went in last week to get a protein shake after my workout. usually have great experiences as I get shakes often. But this time the employe that was working was extremely disrespectful and very standoffish. I always get the same one everytime, when I got the shake it tasted gross and I asked if she could remake it. her response was "I made it the same way everyone else does, it won't taste different if I remake it." Muscle Bar hits the spot that both Jamba and Robeks completely miss. MB is like a west coast version of Smoothie King on steroids (or creatine, I don't judge). Sometimes, I just want to pick up a post-workout/recovery smoothie, drive back home with my windows down and pick up the pieces of my life. The first time I walked in there I was helped out by...I forgot their name. But they were super helpful. I placed an order for a Power Peanut Butter and asked them to make it vegan. So they replaced the chocolate protein with vegan chocolate protein, milk for almond milk, and no yogurt. I didn't realize that they have a whole ass vegan menu at the end to the right. It was hard to confirm so just by looking online. There are a couple of pictures of the shakes except the vegan ones. like dang, we workout too! LOL! On the second visit, I didn't catch his name (of course), but he was hella cool and super helpful as well. I ordered the Vegan Shake (pretty much the same thing as the Power Peanut Butter but vegan and with oats. Solid option! My husband loves the Vegan Captn. On the last visit, no one was there, after 9am on a Friday and that was a B U M M E R!! This was my second time coming here hoping my second experience would be better than the last. Both times I've came here and the same blonde girl has been working. The first time I waited about ten minutes when I could clearly see her hanging around with what seemed like her boyfriend in the back.
