Either way, if this is a repetitive thing, why not adjust daily inventory of bananas so you aren't running out most days with more than an hour until closing??? We were really sad about this and to think we had to write this, but seems like such an easily fixable problem that shouldn't be persisting. We actually love açaí joint so much that we really have to go out of our way to get here. For it to be a waste of time is really disappointing and if we have to assume the majority of the menu is not available, we will probably just skip going there from now on and that's sad.

One of the staff members told me that they couldn't make it as a yogurt bowl without charging me the price of a regular bowl. The staff member initially gave me a hard time about it, although I do appreciate that they eventually apologized and checked with another staff member, who helped resolve the issue. The bowl itself was prepared fine, but unfortunately the overall quality of the fruit wasn't great this time. The fruit just didn't seem as fresh or as good-quality as it has been during my previous visits. I'm giving 2 stars because I've enjoyed this place before, but between the long wait, the initial customer service experience, and the quality of the ingredients this time, I left feeling pretty disappointed. Took very long to take my order, not only that but were very rude and were sipping their drink in front of me with no respect for their customer service. Took forever to take out our order when they had no order prior to mine. On top of that my server, Khristian F I'm guessing, basically threw my food in the counter. Leyna at this Jamba Juice is absolutely amazing! Great conversationalist, energetic, funny, super nice and just an amazing human being!
