I've had several horrible customer service experiences with one particular worker there All other employees besides the manager a very courteous polite and well spoken This particular employee always has an attitude And her answer to everything as she doesn't have to deal with its because she has her own personal problems And doesn't have time this Today wed 11/20/19 She was the same way even walking out side saying she did have time to deal will me And The other employee talk to me The other employee was very nice and polite When I was outside in my vehicle answering your phone calls . She Approaching me and kept harassing me after I told her I was on the call didn't happen to go back inside Jamcha Self Storage use to be a great place Friendly staff Clean n Well kept facilities Very help full staff Special the Hispanic young man at front desk He was all ways very Polite and helpful But in the last couple of moths 6-8 moths from the bad customer service And the up keep of the facility It all has gone down hill You call no one answer the phone You have call multiple times for some one to answer And when they finely do they will tell you If you don't like waiting to use The automated system or to come down to the facility There is all ways some one new at from desk And half of the time you will get a employee with Condescending Attitude , special the manger She talks down to her employees as well as the customers They have refused to give my Iraq war vet brother access to the Facilities . Multiple times Even though he is on the Contract and he has the key to he's unite This has happen Multiple times Trow the last 6-8 moths It is not one time deal But a on going Issue that has only started to occurred in the last couple of months 6-8 moths I was a very happy Tenant for couple years in till Recently I will no longer recommend To any one Jamacha self storage No longer Recommend this storage facility read more

Based on my interactions with ALL of the following I have NO reservations about recommending Jamacha Point Self Storage due to: 1) Prior to selecting this operation I canvassed the internet other competitively priced and UP TO DATE storage facilities. Moreover the fact that there were more reviews of substance versus other storage facilities helped. After visiting and scrutinizing the unit THREE times I decided to commit to the very attractive deal I got.... it was a NO BRAINER!. Moreover it is very conveniently locasted to either I-94 or I-125 which is a pleasant and scenic 5 mile ride to the West. I am moving here like many others from Public Storage where although the facilities are modern, the atmosphere and conditions as a public company SHOWS. Jamacha Self Storage is a privately held company with more facilitating EARLIER hours and they IMHO do have your interests in heart whereas Public Storage has a plethora of additional fees! Moreover the latter doesn't doesn't tell you of better offers within the same facility and steer you to a higher rate situation based on my experience. And I was there EIGHT years! 2)Pleasant, almost homely atmosphere especially with Angelo as with the initial meeting with the manager Raylene in dealing with the caretakers of the facility. 3) The unit has STRONGER folding doors; has INTERNAL LIGHTS: TWO in my unit hitting a hallway timer switch.Many times at Public Storage the lights WENT OUT and thank God I didn't FALL DOWN! This facility is modern, clean, very secure, and the people who work there are great. I have had a large storage unit there for many years. I have stored the expensive contents of my former large house there while I pursue a change in lifestyle. The property has a sprinkler system, remote motion sensors, and other high tech security features. The facility is kept incredibly clean at all times. The people who directly manage and work there are so helpful and thoughtful. Further, the cost of the monthly rent is remarkably affordable compared with all other facilities. It takes a lot to generate such positive views from people renting storage space, but Jamacha Point Self Storage in Spring Valley really set themselves far above the competition. As a storage facility, I have found it to be very clean and well maintained with friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Steve Lopez. When I was first looking for a storage unit, I wanted one that was close to home and had easy accessability but also very secure. I have found that with Jamacha Point Self Storage. There was one time when I failed to lock my unit correctly and was both pleased and surprised to receive a call from them advising me that it was not locked and offerred to secure it for me, as they knew I had been there a few hours before. These guys have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. I don't believe you will find any storage facility in San Diego County that can match the quality of Jamacha Point Self Storage in Spring Valley. The "goodness" starts right at their front door. The office staff are very warm, sensitive, intelligent, helpful and highly professional. Dawn is the gal I met the first time I went there. She truly understands what being a professional means in todays' business world. Just moved back to San Diego from Arizona. This was the first storage unit I ever bought and I called this place just a couple days before and spoke with Dave and right away he was able to help me out with setting up all my info and questions I had. I arrived two days later and everything went super smooth, Dave helped with showing me the storage unit, how to use the elevator and rolling carts to make moving your personal things as easy as possible. The customer service was top quality, the facility was clean, well lit and secure. If you are continually looking around just stop and be glad if they have a unit available for you. Usually there is some type of move in discount. They have good quality carts available if you need the elevator to your unit so no worries with an upstairs unit. OMG! THE STORAGE UNITS HAVE LIGHTS INSIDE!! I've been doing my homework by visiting MULTIPLE storage unIts throughout East AND South county and these have by far been the best.
