER ME. In order to pick up my daughter on time I had to leave no drink and no refund even tho earlier I had asked aria how much longer this would be and I just want a refund she says oh it will be out in a minute ten minutes later no drink so GOODBYE. I call the manager because I want a refund she could care less that I waited forever and said well you left and I had it ready. Total bs she was serving some other ladies drink when I left. I used to come here with much more, but since I make smoothies at home, I only come here one of two menu items. The steel cut oatmeal w/ bananas, and the peanut butter topper. Steel cut is much more filling than regular oatmeal, and the PB topper is an awesome blend of frozen goodness. So just on the fact that his is a healthy place, it rules. A little pricey, but then again, I probably pay more for a drink at the club than for a nutritious breakfast here. read more

I love Jamba Juice. But this particular location has horrible customer service. I've been in a multitude of times at different times of the day and I've waited 10ish minutes without someone coming to the register to greet me and take my order. Sp, I've just walked out. That's happened to me probably 4 times out of the 6 times I've tried to get a smoothie last month. That's at least a $20 dollar loss in profits. If you're store can take that hit kudos. But I will continue to just wait until I arrive downtown each day and hit the Horton Plaza location. read more

I find Jamba Juice employees to be very friendly, but this particular location has some of the friendliest and professional of them all. Customers are always greeted with a warm hello and orders are taken right away. We order two 24oz Kale Orange Powers almost every day and the consistency in the taste from day to day, made by different employees, is spectacular! During lunchtime rush and the occasional unforeseen glitches with the electronics or machinery, you're still in and out in under ten minutes -- The reaction time and team work is a site to be seen! During such times, customers are kept up-to-date on their order by confident staff. I love this place!! read more

Oh Jamba Juice how refreshing you are on a hot day. We visit this location here and there and they are always great. We rarely wait for then 5mins for the entire process for order to drinks in hand. I think the longest part is figuring out should I stick with my same drink or try something new. The staff here is amazing and all super friendly. My only wish is they had some type of coconut pineapple drink. I shall return as cold days do not happen so often here hahaha read more

stopped in here after eating at red lobster nearby (i finally was able to put my gift card to use for No Meat Friday). in accordance with my other jamba juice reviews, i only came here to take advantage of my #fsotd. it's nice though that there are a number of different shops in this busy shopping center. rather nostalgic being back in this shopping center. i remember coming to this location when it was freshly opened back in '02 or '03. it was my very first jamba juice experience. i actually used to work at the Tilly's across the street a looooong time ago. like when i was in high school. grab a smoothie and cruise the aisles at Ross, Barnes & Noble, Tilly's, or Ulta, etc. -civilities. read more
