First time at this location came on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30 PM. Was looking for CoolGreens nearby, but they were closed - was craving an açaí bowl. I was surprised to find that Jamba was doing açaí bowls - they had just what I wanted: Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana, & granola. The only ingredient that was missing was coconut flakes. I noticed that another one of their bowls has coconut flakes, so I asked if they could add it on. Order originally did not come with the coconut flakes, but I reminded that I would like it on & they added it. Ingredients were fresh & flavors melded well. Staff was nice & friendly. Overall, I would recommend & I would come back. read more

This was my first visit to Jamba. Having never been, I had a few questions and the cashier was very helpful. I got the Mango-go-go and was very pleased. It tasted great and good smooth consistency. The interior was clean and plenty of parking. Not a lot of interior seating, more of a 'grab and go' kind of place. read more

Popped in for a quick green tea shot! With the weather changing up lately, trying to stay ahead of it with eating the greens! I wish I could have one of these 2-3 times a day! Smells like fresh grass! The orange slice helps! Cheers to health! read more

Another PB + Banana Protein (just in a different location), I chose Soy this time and Oat Milk. This smoothie is delicious, Great Job Malik! For the young lady (she didn't have a name tag on) at the register, Thanks for serving us with a smile, kindness and patience. Some of us are still learning the menu. This is a bigger location, nice and clean. You can sit inside or outside. When I'm back in this area, I'll be back. read more

I love this spot for delicious and healthy smoothies. The staff makes some amazing smoothies and they've been super polite.

Healthy and Tasty Option !!!! First let's highlight the employees at this location! I walked into this restaurant for the first time and immediately was greeted and felt welcomed. One of that employees notice the employee fixing my drink forgot a item to mix in it and fixed it again without me having to say anything and upgraded the drink to a large! When you receive great customer service you never forget it and you make sure to return to the location! I'm definitely returning to this location regardless of how far!! The Drink ( Apples N Greens) - This is my go to option that I know for sure I'll like but I've been wanting to dabble with some new flavors... sometimes I'm not as discipline to eat my greens so this option helps me feel better about my cheating days !! Highly Recommend!! The Location - The Location is perfect near the hospital and other restaurants , freeway is not far and shopping near within a block away. read more

Blaaaahhhh. The Jamba Juice I go to whenever I'm in Arlington is always spot on. This place had some serious issues! Not only was it below freezing inside, but they destroyed the oatmeal I ordered. Oatmeal is my favorite thing to get here in the mornings and it was so overcooked it was dry and I couldn't even mix in the bananas. It was like trying to push my plastic spoon through glue. Hubby's oatmeal didn't even have moisture in it at all, it was just a solid lump in the bowl with cherries and nuts on top. Gross. I'll probably still check this place out another time for the actual smoothies, but I'm seriously disappointed in their ability to make the oatmeal which is one of their big items for breakfast. read more

My last visit here was during the lunch hour and as expected I found it to be fairly busy. I was extremely pleased to see they did not waste any time opening a second register to take orders along with adding another person to make the smoothies. This quickly reduced the number of people waiting in line. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. On this visit I changed up my smoothie order and went with the "Apples N Green". It's a blend of apple-strawberry and green vegetable juices with peaches, mangoes and bananas. I added a scoop of whey protein. Adding that scoop of whey to a medium smoothie results in the equivalent of a large smoothie (they literally had to put it in a large cup). Delicious, nutritional and fairly cost effective I highly recommend this smoothie and this location. I will return. read more

Saying "the service here is 'bad'" would be a disservice to things that are actually just "bad." The service is appalling, if not downright disdainful.... Flamboyant, flippant manager - this is something that should be addressed by Jamba Juice. I will no longer buy products from them - based on my third poor experience here.... In my experience here: The Revolving-door hourly employees would much rather spit in your drink, than be forced to get off their phones long enough to make it. This is the third time I have gone in the morning and no staff is even visible - the open sign is off after 8am still, then three people pop out of the back, looking agitated that I came to their business to buy items. I will trouble them no longer, I suggest you do the same. go to Smoothie King or any of the other juice places within a mile radius. This place sucks! The don't want your business, and frankly they don't deserve it. Go Anywhere Else read more

What can I say, I had an amazing experience, I usually went to the one at Preston and frankford but it's unfortunately closed and I was recommended this one, and I was greeted walking in and had an awesome conversation with I think his name was crush, (he had blond hair) :) but he was quick, he knew exactly what I wanted according to my flavor palette and gave me an apples and greens and it was phenomenal, I will definitely be coming back and recommending others! read more

I have to give props to this specific Jamba Juice location. Truth be told, I have been know to frequent multiple Jamba locations, but this one is my favorite because of the consistency with which they make their smoothies. I have been to many other Jamba locations, and the smoothies here always taste like they are supposed to. I have had issues with other Jamba locations not making their smoothies to spec, that is why whenever I can, I choose this location as opposed to the one on my way to work or even the one at the mall I work at. The only complaint I have about this location, is several times I have ordered a baked good, but then it turns out they are out of it when they still have displays of said baked good out in the case. Other than that, this location is solid and definitely highly recommended. The staff is always über-friendly and it's always kept very clean. In my opinion, this is the best Jamba in the DFW area based off my experience. read more

I absolutely love the Aloha Pineapple smoothie- tasty and refreshing on a hot day. They even offer some free boosts to add to the smoothies. The negative is the attitude of the employees. I don't think I have ever seen any of them smile. Most of them look annoyed and sulk like they hate their jobs. Not sure what is going on with them. At least the smoothies are good! read more

I had the tropical greens, and wow... it tasted amazing. I had jamba juice before... but i didn't really see the hype to it, but i wanted to try it again since I'm trying to be "healthy" I was so lost. I didn't know what to get. I wanted something sweet. So the nice guy on the cashier (with blonde hair) gave me some options~ BUT he recommend the "great greens" I was so skeptical about it. eh, I was down for something new. It was green, so i guess it was healthy. I really like it.. The only down side.... its really pricey! for a small drink... Still good, great taste, good service, and cute interior. This really motivated me to just buy my own fresh fruits and greens... and just do it myself at home. read more

I love Jamba Juice!!! I love their smoothies and juices! Made with real fruits and greens. I usually get Caribbean passion but lately I've been getting the amazing greens for vitamins. Ive always been a fan of these drinks and this place. What I love about Jamba is that they use fresh ingredients and fast service One of my favorites is the Kale-Tibetan breeze it has kale mango Pasion fruit Greek yogurt and chia seeds, full lunch right there, just remember to brush afterwards or you will have a very green smile The only thing that keeps this place for a 5 star, and it's not specific to this location but to all the chain, is the lack of variety, they should have more fun options. other than that this location offers friendly and fast service, actually one of the fastest I have experienced from this chain. Also they got the drink perfect, not to think, not to soft and the right taste. Keep I it up!! Safe yelping you 'all read more

I am not a big fan of juices and smoothies, but every blue moon, and I mean blue, I will have a taste for a frozen juice. A few times I've been to this Jamba Juice and I honestly have no idea if there were a lot of extra hidden ingredients in the drinks that I selected. Once, I opted for the Great Greens juice. The menu showed cucumber, apples, kale, etc. in it, so I thought it was just those items blended into a drink. However, once tasting the drink, it tasted a bit too good to be true. Whenever I went back to the nutritional facts, it showed that these were juices mixed together. I'm still not sure if the drink was only fresh fruit and vegetables or if any kind of sugary juices were included in the drink. The next time I went there and asked the girl who took my order if she could explain to me what the drink actually had in it, she made as if I was holding up the line and wasting her time. I've decided to make my own juices from home so that I can know exactly what's going in them. read more

I love the Jamba Juice here. The employees here are funny and always make the best tasting smoothies. I prefer my smoothies a little more thick and chunky and they always make it perfectly. I've tried nearly everything on the menu from this little place, and even the wheat grass shots are better tasting than other places. I don't know, they must sprinkle some magic in their drinks. read more

I don't know what the deal is. I've given it a few "second chances" and it still hasn't lived up to it's previous hey day. It must be all the new competitors out there, but I've lost my taste for Jamba Juice. Their menu boasts a ton of options, but needless to say, I've been disappointed the last few times. Their smoothies lack flavor albeit from too much ice. Their pastries aren't much to call home about either. Meh. They are however on top of their customer service and listing calorie counts for people keeping track of it. read more

I love the new menu!!! It's more whole fruit and veggie based versus the old menu which was just a bunch of frozen yogurt and concentrated syrup. I usually get the Orange Carrot Karma or the Orange Reviver Juice, which are both dairy & sugar free and they are delicious!!! Good spot to go to when you want a smoothie kick, or don't have time for lunch and need a meal replacement. The wait can be long though, that can be the only downer. Stick with the smoothies though...they have added some food items, and I did not care for them. I actually got it free during a scratch off promotion they were doing. I love their wheat grass shots too!!! Take a shot and stick that orange in your mouth and you will have a natural boost of energy. Mmm! read more
