Juice / Smoothie bar inside the Irving, Texas (Las Colinas) LA Fitness…read more Recently opened in the location that few have had much success with in the past. In my 15+ years going to this LA Fitness I recall maybe once or twice giving the prior ones my business. When this opened, one of the workers greeted / acknowledged me both when coming and going. That reason alone made me decide to give them a try the next day. The "Beets & Berry Detox" I had was great! Have returned two other times for the "The Green Giant" (50 gms of protein) and "The Green Machine" (20 gms). Also both fantastic! Prices are reasonable. Show them some love so they can make a go of it! Great addition to the gym! I'm guessing LA Fitness would let non-members give them business... but you might want to check first to be sure!

The food was ok. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict. The did accommodate me with my substitutio. The crab cake was overly fried and wasn't crab cakeish. If thats a word. The wait staff was very pleasant and nice. I would go back for them alone. Apparently, you can't make reservations on a Saturday. I wanted to ensure my party of 6 had a table. I was told to call a half hour in advance to get on the wait list. I called that morning and showed up early to ensure we had a table. Luckily, we were able to get seated. I would preferred to have reservationd instead of doing all that work early in the morning. JUST SAYING.

This place offers various smoothie options, whether you are in the mood for chocolate and peanut butter or simply a fruity smoothie. Our favorites are the bahama mama, mocha madness, or the chia banana. They are all very delicious! I have also had the wraps here which are tasty! I recommend the Caribbean jerk wrap or the baja wrap. I love walking in here on a hot day which seems to be all the time in Texas lol the AC is always spot on! Not to mention this place is always really clean and there is plenty of seating. During my stay, I went here twice and dined in on one occasion. Service is easy and fast. The nice workers will bring your food and smoothies to you. TIP: If you prefer your smoothie less sweet or are looking to cut calories, simply ask them to modify your drink with no sugar. They told me they ass brown sugar to all their drinks, which in my opinion isn't needed. I will ask mine to be made without it from now on.

I really liked my smoothie- it contained strawberries and pineapple, so I was happy. My hubby is a big fan of mango, but he didn't like this at all. The cost is pretty high- almost $8 for one smoothie. I will probably return but only for a special occasion.
