Came to this Jamba Juice because my sister in law is a recruiter at the National Guard office around the corner. I was excited to see it there since this strip mall used to lack places to eat and drink. They are on the corner right next to ice palace. There is seating outside in front and also a couple seats inside. The cool part about this location is that there are picture windows inside that can see inside of ice palace. It also has a lot of nice local photos inside. When I went there in the afternoon on a weekday around 3 pm it was not crowded at all. A couple people max. The staff was very friendly and prompt with making the smoothies. I got a chocolate strawberry bowl which was excellent. Sometimes when I get that it ends up having chunks of frozen fruit not blended well, but this one was perfect. I enjoyed every bite of it! Would definitely not mind coming here again! Parking is always there however it might get extra crowded on the weekends with ice palace being in the same strip mall. read more

Ordered an oatmeal and asked for bananas n strawberries with honey. They give u 2 choices, so I had to pay 75 cents more. I had half a banana sliced, which was ok, but I had strawberry diced, which if u were to put it all together would look like less than 2 slices total! Not enough n if I knew, I'd order extra banana instead! At least McDonald's gives u apples and raisins n is cheaper n not runny n watery! It sucks! The customer service here is really good! They remember me and even remember what I like to order. And they ask me how I'm doing. And when I haven't been there in a while they express that they miss me. Well they don't really say, "I miss you" but they say hey I haven't seen you in a while. And those that have been trained to be good to their customers have also been trained to be fast at making my Chunky Strawberry bowl or whatever other drink I want that day. So I don't have any big complaints about this place and I love their Chunky Strawberry bowl. They used to be not friendly and really slow, but I think they had better training so thus the better experience. And if you haven't tried it yet, try ordering online and all you need to do is pick it up. It's so convenient! read more

This a new location. I found it because I had to go to the bank of Hawaii Atm right next to it. When you are inside you can see right into ice palace. It's clean and nice and the service is good. I love this location! Honestly, the service will vary around the times you go into the store, especially if a larger group of people are going to Ice Palace next door. Families, schools, tour groups, a lot of them visit this location. I've given this group lots of complicated orders and they make sure they follow it exactly the way I want it. They're kind, genuinely good people. I haven't caught them on a bad day and they make really delicious smoothies and baked goods. Very happy with the service this team provides! read more

I like Jamba Juice, but this location really needs work. They definitely need more blenders and staff as the workers could hardly keep up with the onslaught of kids coming from the Ice Palace. I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my drink and when I did get it, it wasn't blended enough so I had to drink it vice sip it through a straw. The only time I've seen it not busy is when they open early in the morning at 6:00 am. I really wanted to try their oatmeal but they don't start cooking the oatmeal until they open at 6:00 a.m. so I was out of luck. If it wasn't for the ice skaters you can watch through their glass while waiting I probably would've just said forget it and left. Hopefully, they'll get more blenders or faster workers because the place is convenient for me but its not worth the wait. . read more

Nice new location, slow untrained servers.... Be careful when ordering the Acai bowls (only at this location) I've noticed on several occasions, AND it also happened to me... If you order the 24 oz bowls they more than likely will make a mistake and only give you a 16 oz bowl (disguised in a 24 oz bowl). When you pick it up, it will look like a normal 24 oz but, IF they have made a mistake they will just take off your toppings (bananas, granola that's not stuck to acai) dump it with the granola in to the 24 oz bowl and re-top the bowl with lots of granola and banana, etc. to hide the mistake. So as I ate the bowl it had soggy granola though out the bowl, from being on the bottom and lots of granola on top. I have written to Jamba Juice Hawaii because I have noticed this flip method happen several times, wondering if this is the "normal" protocol, but they have decided not to respond to me. ***Just be aware you may not get your "moneys worth" ordering the larger 24 oz. I get it this is your first job, but let this be your first bit of constructive criticism. Give your customers your full attention and do not make them feel like an inconvenience to your world. i like jamba juice... i like a/c... this place is great for both. i think it has to do with being next door to ice palace....i mean it has a huge window view into ice palace been a few times and usually experience fast and friendly service. only once i experienced very slow service, but there were only two workers with 15 orders. they got one smoothie order wrong, but fixed it promptly. have you tried the BANANA DREAM? my husband loves this flavor. i don't care for it because if the banana is a bit green it comes out bitter. anyway, just sharing the flavor in case someone is looking for a straight banana flavored smoothie. read more

The kids love the drinks here but with the recent price increases a small drink is now over $5. We will still be getting drinks here but probably not as often. What I found to be disappointing though, was the coffee and the current version of the Turkey Sausage and Egg Wrap. My coffee was lukewarm and bitter. Unfortunately, I don't think the employees are coffee drinkers so they really don't know what they are serving. Also, the fact that they only have 2% and soy milk was disappointing. Even getting sugar was a challenge in that all they had out was a selection of sugar substitutes and when I brought it to their attention, one of the two people working had to go to the back to find some. Regarding the Turkey Sausage and Egg Wrap, it has changed quite a bit from its introduction. When I've ordered this in the past it was very large and flavorful with lots of gooey cheese melted in it. Not any more. This wrap was small and very dry. Worse, I don't think it was even seasoned very well. To top everything off, when we got there only one person was working. We ordered food items and beverages and the girl started working on these when quite a few people came in. Rather than finish our orders, she took orders from the people who came in. Another employee came in shortly thereafter and started helping out but we were still left waiting for our order for quite a while. All-in-all, this was a very disappointing visit to Jamba Juice. I can't say that I won't be back, it's just too convenient to the Ice Palace where we spend a lot of time. However, I certainly hope that the service, the coffee and the food improve. read more

I went in this morning for breakfast and saw the rotten fuzzy bananas they had sitting out. When I asked the lady what they do with them she said they go on top of the bowls. When I mentioned that they were fuzzy and rotten she replied "are they?" But with no action or even a look. I didn't have my phone on me so I just walked out grabbed my phone and went back, hoping they would have been thrown out by then. When I got back I found that she simply had flipped the bananas so that the fuzzy was just out of sight. Otherwise, she flipped them from showing stem to showing the backs. This is the third and final time I am going to this Jamba Juice. Employees look like they don't wanna work there at all. All they do is look at customers funny, no "how can I help you? What can I get you today" I was ready to order, standing at the register and the employee just stared at me. I then told the cashier what I wanted, he replied with "Sure" while STILL refusing eye contact. I mean, everyone has a bad day here and there but this happened three times and it's unacceptable. So convenient to my house but with the grand opening it's crazy and people are everywhere! It's very sleek. Nothing new or different. However you can see ice palace through the clear glass at the back which is neat. So you'll crave a jamba while ice skating or you'll want to ice skate while drinking your jamba! Some weird creepy black lady came in after i ordered my bowl and she started questioning about their bananas...the employee was in a rush and just grabbed them as she walked in and didn't use them. I see the lady posted the pictures but what the employee did was she threw out the moldy ones cause she finally had a chance to check them, but this lady came back and took a picture not even knowing the whole story. See what happens when you just assume...they were willing enough to waste $50 worth of bananas just to make sure the costumers got the best quality. Now there's the truth people. My boyfriend and I came here one night... It literally was 8:15. They close at 9pm. We walked in and these two girls were just standing there looking at me funny. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I went in early in the morning. There was no one in line only one person working at the time. I was okay with waiting. When the manager finally came out of the office (10 mins later) took my order and everything was okay. Then a customer who was behind me placed his order. However because his wife was the one who ordered prior to me. He received his order before mine. (This is unacceptable!) The cashier simple apologized and said, "I'm sorry his wife was before you so I gave him his order first." (Still unacceptable, this pushed my waiting time back an additional 10more mins). When I finally received my order they left out one of the main toppings and didn't add an extra ingredient I ordered. By the time I was able to enjoy the food and realized it wasn't correct, I was half way to work. Not only was my time wasted but my money as well. We went in there for an acai bowl, and some how they mixed up the sugar and the salt containers. They ended up putting salt in the juice mixture it tasted absolutely horrible we had to throw it away after the first spoonful. We didn't find out until after we finally got home. It tasted like they had put a whole bag of salt into the acai mixture. It was disgusting never going there again. We tried to call them to tell them they mixed up the salt and sugar but when we called no one answered the phone even though we tried reaching them repeatedly just would ring and then go back to their automated person telling us to press option two again to reach a person and would ring and repeat the same message. This place gets pretty busy real quick. My family and I always go there after Ice Palace and the workers there are always nice. This time (on 4th of July night) there was only one girl working out front when we got in. Mind you when I say my family I mean all 10-15 of us!!! The worker handled us like a champ. She was calm and very courteous the whole time even when my kids couldn't make up their mind. This location is my favorite of all time. I'm a serial Chunky Strawberry Bowl eater. The girl here, Kehi I think (long brownish hair, super peppy), is super freaking awesome. She made an effort the first time I ordered this to ask EXACTLY how I like it; how thick, blended alot or chunky, etc. She makes is exactly how I like it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She is so "jamba" in her words haha. My only complaint is that sometimes there's a breakfast rush and it may take longer than 4 minutes. read more

I was craving a peanut butter mood smoothie today so I went to Jamba Juice at the stadium mall. Parking was horrible, it's a shared parking lot with other stores but not a very big one. I ordered a medium peanut butter mood smoothie with extra banana, when I got the smoothie it came in a medium cup, I swear it's suppose to come in a larger cup. If I were to pay for a regular medium smoothie (which I already think is expensive) at $6.49 before tax I would get a full cup right? Now I added extra banana for $.50 more so really I should be getting more smoothie right? I didn't substitute anything so why am I still getting a medium cup? Next thing, after taking a sip I got a lot of ice chunks and a sour taste....why is it sour?? It didn't get better with more sips and I had already left. It was not worth trying to find a parking space in a packed parking lot to ask. It's been more than a year since I had a peanut butter mood smoothie, but it was definitely different from the one I had today. Did the recipe change? I think this is one of the newer Jamba Juice locations on the island (of O'ahu). It is located at Stadium Mall (right next to Ice Palace). There is a decent amount of parking surrounding the area. I think this is also one of the most cleanest and freshest Jambas that I have seen on the island. Their setup is pretty unique. The whole orientation of the store is kinda vertically oriented. There is bar/stool kine table and seating with just a couple regular tables and seats. It could make for a decent study and work place because they have a lot of outlets. The only thing that I found lacking here is that they do not have Wi-Fi which was kinda disappointing. The staff and customer service is pretty good. Depending on what time of the day and the day that you are going it could be busy or not. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and it was kinda busy since there are lot of kids and teens and families that are going to Ice Palace so I think they get a lot of customers from them and stuff. read more

Wow, I can't believe the 180 degree turn around in service from the last time I was here with my niece. Austin was great! He was the only one working, and the store started to get busy. He immediately apologized that there may be a wait, yet there was just one person in front of me. And then, he asked if he could get something started while I was waiting. He not only took my order, completed the order in front of me, got my order ON POINT, TO THE"T": 2 original sized orange dream machines, both with extra yogurt and sherbet, and double blend of the ice, WOW! ! THIS GUY SHOULD GET A RAISE WITH SERVICE LIKE THAT. I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HIM THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY LAST VISIT, AND HE APOLOGIZED AND LISTENED INTENTLY WITH CONCERN!
