I was surprised to find that Jamba was doing açaí bowls - they had just what I wanted: Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana, & granola. The only ingredient that was missing was coconut flakes. I noticed that another one of their bowls has coconut flakes, so I asked if they could add it on. Blaaaahhhh. The Jamba Juice I go to whenever I'm in Arlington is always spot on. This place had some serious issues! Not only was it below freezing inside, but they destroyed the oatmeal I ordered. Oatmeal is my favorite thing to get here in the mornings and it was so overcooked it was dry and I couldn't even mix in the bananas. It was like trying to push my plastic spoon through glue. Hubby's oatmeal didn't even have moisture in it at all, it was just a solid lump in the bowl with cherries and nuts on top. Gross. I'll probably still check this place out another time for the actual smoothies, but I'm seriously disappointed in their ability to make the oatmeal which is one of their big items for breakfast. read more

My last visit here was during the lunch hour and as expected I found it to be fairly busy. I was extremely pleased to see they did not waste any time opening a second register to take orders along with adding another person to make the smoothies. This quickly reduced the number of people waiting in line. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. On this visit I changed up my smoothie order and went with the "Apples N Green". It's a blend of apple-strawberry and green vegetable juices with peaches, mangoes and bananas. I added a scoop of whey protein. Adding that scoop of whey to a medium smoothie results in the equivalent of a large smoothie (they literally had to put it in a large cup). Delicious, nutritional and fairly cost effective I highly recommend this smoothie and this location. I will return. read more

I have to give props to this specific Jamba Juice location. Truth be told, I have been know to frequent multiple Jamba locations, but this one is my favorite because of the consistency with which they make their smoothies. I have been to many other Jamba locations, and the smoothies here always taste like they are supposed to. I have had issues with other Jamba locations not making their smoothies to spec, that is why whenever I can, I choose this location as opposed to the one on my way to work or even the one at the mall I work at. The only complaint I have about this location, is several times I have ordered a baked good, but then it turns out they are out of it when they still have displays of said baked good out in the case. Other than that, this location is solid and definitely highly recommended. The staff is always über-friendly and it's always kept very clean. I am not a big fan of juices and smoothies, but every blue moon, and I mean blue, I will have a taste for a frozen juice. A few times I've been to this Jamba Juice and I honestly have no idea if there were a lot of extra hidden ingredients in the drinks that I selected. Once, I opted for the Great Greens juice. The menu showed cucumber, apples, kale, etc. in it, so I thought it was just those items blended into a drink. However, once tasting the drink, it tasted a bit too good to be true. Whenever I went back to the nutritional facts, it showed that these were juices mixed together. I'm still not sure if the drink was only fresh fruit and vegetables or if any kind of sugary juices were included in the drink. The next time I went there and asked the girl who took my order if she could explain to me what the drink actually had in it, she made as if I was holding up the line and wasting her time.
