Always a nice refreshing drink after a good workout. Service was quick. There are tables you can relax and enjoy your drink.

come in and wasn't welcomed. These two never made eye contact with me. The guy was at the register but never acknowledged me. The guy stepped out for a bit then the girl went where she's standing in the picture and started eating and drinking and being on her phone while i wait there. 5 minutes past and then she finally realized I was waiting. I made a review years ago and still crappy service lol

Ugh, paper straws! On the plus side, I ordered through the app and it was ready when I got there :)
    Rena G.

This review is mainly for ordering through the Jamba Juice mobile app. First off, I had inquired why not all of the drinks were available on the app (i.e. my drink of choice: strawberry dream) and was told by an employee at another location that the app is nationwide, so only flavors & items that are available nationwide are in the app. Ok, so how do I order my drink, then? Well, I had to do a bit of research online for the differences between the classic strawberry wild (which is on the app) and the strawberry dream (the one I want). After a few attempts at substitutions and add-ins, I finally figured out the recipe for how to order it in the mobile app. - sub the apple pear strawberry juice blend with soymilk - sub bananas with strawberries - add an extra scoop of frozen yogurt (an additional 50 cents) Con: It took a few tries to get it just right. Pro: Once I got it, I could save it as one of my faves and ordering it again would be much faster. Overall, the app is quick & easy if you like their basic flavors. However, once you know how to manipulate the recipes, the possibilities are endless and you can save your work under your favorites. I'm putting this review under this particular location because it's where I last used the app. The staff was friendly when I walked up to the pick-up counter. Surprisingly, my drink was ready right away (it's usually slow here). It tasted great, so I was happy, but they really need an alternative to those damn paper straws! LoL

    Açaí bowl
    Kathy A.

Never had an Açaí breakfast bowl until today but it won't be long before I do it again. Who doesn't love fresh berries? Granola? Coconut? I was surprised how good this bowl was. Felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast. Did you know that açaí berries have more antioxidants than cranberries or blue berries or strawberries? This was a real treat for me as I'm lactose intolerant and limited to sorbets but since this is legal for me I can see me here at least once a week. If you've never tried one, do yourself a big favor and order it....I can't be the only Yelp to have missed out on this treat.

    Peach Perfection

Oy, craving a peach cobbler and this was the closest I could get. Doesn't cut it unfortunately. I guess when I have a taste for something gotta be the real thing.... This location is rather small. Parking is not the best. Especially when you're competing for stalls with Ice skating. And maybe I'm just getting old but I thought it was way louder than it needed to be. Combination of music, blenders, and people yelling over the music.

First off I always love the açaí bowl from Jamba. Was in a different part of Saltlake today and stopped at the one next to ice palace. Breakfast sandwich looked good at $4.99 I gave it a shot! When I took it out the bag I thought I got the kids sausage egg and cheese sandwich...lol! It was super small. It's a good thing I got me an açaí primo bowl as well. But even that looked a little on the light side. Oh well nowadays we are paying more for a lot less and today was proof!

This Jamba Juice store rocks!! Super friendly staff and they get your order up quick!! You can tell these folks are having fun loving what they do by how they interact with their guests! The whole team I connected with has been cool but Cameron specifically is a cool ass dude that has great energy!! I definitely hope they're recognizing their employees over there!! My go to drink is the tropical dragon!! Great job Jamba!!

We stopped in to this Jamba while we were waiting for our son to meet us. The store was clean and clearly marked for social distancing purposes. The staff wore masks and gloves and our order was ready quickly. Maybe the staff could be a bit friendlier ‍ but over all, not a bad experience.

I stopped by during my wait at Goodyear. This place was super quick. One girlie instantly greeted me, took my order, then the other saw the order and made it for me right away. I barely waited 5 minutes. Awesome quick service! I love getting my red gummy smoothies here.

    The eyes to Ice Palace!

Based on this review, you can tell I have not been to Stadium Mall in a while..... With that being said, this place took over the old arcade area that was once inside of Ice Palace??? Say what?!?! What's cool is that you can watch the ice rink from inside of Jamba Juice! So for those who is a parent, and the have a kid that's in the ice hokey league, this is a nice treat. 5-Stars based upon their excellent service, and it's unique design that features two windows that views the inside of Ice Palace.

BIG CHUNK of honeydew. The store wasn't even busy
    Shel M.

I don't know if it's the location. Went to ice palace & wanted to try the advertised new drink-honey dew. FaiL: what a joke, drink wasn't even blended. First of all, it wasn't green..it was watery and creamy. It was sweet melon tasting and cream colored. When opened: the 2 cups had big honeydew pieces, we needed a fork to eat them. I'll just stick to the normal locations (Ewa, kunia, moanalua)

She was watching Tinker Bell on the TV and didn't greet us or even look up - no hello, no smile, just awkward silence. We were the only ones in the store and still had to awkwardly approach the counter just to get help. As first-time customers, there was also no explanation of the scoop sizes or pricing, which made ordering more confusing than it needed to be. When we finally ordered, two items were made correctly, but one person in our group ordered dragonfruit gelato. The employee started scooping strawberry instead, and even after we politely pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment or apology--just silence. It made for a really uncomfortable interaction. While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. I would come back for sure, but I wouldn't return if that same employee was behind the counter.

Parking is super easy with the complimentary structure, and the café is located on the bottom floor alongside other vendors. One thing I immediately appreciated was how well air-conditioned the entire market is--it's nice and cool, which makes sitting and eating there really comfortable. The cashier recommended the turkey pesto croissant, but suggested swapping it onto ciabatta since it's one of her favorites--and I'm so glad I trusted her. It was phenomenal. The flavors were balanced, the bread held everything together perfectly, and it felt like a step above your typical sandwich. I also had what looked like a simple salad, but the vinaigrette and candied pistachios really elevated it and made it feel more thoughtful than expected. The staff across the board were friendly and welcoming, and there's plenty of seating--whether inside the café or out in the open market area. Honestly, the value surprised me the most. I paid under $13 for everything, which is hard to beat for the quality. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Seating is limited so it may be difficult to find seating especially during high traffic meal times. May have better luck finding seating outside. I've been here multiple times for lunch and had multiple different items. The acai bowl are good. I like getting the Nalu salad which is always a decent serving and tastes fresh. The sandwiches are also pretty tasty. My main issue is the service. I'm not sure if part of their training is to ignore the customer as much as possible because that has been my experience on multiple occasions. The most recent visit, I had ordered online and was going to pick up m food for takeout. There were three workers at the front just talking. I walked to the counter and was ignored. I could see where the orders are placed and didn't see anything there so figured my order wasn't ready yet. I stood on the side for at least 5 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement. Not a single person made eye contact with me. When I saw an order placed on the back counter one of them grabbed it and placed it on the takeout counter without calling out the name and went back to chatting. I had to actively try to get their attention at which point I was looked at like I was bothering them. Asked if my order was ready and was handed it without any further interaction. I don't expect happy go lucky people and conversation but at least basic customer service.
