I got my order before the time n the staff was very friendly n efficient

I stopped in yesterday and asked questions about a particular drink for y friend who just had surgery. The employee named Sam helped me. I ordered 2 but he only heard 1 and immediately stopped to make the additional drink for me and apologized for the inconvenience. Great customer service and very helpful!! I love this Jamba Juice! You could say I'm a regular, or an addict haha but they are always so nice. They do a great job making my complicated smoothies and seemed sincerely apologetic when they messed up once and they totally made it up to me. Everyone who works there is great but Allie is expecially charming! A natural beauty :) She is so cute and personal! I love her and feel like we're old friends or something haha. This is by Far the slowest jamba I've ever been too. I try to stay positive as possible but no exaggeration they produce one smoothie every 9min at most. It's Sunday at 2pm we have been waiting for over 35min. They gave away drinks to the wrong people. there are people that have been here even longer than us. So bad. Employee who made my drink was rude and punitive. I ordered my drink, paid $9 for it (got two boosts). Asked for the medium to be poured into a large cup since there is so much extra with both boosts. First, she didn't do that. No worries, she probably forgot. So when I asked for her to do it, she told me "it isn't that much" and when I politely stated it quite a bit, she grabbed a small cup and poured the rest in that. Okay... when I got to my car it did not taste like it usually does, so I brought it back and asked if she put both boosts in. She said she did. I asked her to remake it because it didn't taste like it usually does and there's a huge sign right on the handoff bar that says they will remake if it's not right. She then throws the cups into the trash and remakes it (like, actually throws, you could hear them hit the trash). But first she whispers to all her coworkers about how awful I am (I was being super polite). Then, when she remakes it, she poured it in two cups again. After I specifically asked to pour it into one large. I just asked for a large and poured it myself. At that point it felt very deliberate. Lo' and behold it fits perfectly into a large cup. So yes, it is "that much". I'm not asking for perfect service, I know things are tough right now. I am asking for people to be polite and to give me what I paid for. The drinks suck absolute balls. The only people actually mentally capable of making quality smoothies are Paola, Janette, Jayven, Lori, Marie, Angel, and Janeth. The rest are well I don't even know what goes through their head. A worker by the name of Oriana is as lazy as my 14-year-old pet Shih Tzu who wakes up, eats, poops, and then goes to sleep for more than half the day. If you guys are low on simple ingredients to make the full smoothie, she tends to not use the two legs she was blessed with at birth to go to the back and get more and will just use what's there. I know for some it can be hard to simply move a couple of steps but come on it's a small facility. Like was she the type of girl to walk a mile and complete it within a surprising 21 minutes? I say this well because it's about 7 steps to go to the back to get more and another 7 to come back. It's simple cardio, my grandma and grandpa who live in San Fran could do it. But it's not just her, it's a combined few. I know this is a harsh review but seriously I'm 21 and I even admit that simple quality customer service nowadays is gradually getting worse and the laziness in workers is getting bad too. No, I am not a Karen, I am simply stating straight facts and I don't care if I roasted them they deserve it. I understand you guys got new hires but damn are they really that unreliable with making simple drinks. Also, the ones that are good at making drinks unfortunately don't tend to be the ones making the drinks a good amount of the time and are left with the shitters making these drinks. I came in to get a white gummy and gah damn that shit tasted like a watered-down orange-tasting Pepto Bismol. Shout out to those I listed, keep up the hard work. I know yall backs hurt from carrying the rest, but it's all good yall got this. To the ones not listed, well I said enough and get exposed. "SARAH" THE MANAGER AT JAMBA IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! I have to say i have never experienced customer service like her ever! i hope people read this and i will try to shorten it. My hubby and i went in last week we were greeted immediately with a super sweet friendly face. We had issues with the app and she explained to us how to download the new version she was very patient and knowledgeable. She new the app was having issues and without me asking she said" dont worry i will take care of you and make sure you get your discount and rewards." it was such a breeze and a relief to have such a nice person.I can tell she actually cared about making us happy and helping us. The next day we went in again and was greeted immediately she was so polite. my husband was still having issues with app not showing rewards and not transferring his info to new app. She was so nice and helpful. She was very apologetic regarding the jamba app. she took care of our order and made sure we got the discounts. This brings me to yesterday i went in again. I noticed a young lady in line i walked over she turned to me and said oh you go ahead in front of me i said oh ok thanks . she looked a little familiar but i continued with my order. Thenafter I was done the young lady placed her order and paid .i noticed how she was interacting with the employees. She was asking them how their day was going and she thanked one employee tremendously for covering for a diff employee. she thanked them both and kept giving them praises. She was very soft spoken ,sincere and caring / i turned to her and said im sorry for being nosey but are you the manager she said yes. i said oh ok i thought you looked familiar (as she was off duty and not in jamba attire.) I told her i wanted to thank you for last week and helping us. She said yes I remember you your name is nicole right...my mouth dropped I was like OMG out of hundreds of customers u remembered my name she said yes ,,I was amazed again and shocked . You just don't find customer service like her . I told Sarah I couldnt help but notice how right now you interacted with your employees . I told her she was amazing and very polite and caring. I can tell that she not only cares about her customers but her employees! If she wasn't a manager she would definitely need to be. I am over the top pleased with this jamba location and I hope her superiors will read this and know what a phenomenal person they have . They are blessed to have her. We chatted for a while and the way she explained that she loves working for jamba and how its such a great caring company made me want to apply . She was very humble but I insisted I needed to do something I hope this reaches someone who can show her appreciation. Cant believe this store charges you for fresh fruit when they don't even have it in the store!!! My girlfriend and I came in on Saturday 5/26/18 where we both ordered a Chunky Strawberry Bowl. After spending $17 on the 2 bowls we were then told that they were out of fresh bananas and out of fresh strawberries....we asked for a refund since the fresh bananas and strawberries are close to 50% of the ingredients to this bowl we were told no that they would not provide us a refund and only offered more granola. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Jamba Juice. I will not be returning to this Jamba Juice and would advise if anyone is craving a Jamba Juice to drive a little bit extra and try a different store, or at the very least make sure you ask that they have all the ingredients to make your order before handing them your money since apparently they do not care if they rip you off. read more

In November 5, 2017, I purchased a strawberry bowl at this location. After consuming about half, I found a foreign object in my food. It was small and looked to be a battery. My husband is a physician and instructed me to go to the ER and have X-rays done on the chance there was another battery in my food I possibly consumed. Triaged at Mercy Folsom said it was a 12v battery and ordered X-rays. The X-ray tech said it was a magnet. I was so worried, and three hours later they determined I had nothing foreign in my body. Also $4300.00 later. I phoned Jamba Juice customer service and they will not provide me the owner of this franchise name and they are doing absolutely nothing. The local district manager met with me on November 7, and I've heard absolutely nothing! I am certain this foreign item in my food came from a piece of equipment at this location. If anyone has any ideas about the equipment or how to reach the owner I'd appreciate it. Please see the picture of the item I found in my mouth. read more

I was craving Jamba's delicious steel cut oatmeal this morning but to my surprise the oatmeal wasn't ready. I arrived at 7:50am to find out that the oatmeal won't be ready for another 15 minutes. Normally I would wait and I understand things happen, but this was the second time I tried ordering steel cut oatmeal in the morning before work and it wasn't ready. Not sure why? I am assuming the morning crew forgot to make it both times. Such a bummer I wanted to surprise four of my co-workers with oatmeal this morning; lately I have been bragging about how good the oatmeal is at Jamba. Hopefully you will resolve this issue soon. My intent is not to point out something so small but to use this opportunity as a training tool. It would be one thing if the oatmeal ran out due to popular demand, but at this time of day it's hard to believe. read more

I love this Jamba juice! The girls there are always very nice, and make drinks fast. There's been a few times Ive called in to place an order and i was literally right around the corner and by the time I walked in my drink was already sitting there waiting for me. I really think they have an awesome team here, they always get me in n out no questions asked. Today i went in and ordered a Strawberry Wild and asked them to make it think. And they made it prefect, I hate it when they make it too thin cause its just turns to a juice halfway into the drink. But once again they were on it and i left happy. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!!! My 5 year old nephew order the oatmeal and he almost took a bite out of it until he noticed something odd. There was something white & foreign in the oatmeal. And guess what it was?!?!? IT WAS A PUSH PIN! A PUSH PIN? Are you dealing kidding me?! Why was that in there? Do the workers not check their product before they start selling this? This is completely disgusting and I will never ever go to this location ever again. I usually order the large orange and carrot juice with no ice and a side of wheat grass shot. On my naughty days I'll have their Orange Dream Machine. I took my 2 year old daughter into this location on April 17th 2018 around 1Pm. Walked in and told the cashier my daughter had a severe allergy to dairy and that she needed a none dairy drink. I tried ordering an all fruit drink and she talked me into a kids one as it has no dairy. While ordering my mother also mentioned she was allergic to dairy and the cashier asked are you all three allergic I said nope just my daughter and mother. Fast forward to my daughter drinking her smoothie I told my mom something seemed off because normally they make her smoothies separate in the back because of her allergy and use a blender dedicated just to allergies but this time they didn't and just as I said that she started breaking out in hives on her face. I noticed the hives and immediately told the cashier that they had to of not cleaned out their machine or they cros contaminated my daughters drink with dairy because she's breaking out in hives. The assistant manager told me that it seemed to be just a miss communication and that they didn't realize the severity of the allergy and that there really was an allergy. Excuse me?!?! Your cashier questioned my family about the allergy and even recommended drinks special to her allergy. This is not okay!!
