My office is smack dab in between this Jamba Juice and the one on Crescent Drive. I always choose this one. Reason 1: I am always able to find parking here. Reason 2: The staff are super nice. I went by today for the first time in a very long time. (it has been way too cold the past couple months for me to enjoy a smoothie.) The woman working there remembered my name. It's nice when people remember you. I can never remember any of their names and they even wear name tags. She also noticed that I dyed my hair. Nice. I decided to try one of their smoothies with granola. For under $4 you get a small smoothie topped with granola. I went with the mango-peach and it was delicious. This is your standard jamba juice location. No gripes really except that I didn't like the way their menu was laid out, however with that being said, they actually had a sample guy walking around asking the folks waiting in line if they wanted to sample one of their baked breads. These girls working here were so, so sweet! Not only were my drinks awesome, but when I left my bank card at their location, they took the time to call me (at the number I called from to place my order)! I just thought it was super nice of them- they even put my card in a little gift card holder and wrote my name on it! I don't know, I just thought they were super sweet and I will definitely start coming here more often! I wish I knew the girl's name! This Jamba Juice is close by to work. I walk over here whenever I have that juice craving for lunch which I did the other day. They're revamping the shopping center so there's a bunch of construction around the Jamba Juice/REI area. There was someone in front of me that was taking a while to finish their transaction, but the person making the smoothie did a "Starbuck" style ordering and asked me what I wanted to get started. I asked for a Kale-ribbean Smoothie. Now I think I mistakenly said Large instead of Medium as the smoothie's largest size was Medium. So when I got to the register, they charged me for a medium instead of a large...but I still got a large size. I felt bad as now my ~$6 drink should not really have been $6 but something more. Gosh I can't believe the prices for Jamba Juice these days. It's ridiculous! I remember when a large was $5 or even a $4! The wonders of inflation. Regardless I love that Kale drink and I downed the large size. I'm such a pig. But hey it's veggies and fruit right? right? I was going to try one of their new healthy Harley Pasternak shakes and asked the cashier if she'd ever had it. She hadn't, but she said they have a satisfaction guarantee, where they can remake it if needed. When I got the PB and Jealous, I wasn't too excited about the taste. It tasted weird because of the Greek yogurt. They asked if I liked it but I was too embarrassed to bother to have them make another one. Plus they made my small too big and gave me the whole thing in a large cup. They were really nice here, but if you're looking for a sweet treat, don't go for the healthy smoothies at Jamba. Out of oranges AGAIN. It's not the first second third or fourth time I've been here multiple times and their always out.

Im giving this place 1 star for taking my order and another for being at a convenient location when I was craving a chunky strawberry bowl. The lack of stars come in the way my bowl was made, as it lacked the quantity shown in their menu picture. Also, when compared to the way other locations made it, this locations version does not meet the standards of other locations or even that of their company. When I asked why it contained so little food, their answer was "trust us, thats what a 12oz is supposed to be" to which I responded "but it looks nothing like what I consistently get at other locations." They then told me "they were just being nice." Well, I am ever stopping at this location again. Ill stick with other one like The San Pablo and Emeryville locations. read more

Love love love this location. Never have to ask twice for something and each time my smoothie is consistently good which I have no experienced at any other location. Until today, my order was wrong and had hardly any of granola But I learned a lesson, DONT SHOW UP 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE because you never know what they'll have left, plus they've been working all day and are ready to go home as we all are. I was super excited that I was trying one of their energy bowls, but really disappointed in what I got. The mix in bowl itself was soupy and there were barely any toppings. I ordered online and it was almost like it wasn't placed in the fridge because when I came to pick it up it was really watery. Super annoyed at this location. I bought this fundraider card and when I went to a different location they just hole punch it. I come here and they told me I have to download their app and load the reward code and I've already done this twice. Anyhow I'm late to pick up my daughter from ballet. The one thing I'm having an aversion to while pregnant is vegetables. I know doesn't sound healthy and I love vegetables when I'm in a normal state. Whenever I get a chance I squeeze in some veggies any chance I get. On this day I was able to try Jambas new Tropical Harvest Passion Fruit, Mango, Peach with yellow Veggie juice. My son got a small Strawberry goes Bananas. Such silly names. My smoothie was awesome. Jamba has been a staple in my pregnancy. They are so good. Possibly one of the worst Jamba Juice locations to ever go to! The staff members here are mean and don't even greet you when you come in. They asked me for my order three times and asked me if I wanted anything else twice. Once I paid for everything the lady who gave me the drinks didn't even call out my name or what I ordered (like they usually do at other locations busy or not) and gave me a look of hating her job. If you hate your job so much then why work there? They need to step up their customer service here ASAP! On top of that, nothing was well stocked and the floors and tables outside and inside weren't clean. I won't be coming back here but if you insist on coming here hope you get better service. Convenient because it is close to home and it is worth using the rewards program if you come here often and I highly recommend buying the Jamba juice gift cards from Costco which saves you money. I love jamba juice. Love Love Love it. Correction: I love the smoothies. Not particularly keen on the oatmeal. It's not your typical Quaker Oats kind of grain... curious... Anyway... This jamba juice in particular is never TOO busy, and they've never once screwed up my order (unlike the one on bancroft in WC). Good location in the middle of the Willows Shopping Center, right next to Old Navy. Parking can get tough, but I can't really hold it against them. Staff seemed more concerned about talking to each other than making food and drinks for us in any sort of timely manner. With my drink I ordered a jalapeño cheddar roll which they didn't make until I had to remind them when I finally got my drink after a ten minute wait, keep in mind that it was not even remotely busy. After reminding them about my roll they continued to take their time and when I finally received it I left only to find out once down the road that the roll was completely frozen solid, not partially but hot only on the surface with 99% of the roll rock hard frozen ice. This place was empty when I walked in to place my order despite it being a 100 degree day, and now I know why. I first walked in and was ignored by the four staff members and after waiting a few minutes, they said hi and it will be a minute. So I waited and waited for five minutes, which I was ok with because they were making people's orders. They finally take my order, which he tells me the wrong amount, but does correct himself. Then the waiting begins.... They are so hung up on mobile orders, that they forget the live humans waiting on their orders. To top it off, they totally forget mine and after 10 minutes I had to go up and ask for my drink, which they had already clears from the screen. So he makes my drink, not even apologizing for the delay, and it's so gross. I've had this drink before, so I believe this was made wrong, but I don't have the time to wait for it to be made again. I used to be a Jamba Juice fan but their smoothies got a little too expensive and I started making my own smoothies for a while. The groupon for freshly squeezed juice brought me back because frankly, I am too lazy to clean my juicer right now with all the home remodeling stuff going on. We stopped by on a hot summer day and the employees were fast, friendly and helpful. The manager on site was really nice as well. When he saw that they accidentally made more than 12 ounces of juice he told the employee to use a bigger cup and give us the extra juice he made. It was a small gesture but he didn't waste the juice and gave it to us instead and I appreciated that gesture. The juices themselves were delicious too, I recommend the Tropical Greens and Citrus Reviver, the Veggie Harvest was a bit bland tasting. read more

This place is meh. The customer service has always been MEH to me whenever I came in. They all seemed like that just partied last night and weren't feeling like being FANTASTIC. A bit sluggish, imo. Jamba juice, is probably the greatest drink ever created, excluding Kool-Aid. This stuff is good. I use to crave the Mango go go. But i've moved on and fell in love with the Orange Dream machine. so so good. Now my new addiction is conquering the Secret Menu. yes there is a secret menu, filled with great flavors: Fruity pebbles, Pink Starburst, Red and White Gummy, PB&J,Sour Patch, Strawberry shortcake..many many more. You know when you go somewhere too much, When the servers tell you. hey, I got a new flavor I can make, wanna try. Not all locations cater to the secret menu. I wish Jamba Juice, would lower the prices on these drinks. i buy one everyday, that is expensive. So I'm putting myself in JJ rehab for two weeks and taking a break. On our California trip, we continuously went to this Jamba Juice location. Before our trip, we had never had Jamba Juice before. We think the closest Jamba Juice location to us is in Chicago...so we're having Jamba withdrawals! During our trip, we had various drinks. Kayla's personal favorite was the Orange Berry Antioxidant. Angel really liked the RazzMaTazz drink. We really wish that Jamba Juice would establish some franchises around the Kansas City area.
