This Jamba Juice is a joke. All the teenagers that know each other work here, all they do is chat all day. I was waiting for my juice for 15 mins with only two people in front. Looking around the staff was just talking with their friends. When asked about my juice they asked if I ordered already. I been waiting fifteen mins after my order just for you to ask me that....then another girl saw that it had been done but they were too busy talking. Enough about the bad service now about the juice. Ever since the McCarthy Ranch Jamba Juice closed, this is the store I go to if I'm in Milpitas. This is a standard Jamba Juice. Spacious parking in a busy plaza and the store is located next to a Peet's Coffee. There's plenty of outdoor seating and a few tables inside if you plan on hanging around the area. The store itself is clean. The staff wasn't the quickest at making drinks, but it wasn't too bad overall. I requested the sour patch kid drink from the secret menu, and it was really good. They honored the Memorial Day BOGO coupon deal, so that was nice. read more

This Jamba Juice has been open for a while now. Today was the first time I decided to try them out. They made the Strawberries Wild SUPER at this location. Such a hot day during this passed week, made a phone order to go at 10 am. Came in with a line, long enough to reach the doors. Checked in and told them I had a phone order and I make my payment. As I was seated waiting for my order. I noticed that the people that were behind me were getting there orders first. I then ask, is my order almost ready. The lady that was making the juices was confused, looked at the other lady that was on the cashier. The cashier said, I was the one who made the phone order and mentioned I just paid. The one that was making the juices told her, people who make Phone orders, there juices are already made and it's in the fridge. Yummy! My son was feeling sick and needed a quick pick me up so I stopped by and grabbed a Razzmataz. It not only tasted great but helped him feel much better as well as tasted great. The store was clean and neat. Brianna and Danny were fast, friendly and helpful in getting the hundreds of drinks out the door. Got berry upbeet with 2X caffeine, 1x kale, 1X vitamins. Not the mooost complicated thing, but I always figured it'd be annoying to select that on the computer for them. For a $9 smoothie I don't worry tooo much tho. Asked lady to pour it from blender 5-10 mins later. smoothie had big chunks on bottom and was all liquidy on top -- since it had been sitting for a while. Didn't fill cup all the way even though there was more smoothie in the blender. meh whatever. I don't blame the kids that work there, they obviously need to be payed more than the manager is willing to. More of a bad reflection on management and corporate overlords. read more

I have been watching my diet for the past couple of months and I find myself to come here a lot. Price-wise is decent and a little higher than what I can remember but love it whenever they have promotions. Jamba seems to promote the BOGO offer very often and I think it is a sweet deal when you are craving for it. Staffs are generally friendly and welcoming. It can get busy during lunch hours and/or whenever they have BOGO offer. I gave it one less star since i have had experience where it is busy and it seems to be they are a bit under-staff. I know it happens but when the company is promoting to have the BOGO offer or atleast lunch time to have enough people to take orders and make the drinks. Overall, friendly staffs, HEALTHY (for the most part) and plenty of parking. read more

I freakin' Love Jamba Juice!! I can be feeling down or tired and give me one of these and I will feel refreshed and alive. I just love it. I normally get original with energy boost for that extra pop! Plus its good for you!! Fy favorite drink is the Caribbean Passion, but I also love Aloha Pineapple and Mango A Go Go! Basically I love all the tropical flavors. Plus they also have a secret menu with White Gummy, Red Gummy, and Fruity Pebbles, which I would recommend trying. I don't know what is going on with the company Jamba Juice's hours online but who ever is IN CHARGE of putting up the HOURS OF OPERATION needs to fix that! For the past few months all I'll want is a smoothie like others but because the hours are not correct I have to drive almost across the city just to get a drink. On google maps it would say the store is open, but once you get there they are closed! Even online it'll say , it's open! Or the opposite. And you can't even call because they never answer phones! Koo-dos to this location for doing school fundraisers! They bring the jamba juice to the school and we sell them to the kids. Jamba Juice donates part of the profits to the school! Awesome idea! And the owner even comes out dressed like a banana! Teehee. With a chain, the food is pretty much going to be the same anywhere; the difference is all in the staff working at each location. I've been to a bunch of Jamba Juices in the Bay Area, and this is by far the fastest service I have received by far. Even though it was a hot day and they were very busy, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. A lot of that had to do with one of the young men who worked there, I think; he got drinks started for people waiting on line, which sped up the process. The place was also pretty clean, despite the amount of traffic coming in and out. After waiting 10 minutes for my drink at other (far less busy) Jambas in the past, I was super impressed by this location. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Easy order right? Wrong. First it seemed that out of the 5 employees no one knew what they were doing. First she burnt the sandwiches then tried to make another one and served it to me. I go to bite into it and it's frozen in the middle. On top of that the sandwich had bacon so I'm praying I don't end up with food poisoning later today. When I go back in to say the sandwich is frozen there is no apology or anything. I ask for a refund and all I get is a "you're good". Ummm how do I know "I'm good" where is a receipt? Do yourself a favor and go to Peet's coffee or the Safeway next door. read more

The Peach Perfection and Berry Fulfilling smoothies are awesome to the MAX at this Jamba Juice. Friendly, familiar staff. They were all wearing pajama bottoms today...I thought that was a little odd, but I forgot to ask what was going on. At any rate, it showed me that the managers there give their employees some freedom, and let them have a little fun once in a while. I think it makes for a happier, friendlier staff, and overall better quality of service and product. I really love Jamba Juice and this place has really great and friendly service. They always get your drink to you pretty quickly even if the line is pretty long. The workers here seem to really enjoy their job and don't ever really seem to be miserable or stressed even if the place is really busy on a very hot day when people flock to the smoothie joint. Jamba offers a really great refreshing menu with a whole bunch of choices. Everything I have tried I have really enjoyed but my favorites are the all fruit smoothies and the newer smoothies that have the fruits and veggies in them. Not all of the smoothies are healthy, but I feel that these are pretty good for you, especially with an immunity boost or vitamin boost. What a horrible experience! We walked in to see one person doing a huge order. He did not acknowledged our presence until I said hello. I asked if there was another person because he looked stress and annoyed we walk into the store. Here comes another person from the back almost like he does not want to be there. David never had a Jamba, so I insisted that he tried one today! The cashier lady was super nice and let me know that it was not a good idea to get a boost since I'm pregnant. Better safe than sorry. I got the "Mango-A-Go-Go," still one of my favorite drinks of all time and David got the "Peanut Better Moo" shakes. He said it was delicious. If you have been to other locations, this place is no different. Same standard menu, although there seemed to be a little more of a push for their breakfast option of oatmeal. A 16 ounce of certain drinks was on sale for $3, but the normal drinks were normal price. One of the nice things is that if you order a large, they will willingly split it into two cups for you. This can save you some money. My favorite is the strawberries wild which has strawberry, banana, and apple. Solid choice! I keep waiting for more of these to pop up on the east coast! read more

On 4/7/2019 (approximately 4:30pm) Ordered two drinks and a pretzel. Had we known that we were going to have to wait over one hour (Yes.....OVER ONE HOUR!) for this, we would have gone elsewhere. We weren't the only ones that had to wait this long for their order. There were many other customers waiting for their orders, as well. Lots of customers demanded refunds and left. We should have done the same thing. Don't know what happened or what's going on in this shop, but this kind of service is unacceptable. Needless to say, we will not be returning. read more

I stopped by for a smoothie to help recover from the flu. It took over 15 minutes for me to get my smoothie. There were 4 or 5 workers and I couldn't understand why it took them so long. It was not busy and there was only one other person waiting for their order (though she ordered 4 drinks). I wasn't in a hurry so the waiting was not a problem but when I got my smoothie it was almost to the point of being warm. It was sitting on the blender for 10 minutes, melting away. I understand how it works, one person fills the blender cup, one person uses the blender, and one person operates the dish washing station, but when there is nothing to wash and no new orders to fill, instead of chatting with each other, help out the poor guy trying to operate 4 blenders at once and filling cups at the same time! I'll come back for an update to see if they worked on their multitasking skills and teamwork. read more

I agree with Leanne. The workers are friendly and perky at this location. Whoever manages this place, manages it well. All of the workers seem to enjoy their job and always provide great service. Whether there's a long line or not, you'll get your order quick! I've come here to get my smoothie minutes before I have to go to work and am outta there in no time. ABOUT MY ORDER OUTCOMES-- Every time I go to this Jamba Juice, I order the same exact thing and it's always different. One day I'll get it in a large cup, filled to the rim. The next time, it's in a medium cup, 3/4 full. Today, I got it in a plastic cup filled to the rim. I'm not sure what exactly I'm paying for because they're all the same price, just in different amounts. ABOUT THE CASHIER-- The past couple times I went to JJ, the same girl would take my order (surprisingly she hasn't memorized me - maybe I don't go often enough). Anyways, her name is Kaela, and she does a marvelous job taking the order, entering it, taking my money (lol), so kudos to Kaela -- Thank you! ABOUT TODAYS EXPERIENCE-- Today, I was at JJ again and of course, I was planning on ordering the same thing AGAIN, but the only difference was today was super busy. I stood in line, saw Kaela was taking orders so I thought great, it's gonna be a breeze. It was my turn and she asked me about how I wanted my order. I explained to her and she entered it. Price was the same as always. I stepped out of the way and waited. (1:39pm) I was watching everyone working.. Sure, let's say that. There was 3 people making drinks? Is 3 necessary? Maybe 2 at the most. Blenders cups stacked on the counter 8 cups high. Saw a few orders before me go with their drinks, saw orders after me go with their drinks, saw orders 5 people AFTER me go with their drinks. I waited 10 minutes before I went up and asked if my order was coming up. All I got was, "Yes, sorry about that." (1:55pm) It wasn't until 2:05pm I left with my order. About 6 different customers with 12+ drinks all together left before I even got mine or saw mine in a blender. Not to mention, a customer that came in 3 people after me hasn't received their order either but people after them left with theirs. During this wait, Kaela had left for a brief moment, I'm assuming a break(?), but when she had came back, she saw I was still there. I heard her ask about my order. Constantly asking others to get mine done and done to how I asked WHILE still working the registrar (Again, thank you). Obviously I was irritated and willing to cut in line and request a refund. I got my order and this time, as a said in the beginning, it was in a plastic cup, filled to the rim. The only reason I gave this review 3/5 is because of Kaela and her persistence. If it weren't for her, you guys would've probably received 2/5 or 1/5 stars and lost a customer.
