I recently was in Dallas, Texas and had smoothie King two days in a row. My preferred smoothie is the Hulk with a B12 shot. I love smoothie King. I was so disappointed that they had run out of pumpkin and I wanted a pumpkin power meal. However, I still had a power meal and it being Friday was able to upgrade it from a 20 ounce to a 32 ounce. The young lady that was in the store was all by yourself and she had like one employee go help another store that needed help. She was very gracious and personable and did a great job. read more

Ordered two smoothies only one was sealed. no straws. When called the girl said they do not seal orders with multiple drinks and it was safe. Very poor customer service. Didn't offer to remake and seal and why seal only one cup. Lid was slightly open. read more

My husband showed up to order me a smoothie bowl and the lady working told him that she's "not making those right now" there was no issue other than she just didn't want to do it. This has never happened at a smoothie king before, we will be going to the other location to avoid lazy staff. Update: There were multiple customers denied smoothie bowls at this location for no reason, they all ended up going to the smoothie king down the street where they and we, were able to get our smoothie bowls. While they waited they discussed how poorly staffed this smoothie king is and how lazy the lady working was. Don't waste your time. Just go to the one down the street for quality service and way better staffing. read more

Friendly greeting upon entry from the crew. The shop was clean and well kept. The crew was eager to help me with my order, but when I mentioned I had a mobile order they were quick to advise me my smoothie order was waiting in the fridge. 5 stars for being the only location I've visited that puts the mobile orders in a fridge so they don't melt. Thanks y'all for your attention to detail. read more

This location has such friendly & fast service. Whether I'm ordering through the app or in person, my orders are always right. The location is also convenient, as I am trying to train myself at the gym, at a nearby park, or at my pilates class. The only thing that was confusing is that the app offers curbside delivery for this location, but the staff confirmed they do not (at least at this time). So, if you order online, make sure to pick up for order in the store. read more

Mai was serving and you could tell she didn't want to be there and it was reflecting in the service. Rude and inattentive service.

The staff laughed at my husband for having a back injury. Absolutely disgusting and humiliating. We won't be going back again. Edit to reply to the comment: I already have reached out to your customer service about this. In fact it was the second thing I did. The first thing I did was call the location to speak to a manager to find out there wasn't one there. I still have not heard back from anyone from customer service about this issue. A little disappointing that I'd get a reply here first. read more

One of the rudest , obnoxious crew works here. I walk in to the store to order a smoothie and the door is locked. The time is around 6:20. A guy comes out and says that they are closed. When I told him that the time is only 6:20 and your sign says 6:30. The guy respond " I do not know if you own a business but to close the store it takes time, get your hands off the door" If you say you close as 6:30, you close at 6:30. read more

I love smoothie king! I didn't even realize this location was hidden in the corner near Bank of America. The staff is nice and have big smiles when you go in. On Fridays they have 32oz smoothies for $5 which is definitely a steal. read more

I had forgotten that I pre-ordered using my cc. When I attempted to pay, the cashier reminded me, without making me feel stupid. I am so grateful to find an honest, customer service oriented man at Smoothie King. Thank you. read more

I should have read the reviews before having my son pick up a mobile order. He said the customer service was bad. Wasn't greeted has to tell them why he was there and when he gave the name on the order she wasn't very friendly! Needless to say he said he wouldn't be going back read more

Ordered online at 7:25. Store opened at 7:45. Left with smoothie at 7:58. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Might as well change store hours to open at 8 because obviously 7 is too early for the workers. read more

Employees complaining about wanting to go home and not wanting to assist. 2 employees here, one customer just left so not busy, just not enjoying their job and complaining to everyone. Be thankful you are working and do your job. This location is ALWAY like this. Others seem to have somewhat happy employees. To top it off, terrible smoothie. No flavor, go elsewhere. read more

I had an awful experience yesterday at this location. I ordered my smoothie online. I arrived a couple of minutes early of the specified arrival time and still had to wait for 35 mins to get my drink. I complained three times to the girl who got my drink and she did nothing about it. The people who ordered after me got their drinks first. Even after I complained she and the other worker did not attend to me. I demanded my money back but was ignored so I had no choice but to wait for my drink. After this horrible experience I am never going to order from Smoothie King again. Their workers do not know how to prioritize the orders and they don't care about their customers. read more

Love this Smoothie King the staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually visit this location a few times a week. Today I received a three dollar off offer to try the new HIT Veggie Mango. It was good similar to the one I usually get which is the veggie slim and trim. The store is always clean and organized. I do wish they had a public bathroom. read more

Placed an online order and parked in front of the store and sat there for 20 minutes with nobody visible through the front window, and nobody making the order than I placed. Went inside with somebody else to find out they hadn't started either order. I would give it a 1 star if the smoothies didn't come out good. read more

This guy at register just tried to charge me 27$ for a large smoothie with extras no more than 4$ total and a cookie ! Mind you I asked him if that was a mistake and he proceeded to say that was correct price with attitude while repeating back order ! I said ya but that doesn't total 27$ the guy then changes the price to 16$ !! Ahh man i had to walk out after that disrespect! Avoid this location !! read more

Customer service sucks. The woman upfront didn't even speak. Had to get her attention, she didn't know exactly what was in the menu. She never spoke the entire time I placed the order. I stood waiting for her to start making the smoothie, but someone came from the back and started on my order. The woman didn't even let me know that she wasn't making the smoothie, she seriously lack customer skills. Will never go there again ! read more

Ok, so I love smoothie king down to my soul. And this has been my spot since it opened. But as of today 07/21/17 @ 7:37 pm, I experienced something that shattered my positive view of the franchise. I walked in with my friend to show him about all the positive talk I had of this place. As soon as we walked in we both saw an employee walking out with a friend to the friends car as the line grew and grew on the inside. He was completely carefree of the rush that was building inside the store. Not to mention the extremely strong smell of weed that was INSIDE the store!!! We were both disgusted and walked out within a minute. Never coming here again. The manager needs to be spoken to! read more

I come here every Friday for the $5 32 oz deal. The crew is always so friendly and create personal relationships with you so they remember you the next time you come in! I highly recommend the mango lean 1 with strawberries, it's my personal favorite! read more

This store needs to be shut down. Brandon the manager and from what I've been told by the new employee today is also the owner. Brandon likes to talk to people crazy. Ordered online and paid online. Order was to be curbside ready at 1:17 pm Friday, April 23rd. Sat in my car waiting for an additional 10 minutes so decided to go inside the store to see if it was available for pickup needless to say it was not. I asked for a refund at that point as it was taking too long. Brandon says ok and took my confirmation number from the online order via my phone and then goes to say I'll see a refund when it hits my bank account. I asked for confirmation number of the refund in which he WOULD NOT PROVIDE. I never received a refund and see the money came out my account so I went back up there today and the new guy was there. I asked for corporate number in which he could not provide. He got frustrated bc I asked for corporate number saying "it wasn't me"..."it was the white guy (Brandon) who handled you like that". Brandon was very disrespectful to me Friday. So the employee ends up giving me my money back out of his wallet..all $1's. I took it too bc I never want to set foot in a store ran by a wanna be Massa. To Brandon we are not our ancestors. He treated me like that Friday. It's on camera and his black male employees did nothing but bow dow to their Massa. Oh the young guy did tell him he couldn't talk to me like that. And I appreciate him for stepping up bc I was appalled at the things Brandon was saying. I honestly don't know how anyone of color would work for him. He needs diversity training to say the least, as well as, customer service training. read more

Wish I could give this location a negative star rating. The customer service in the morning at this location is a joke. The lady who works in the morning is the rudest person working there. Had two separate very rude encounters with her in one week. The first revolved around a mobile order. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready which was only part of the issues. She had zero interest in helping me find the missing order despite me showing her the order confirmation on my phone. Instead she just walked talking on the phone with an earbud in her ear. After waiting a bit longer then I should have, I finally asked about my order only for her to say she couldn't doing anything about and I had to wait for the manger. The manager to his credit was outside cleaning and came in to help me resolve the issue with no problem or fuss. The second encounter occurred two days later. No sooner did I step in the front door that the same lady said I don't have bananas or blue berries. Her tone was so off putting I just turned and walked out. Might I add she had the same earbud in her ear again. I will never go back to this location in the morning again, which says a lot considering I work across the street. I could and have walked to this location in the past. Instead I will drive a few miles up the road and out of my way and go to another location. read more

What an awesome first experience! Their 32 oz smoothies are only $5 on Friday so I stopped in for the deal. They have a HUGE menu and the person at the counter actually took the time to ask me what I liked so she could make a recommendation for me. Way to go Smoothie King! read more

They only had 1 person working.... Waited way too long for smoothie. Add another person, that poor kid couldn't handle the rush
