I was so disappointed that they had run out of pumpkin and I wanted a pumpkin power meal. However, I still had a power meal and it being Friday was able to upgrade it from a 20 ounce to a 32 ounce. My husband showed up to order me a smoothie bowl and the lady working told him that she's "not making those right now" there was no issue other than she just didn't want to do it. This has never happened at a smoothie king before, we will be going to the other location to avoid lazy staff. Update: There were multiple customers denied smoothie bowls at this location for no reason, they all ended up going to the smoothie king down the street where they and we, were able to get our smoothie bowls. While they waited they discussed how poorly staffed this smoothie king is and how lazy the lady working was. Don't waste your time. Just go to the one down the street for quality service and way better staffing. read more

Friendly greeting upon entry from the crew. The shop was clean and well kept. The crew was eager to help me with my order, but when I mentioned I had a mobile order they were quick to advise me my smoothie order was waiting in the fridge. 5 stars for being the only location I've visited that puts the mobile orders in a fridge so they don't melt. This location has such friendly & fast service. Whether I'm ordering through the app or in person, my orders are always right. The location is also convenient, as I am trying to train myself at the gym, at a nearby park, or at my pilates class. The only thing that was confusing is that the app offers curbside delivery for this location, but the staff confirmed they do not (at least at this time). So, if you order online, make sure to pick up for order in the store. read more

One of the rudest , obnoxious crew works here. I walk in to the store to order a smoothie and the door is locked. The time is around 6:20. A guy comes out and says that they are closed. When I told him that the time is only 6:20 and your sign says 6:30. The guy respond " I do not know if you own a business but to close the store it takes time, get your hands off the door" If you say you close as 6:30, you close at 6:30. read more

I had an awful experience yesterday at this location. I ordered my smoothie online. I arrived a couple of minutes early of the specified arrival time and still had to wait for 35 mins to get my drink. I complained three times to the girl who got my drink and she did nothing about it. The people who ordered after me got their drinks first. Even after I complained she and the other worker did not attend to me. I demanded my money back but was ignored so I had no choice but to wait for my drink. Love this Smoothie King the staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually visit this location a few times a week. Today I received a three dollar off offer to try the new HIT Veggie Mango. It was good similar to the one I usually get which is the veggie slim and trim. The store is always clean and organized. I do wish they had a public bathroom. read more

Customer service sucks. The woman upfront didn't even speak. Had to get her attention, she didn't know exactly what was in the menu. She never spoke the entire time I placed the order. Ok, so I love smoothie king down to my soul. And this has been my spot since it opened. But as of today 07/21/17 @ 7:37 pm, I experienced something that shattered my positive view of the franchise. I walked in with my friend to show him about all the positive talk I had of this place. As soon as we walked in we both saw an employee walking out with a friend to the friends car as the line grew and grew on the inside. He was completely carefree of the rush that was building inside the store. Not to mention the extremely strong smell of weed that was INSIDE the store!!! This store needs to be shut down. Brandon the manager and from what I've been told by the new employee today is also the owner. Brandon likes to talk to people crazy. Ordered online and paid online. Order was to be curbside ready at 1:17 pm Friday, April 23rd. Sat in my car waiting for an additional 10 minutes so decided to go inside the store to see if it was available for pickup needless to say it was not. I asked for a refund at that point as it was taking too long. Brandon says ok and took my confirmation number from the online order via my phone and then goes to say I'll see a refund when it hits my bank account. I asked for confirmation number of the refund in which he WOULD NOT PROVIDE. I never received a refund and see the money came out my account so I went back up there today and the new guy was there. I asked for corporate number in which he could not provide. He got frustrated bc I asked for corporate number saying "it wasn't me"..."it was the white guy (Brandon) who handled you like that". Brandon was very disrespectful to me Friday. So the employee ends up giving me my money back out of his wallet..all $1's. I took it too bc I never want to set foot in a store ran by a wanna be Massa. To Brandon we are not our ancestors. He treated me like that Friday. It's on camera and his black male employees did nothing but bow dow to their Massa. Oh the young guy did tell him he couldn't talk to me like that. And I appreciate him for stepping up bc I was appalled at the things Brandon was saying. Wish I could give this location a negative star rating. The customer service in the morning at this location is a joke. The lady who works in the morning is the rudest person working there. Had two separate very rude encounters with her in one week. The first revolved around a mobile order. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready which was only part of the issues. She had zero interest in helping me find the missing order despite me showing her the order confirmation on my phone. Instead she just walked talking on the phone with an earbud in her ear. After waiting a bit longer then I should have, I finally asked about my order only for her to say she couldn't doing anything about and I had to wait for the manger. The manager to his credit was outside cleaning and came in to help me resolve the issue with no problem or fuss. The second encounter occurred two days later. No sooner did I step in the front door that the same lady said I don't have bananas or blue berries. Her tone was so off putting I just turned and walked out. Might I add she had the same earbud in her ear again. I will never go back to this location in the morning again, which says a lot considering I work across the street. I could and have walked to this location in the past. Instead I will drive a few miles up the road and out of my way and go to another location. read more
