The dark haired girl working today at 11:30 with the lip ring was super rude and basically was talking at me instead of explaining how to use my reward. I had two rewards for a free birthday smoothie & 3 off and I wanted to use the $3 off only. The free smoothie reward kept popping up & it was not the one I wanted to use. In the end I ended up being able to use my other reward but not after minutes of her rudely talking at me. She could have explained how to get my other reward without being such a short tempered b****. Someone needs to educate her on customer service read more

It's really sad when they talk about you while you're still on the phone and can hear them. Apparently I'm rude. But they called me names I can't even say because I don't use that kind of language. I go here at least 3 times a week. The team that's there today is the worst. The girl is catty, and feels entitled for some reason. I've never been yelled at or talked about like that in my life. First I called in my order cause I'm in a hurry... I subbed out soy milk for almond milk and the sherbet for plain yogurt. I didn't know it would make her mad! Then I called back for the ingredients, not the measurements but the ingredients for calorie counting purposes. The same girl answered the phone and still had that attitude. I had literally only asked for the ingredients when she all but yells in the phone" please hold on so I can go write this down for you". Then proceeds to talk very loudly about me to her coworkers... how I'm rude and why even get a smoothie if I change it and on and on and on. I'm sitting in my car listening to this when a different girl picks up and tells me the ingredients. Then covers the phone while talking to someone else about how I wanted the ingredient list, (the guy in the background said I could get ingredients but not amounts) and that's all I wanted. I don't think I've ever sat there and listened to employees run me down the river like that. I hate leaving a negative review and I had several people tell me I should report her to the owner but I don't want her to lose her job... but she should get the chip off her shoulder. Learn some customer service skills... this same girl made a huge deal that they couldn't do Apple Pay when I knew they could. This is the second time she's had a horrible attitude towards me. I won't go back to this Jamba Juice. I love Jamba Juice, but this location does not have good customer service. I was ordering my drinks and the girl could not get my gift card to work and she just said that there was no money on it. I told her that it was a gift card for $5. She called the manager over and he was very flustered. She eventually said that there was $2.49 on it. (This was not correct, but I didn't feel like arguing) I paid the difference. As I was ordering, there was 4 other people in the store looking at the menu unsure of what they wanted to order. That is when the manager came over with a bad attitude and tone, being rude saying "You guys need to hurry up and figure out what you want. Just shout out what you want. Let's get these orders started" It made me think, Wow this guy is rude and everything is about customer service. I work in customer service and it the customer is unsure of what they want, we can ask if there was anything specific they were looking for or say something simple as, "Ok, let me know when your ready". read more

The ladies that work here are... how do I say... they don't make you feel great when you walk in the door. I'm always stoked to get Jamba, and then right before I walk in, I remember that I'm going to have to deal with the employees treating me like I'm some sort of socially undesirable turd. If I ask something nice like, "how's your day going?" I get a turned up nose. I can't even say "thank you" without having bad vibes sent my way. I leave more sad than when I came in. So I went in today with my sister and asked for two fruity rocks they gave us a totally different drink that had orange juice it and my sister is allergic even tho the fruity rocks has orange sherbet it doesn't make her break out. To go back in and told they lady that made it that they weren't right and tasted different she quickly got offensive grabbed our drinks and thew them away before asking us if she wanted us to remake them. Very surprised to see the lack of yelp for JJ. Yes, it is pricey so we go here for treats. My daughter likes the PINK STAR...not in the menu but they will make it for you. Super good. There's always a nice flow of people whenever we go there. They do need to do something about that small table for kids...it is dirty and wouldn't want my child to touch any of those stuff. It's pretty much your standard Jamba juice place. They are pretty fast and they are friendly enough. For some reason when we went in the place was super hot inside, not sure why but it felt really good to get outside again, even though it was 45 degrees outside. I am giving two stars because they are wonderful when they are open. However, when I show up 45 minutes before closing and am told they are closed when the sign clearly says they close at 8 PM on Sunday's, it can be a huge let down. Perhaps a sign that says: "May close earlier than stated" would be helpful for future customers. read more

Quite possibly the worst Jamba Juice experience of my life. The employees really need to clean the earwax out of their ears. If you can't HEAR an order, then make the smoothie and let the employees that can HEAR take the order. Ya know? I was very nice and respectful, but it's frustrating having to announce, "Hey, can I get a Strawberries Dreaming with a Fiber Boost?" three different times!!! It's annoying because this is the only Jamba Juice in town and I absolutely hate the horrible customer service by everyone, the manager is so rude, the employees are rude, they're gossiping while making your drinks and looking at people weird, it's just so uncomfortable! I try to go to San José just to avoid coming to this place! They even chew gum while talking to people and making your drink, SO GROSS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I always enjoy coming to this Jamba Juice. The employees are always quick and very friendly. All the girls are nice but I really enjoy when the short girl with brown hair is there. She is always helpful and very sweet. I think her name starts with an M but I'm not sure. Both Jamba locations in Morgan Hill are great. Taking one star away for all the old drinks they don't sell anymore and 2 stars away for closing at 8pm! Who does that! Baskin robins closes at 10pm and you guys can't even make it to 9!? Ridiculous! My son came in an order three drinks. Mine was the only one didn't come out right. He asked for extra thick and the drink came out like water. It didn't taste like what I normally ordered. Bit of sour than sweet. It would be nice and just remake and not make a fuss about. Customer service sure does lack here at this location! I hope the owner is aware of the employees he/she has. I regret that I had to use the bathroom at this Jamba Juice this morning. It was the dirtiest filthiest bathroom I have ever seen in any retail, fast food restaurant, or juice bar. It was so bad no paper towels, barely a little toilet paper, unflushed, no paper towels, unswept, full garbage can. I was surprised! It's dirty dirty dirty, so when I came out I let the lady know that it made me think differently of their Jamba Juice store, and that the bathroom was so dirty and she simply said, "that's the closers job" so I said, "well your closer did not do his job". I'm sure they do not have to use the same bathroom they have for the public. I'm also sure it's in the health code that they should be taking care of and provide a clean restroom. RE-training time. I really like Jamba Juice. It is such a fresh and happy atmosphere... EXCEPT THIS ONE. The Vineyard Jamba juice is really sad. They have had empty bins lining their walls for over a year (this is supposed to be filled with oranges). The bathroom has been broken for over a year. The bakery display isn't kept up. The floors are dirty. There is an empty paper rack blocking the bathroom door for over a year. The staff isn't happy. We have tried to give this place a chance, but seriously?? This is way too long for you guys not to address these things. I won't be back. The Jamba over on Cochrane rd, Morgan Hill is much better even though it is about 5 miles away. And the parking is better too. One final thing- So...if your bathroom has been broken for over a year, where do your employees go? And WHERE do they WASH their HANDS?????????? Eweeeee.... read more

Dean rang me up for my smoothie today. He smiled and was friendly and asked if I wanted anything else . I like that the flavors are consistent no matter which Jamba juice you go to. It's a healthy alternative to all the added sugar in most beverages these days. I like this location better than the other store in Gilroy. The workers seem friendlier. The items that they sell aside from smoothies are always eye catching but seem over priced. Something I would like to see at a Jamba juice is more inviting seating to share a smoothie with a friend or date. We also need a location in my town Hollister! I really enjoy this shopping center. Thinker Toys and the Comic shops are great, but the Togos and this Jamba Juice spoil it. While the Togos has horrible customer service, this Jamba Juice is only slightly better. Jamba Juices are noisy to begin with, but the two times I visitted this location, I hardly felt acknowledged. First of all, I visited this store just before 11 AM on a Monday. The people working seemed out of sorts and very disorganized. The restroom was FILTHY! A young kid who works there acted very rude. I asked another employee if I could purchase a drink and another item with two coupons that I received from another business. It was expired but I did not know that since I couldn't see without my glasses. I didn't assume anything. The first employee immediately said that the coupons were no good even before looking at them. But he hesitated and asked to see them. The other employee read it and told me that I need to read it but in a very rude manner. He immediately proceeded to bend down out of my sight after he said that. The employee's ulterior motive was to act rude and obnoxious. I simply told him that I can't read the items and that there's no need to be rude. I walked out because I won't descend down to his level. That person needs to find another job if he's going act like that with any customer, especially when no reason has been given or when the customer has in no way offended or acted rude towards him. read more

I walked in here with my daughter last week and I was approached and helped by a lady named Carolyn. I will not be returning to this location EVER. She was so incredibly rude!! Even to my 7 year old daughter! She was so slow, having side conversations with the other employees. She gave us dirty looks the whole time and by the sounds of it, all the girls were talking about an employee. Very rude and very unprofessional.
