Love this place! So today (August 27 2017 around 2pm) I was riding around with my bike and decided to get some juice for myself and my husband. So I asked the cashier staff to seal my juice as much as possible. And the female staff who made my juice wrapped it with parchment paper and closed it with the cap. She wasn't bothered at all. I decided to deviate from the norm, which was a bad move on my part. My usual will only be Peanut Butter or Citrus Squeeze (no bananas, substitute the bananas with pineapple sherbet and THICK). I chose Purely Pineapple with coconut water and soy protein for the free boost (Note: Don't place any free boost in there if you are ordering this drink). The workers at this location are very nice and I believe they try their best to accommodate their customers however when I got my fruit bowl I began eating it and found what appeared to be a water bottle cap & nearly choked on it. It was sharded so sharp edges were dangerous... Could not help but think about the small child that was in there at the same time and hoping that child did not get a piece of what I got. I would give this place a zero if I could. We ordered the Hawaiian açaí bowl. The açaí was like runny soup. It's suppose to be cold and almost like ice cream. The fruit was not fresh. The blueberries were packed in liquid which I saw her scoop out. My daughter ordered a smoothie and did it care for it. Our bill was $15 that could have been spent better somewhere else. read more

I like Jamba Juice. My favorite drinks are matcha green tea blast, orange dream machine, orange C booster, peanut butter mood, and strawberries wild. This location in Ewa Beach right next to the Foodland/Coffee Bean location area. The store is within the shopping plaza area over there so regarding parking wise, it could be busy or it could not depending on what time of the day you go in. Sometimes, I usually go here on the weekends to get a smoothie or two and it is not that busy. It is a small store with just one table and a couple of seats and that is about it. I feel like it is more like a to-go and take out kind of Jamba Juice store. The staff and customer service is ok. They are usually pretty quick and make things pretty fast. I could have something from Jamba Juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner! They have smoothies, acai bowls, snacks and fresh juice. My favorite is the Orange Dream Machine. Luckily for me they have a special this week, all large smoothies are only $5!! This location is always crowded but the service is fast. I've been going to this location for several years now. I was a bit disappointed this morning. I ordered my normal drink, medium Kale-ribbean Breeze extra kale/chia seed. Due to the extra kale (bulk), they always put it in a bigger cup so I'm able to get my full order. This morning, my order goes into the medium cup I ordered, BUT as I look in the container that my smoothie was blended it, there was a good half a small cup left in it. I feel I was cheated out from my full order. I kindly ask the girl if she could put my "full" order in a bigger cup or at least give me the balance of the smoothie in a small cup, and she said "this is a medium cup." I love my smoothies and Jamba Juice is one of the most efficient places to order from due to their speedy service, so I can get in and out with a delicious drink in my hand. I walk in expecting a greeting from somebody because Jamba Juice is known for its friendly customer service but I receive no greeting whatsoever. Another thing I see is how packed this place was. I guess since it was a hot Saturday afternoon nothing less would have been expected. I then proceeded to order a large caribbean passion. The waitress, who I'm guessing is incredibly inexperienced, took a solid 3 minutes struggling to give me my change and receipt. After taking a step back and observing the staff I can see that they were very overwhelmed by the sheer amount of orders they were getting. When I got my smoothie about 7 minutes later which is way too long, I was extremely displeased to see that the smoothie was very watery. I was very disappointed in the product and the service I received this visit. So disappointed that it might push me to never order from this location ever again. :( read more

I come to this Jamba Juice around 3-5 times a week. I know their smoothies are filled with dreaded carbs, but they're just so refreshing! Plus, it's more convenient for me to drink my vitamins rather than eat them. I love that they've implemented the rewards points system. It seems like almost every other visit I'm redeeming a $3 off reward. I've always gotten fast and friendly service here, and it's not usually ever super busy at this location. My favorite things to get are the blueberry cream cheese scones (kind of overpriced for the size, but whatever), acai primo bowl, acai super antoxidant smoothie, and the orange berry antoxidant juice blend. My favorite smoothie USED to be the Kona berry blast, which unfortunately was discontinued. :( My dog's favorite item on the menu is the banana taro bread.
