It's a little too strong for my tastes, but luckily P&B also can craft traditional coffee drinks iced or hot. I'm an Iced Latte guy and P&B makes an excellent one. 1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While a lot more crowded with less comfortable seating than your favorite Seattle based coffee chain, P&B is unique, in a beautiful area, is great for your Instagram feed, and is independent. They are located in Terminal C near the skyline. They also have a 24-hour machine where a robot makes your coffee available a few meters away if you ever want a drink in the middle of the night. I got the Irish cream white mocha latte and it came out pretty fast. I can genuinely say that this is one of the best lattes I've had at a coffee shop. This one doesn't have an aftertaste, is very smooth, and is also refreshing. I will say that it was kinda hard to taste the Irish cream flavor, but it was still good nonetheless. My friend had to get up to find silverware. The hostess helped us out, but the first set we were given was dirty so he actually had to get up again to get another one. We took about 30 minutes to finish up our meal and then waited for a while for our server to pop back up and offer us the check. $68 for 2 people and poor service. Not cool! -- My meal yesterday (also brunch) was so much more enjoyable, all around the same price point and in the same area.
