With ever-changing staff, this Jamba simply lacks professionalism and urgency. The location is prime for families and kids, yet they are always understaffed. Wait times can be 15 minutes for a drink or two depending. This store also lacks luster. Seating is disorganized, never clean. Floors always have rubbish, glass has fingerprints, and the walls are bare. No media or paper products. The food display case is empty and so is the cooler. With so much business Im not sure why more effort isnt put into the shop by the franchise manager. I dont like to stop here unless I am in dire need of their Peanut Butter Chocolate Moo'd. But honestly there are newer, nicer, and faster locations just down the road. read more

The drinks that I order from this location is made properly and consistent to the other locations on island. The staff never messed up my drinks yet. I always order the orange dream and it always comes out perfect. The service from the staff is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is clean and cluttered. read more

Parking sucks. I had to park by the gas station to pick up my mobile order. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Otherwise, the prices are reasonable for portions and service is good. We came into the restaurant tonight about 30 minutes before closing, so we understood if they were busy and wouldn't be able to take our orders right away. When we first walked in, we weren't welcomed but I saw one of the employees making drinks so I thought it was fine. It took him nearly 15 minutes to even acknowledge that we were in there, and then take our orders. Our order was made incorrectly and so we had to ask them to remake it - How hard could it be to leave something out on the side? We were here until about 5 mins before closing when I realized the drinks he had been making weren't for any customers or mobile orders, but for them! No one had come in for any drinks. This review is mainly for ordering through the Jamba Juice mobile app. First off, I had inquired why not all of the drinks were available on the app (i.e. my drink of choice: strawberry dream) and was told by an employee at another location that the app is nationwide, so only flavors & items that are available nationwide are in the app. Ok, so how do I order my drink, then? Well, I had to do a bit of research online for the differences between the classic strawberry wild (which is on the app) and the strawberry dream (the one I want). After a few attempts at substitutions and add-ins, I finally figured out the recipe for how to order it in the mobile app. - sub the apple pear strawberry juice blend with soymilk - sub bananas with strawberries - add an extra scoop of frozen yogurt (an additional 50 cents) Con: It took a few tries to get it just right. Pro: Once I got it, I could save it as one of my faves and ordering it again would be much faster. Overall, the app is quick & easy if you like their basic flavors. However, once you know how to manipulate the recipes, the possibilities are endless and you can save your work under your favorites. I'm putting this review under this particular location because it's where I last used the app. The staff was friendly when I walked up to the pick-up counter. Surprisingly, my drink was ready right away (it's usually slow here). It tasted great, so I was happy, but they really need an alternative to those damn paper straws! LoL read more

Never had an Açaí breakfast bowl until today but it won't be long before I do it again. Who doesn't love fresh berries? Granola? Coconut? I was surprised how good this bowl was. Felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast. Did you know that açaí berries have more antioxidants than cranberries or blue berries or strawberries? This was a real treat for me as I'm lactose intolerant and limited to sorbets but since this is legal for me I can see me here at least once a week. We stopped in to this Jamba while we were waiting for our son to meet us. The store was clean and clearly marked for social distancing purposes. This is the smallest and slowest Jamba Juice ever. There were only two employees and none of them were making smoothies. With the line out the door, no blenders running, and waiting for a couple minutes I walked right back out. Since this past week has been only a week of eating, I figured that today I will try and do a light lunch, so I stop by Stadium Mall Jamba Juice and I had my usual large orange dream and a Parmesan pretzel. Of course by the time you add it all up I probably could have had a pretty normal lunch with real food, however once in awhile, it's just nice to treat yourself to something that you really enjoy. I come here more than the one at the Moanalua Shopping Center because of the fact that there's less people here and the parking is more readily available. However if you do come during the peak lunch hour, it can get challenging and on the weekends, it is just as bad or worse than Moanalua shopping center. This location is clean and the workers friendly, plus right now they have a special for Christmas where you buy a $25 gift card and you get a $5 off card to be used in January and February of next year. read more

Come here quite often and I have to say the staff is always friendly and quick. My husband loves bringing me here in the mornings when he gets off night shift and it's just one of our favorite places to go. Perhaps I'm just lucky because I always come here when it's either only me, or there's just one person. Regardless, the employees there are always friendly and always repeats your order to make sure he/she got it correct. The wait isn't long at all, and my drinks always come out well. The place is always very clean and has the AC on very low, which makes me want to work here JUST for the AC and to be out of the hot, blazing sun. Fast, friendly service. There's really nothing more you can say. While you wait, you can stare into Ice Palace and watch people stake with the walkers. :) read more

I have to give this location only one star because even though their drinks are delicious, their customer service sucks! I've been to a few locations across the islands and on the mainland, but this has to be one of the slowest and worst locations. I stand in line in what seems like forever, and no one acknowledges that I'm there. By the way...this isn't the first time either. Today, there is only one worker working the front, and two are in the back not really doing anything. They're just talking and it looks like they're doing some kind of inventory maybe. I feel bad for the girl in the front because she's the only one working, and there is maybe 3-4 other people either waiting for their order or chilling (no pun intended). The two in the back come out to the front and it looks like their watching something on one of their phones because the other is looking over her shoulder and laughing. They clearly see me, but keep paying attention to the phone and then retreat to the back. The one worker in the front is rushing by putting oranges in the machine to extract the juice, and doesn't have time to acknowledge or take my order. So after maybe about 5-10 minutes of waiting at the cash register, I leave. No one said a word. read more
