Unfortunately the new manager or the manager working today (05/31) and his worker Vladimir had no customer service and was very unprofessional. I wish I could give no stars. When you have a worker who talks about an adjusted order by saying "freaking weirdos" after I literally paid for the replacements because I only wanted Mango and Strawberries in my acai bowl, that's uncalled for. I paid over $50 for my order and that is what you provide, the flexibility to change the toppings based on preference. And to top it off their AC is not working so it is like a sauna in there. Maybe that's why their brains are fried. The manager didn't do anything when I reported it to him. The only way to correct something like this (especially for new and young workers like Vladimir) is to talk to your worker and explain why his actions are unacceptable. Unless, it accepted??? Never again Ewa Jamba. I hope management sees this. You need to do better. The other cashier who took our order, the tiny Asian girl was sweet and super concerned for one of our allergy product orders. I wish I got her name. She should be manager or atleast be the star example of great customer service.

Bowl toppings not hitting the rim at all just the bottom of bowl. I bought 5 of these!! $50 worth!

Jamba Juice in the Ewa Town Center is ran by children. Where the h377 are the adults? Obviously when ran by children no quality control and consistency in the product. Strawberry dream tasted tasted like powder and not sweet as how other locations. Like what I said no consistency and uniformity. The establishment hire children with no formal training or at least common sense because I can see that it ain't 10 worth and they weren't even using measurements. Just scoop whatever they feel like. Tight tight! Another reason for negative feedback is the AÇAÍ Bowls for $10 each was NOT acceptable. My bowl was not half full but 75% empty. The açaí was only 3 tablespoons and filling was half a banana, couple berries and other crumbs. Very disappointing!. I don't think they have the right measurements because I kinda heard other customers before me also complaining about how little the portion was when they received their bowls. Like what I said no uniformity!!! Never never get the ACAI bowls from this location!! Rip OFF RIP OFF!

My wife suggested we get a cool drink for our drive home. Being in the Ewa area, we decided to have a Pina Colada, which was on the Jamba Juce specials menu.. Cool and refreshing, but my favorite Is their Orange Dream Machine. flavor. The service was fast and friendly. Located near Foodland in the Ewa Town Center Enjoy

The fruit / toppings used to reach over the rim and now barely reaches the top.

Same great treats but is it me or has anyone noticed that the Açaí bowl portions are getting smaller yet the price remains the same or increased? Yea, smaller portion - same price price, same crazy parking. 3/2022

Jamba Juice has always been the leader for me in fruit smoothies! This location is located in the Ewa Town Center next to Foodland. There is a lot of parking in this shopping center. They offer a variety of foods from pastries, açaí bowl. They offer fresh squeezed juices, fruit smoothies and green smoothies. My "go to" smoothie drink is a Strawberries Wild and my off the menu "go to" is the White Gummy Bear. My "go to" food item is their pretzel. Prices on their smoothies has gone up and the small size is almost $6. Overall, check out their shop if you are looking for a healthy snack or lunch.

3 stars for a runny orange dream machine. Tasted as if it was blended too long. Walked in to having someone make fun of my name. Here in Hawaii, The Hanawai Ian language is the second official language yet my name was being made fun of. Not too serious as all it was was some kid saying "I'm not saying that!" And refusing to call out my HAWAIIAN name. Bummer, won't be stopping at this location ever again.

Ordered two açaí bowls and they were both half filled. It wasn't even at a busy time. I was the only customer in the store. Just sad. It also took about 20 minutes to make 2 açaí bowls. You can see the workers messing around in the back and not even starting the order. They would continue to work on the açaí bowls then go off somewhere else to work on other orders.

Super sad $11 bowl.. They seemed short staffed and were rushing. My smoothie on the bottom was super watery and had a big scoop of the frozen yogurt in the middle. Granola was a small tiny scoop looks like from the bottom of the container (maybe the last of it). Also, the employee making it had gloves on, but took a break from making my bowl to go and fix something, then came back wearing the same gloves and proceeded to make my bowl and touch the banana and granola. Super unsanitary and quite gross. Not buying this again.

They offer signature bowls for those who don't like having to decide on bases, toppings, drizzles, etc. Signature bowls come in two sizes: regular (16oz.) $13.99 and large (24 oz.) $15.99. Whatever bowls give you the freedom to decide on base - bonus base - fresh fruit - super foods - drizzle. These are priced the same but you decide what you do and do not want, which is nice. Mind you, they also offer: toasts, smoothies and drinks such as lemonade, iced blended coffee, matcha, and cold brews. Açaí bowl was a generous portion of base / bonus base / fruit. I appreciate how they chop their fruit into bite size pieces. Idk what it is but I like my fruit in my bowl to be bite size like small easy to eat and chew. Maybe it has to do with base/topping/fruit ratios!? Fruit was fresh too, which for this price point- I'd expect and they delivered. There are many options available which again, for this price point you'd expect, so it's nice to have. The only problem was they were out of Nutella. Like, why? My daughter went a week before writing this review and she said they were out of bananas. In my opinion, banana and Nutella are not items hard to keep in stock! We would visit again. Side note, Monday - Friday 6-7pm they offer $2 off signature bowls!

What to know: - they have a lot of boba milk tea flavors, including some unique specialty drinks like Fruity Pebbles! - The prices are about the same as any boba spot - they give you more!!! You know how some boba spots give serve their drinks on really tall and skinny cups, giving you the mind trick that you have more than what you actually have? Ya I hate that. Frenchie Boba uses 16 and 20 oz real cups! Which means you get more boba! - For a food truck, we didn't feel like we waited too long! They give fast service and pretty great quality drinks - The take credit card payments!! Yesss! So bring your plastic! They accept it! My fiancé and her sister got the Honeydew and Chocolate drink. After ordering they do make your drinks so you wait for a couple minutes. We were overwhelmed with the amount of toppings they had so we just stuck to no boba for just this time (we'll be back). When we got our drinks, the White Rabbit flavor took me back to my childhood. They were spot on with the flavor and it tasted amazingly good. It was on the sweeter side. We enjoyed our drinks and ended up following their Instagram page. They are usually parked near the park so check them out.

I have NEVER felt nauseous like that before when drinking any sort of smoothie, boba drink, or matcha. My brother said he felt like vomiting. Something bad was in that matcha smoothie. This wasn't the first occasion in which I've had poor experiences with the drinks from Infinitea at Kamakana. The drinks are inconsistently made.
