I had a small unit for a few months, the facilities are always clean, and the staff is super friendly and professional, they go above and beyond to help you. I would definitely come back if I ever have to store something again. read more

Best rates I found with same day availability. Facility looks secure and clean as well.

You know how the saying goes about first impressions meaning everything? Well I just left from signing my move in paperwork and am absolutely both pleased and impressed. I reserved a unit online and came in person this morning and the lady took me to to show me my unit first to make sure it would fit my needs. The facility is very nice and very clean. There are elevators and also push carts that you can use if you have a unit on another floor. They also provide a lock to you for free which is very convenient. We went into the office afterwards to sign paperwork and she was very nice and helpful and explained everything that I was signing to me and made sure I understood everything. They offer military and student discounts which is great! There is a keypad that you punch your code in to get access onto the facility and there's security, which I like so I don't have to worry about my stuff being stolen. I look forward to my time renting a unit here. read more

I called so many places trying to find a affordable and nice storage. Jamacha Point Self Storage is not only affordable but a very clean and nice building. Andy was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for storage. read more

I've had a storage unit here for approximately 5 years now, and am very pleased with my overall experience. First of all, the customer service is fantastic. I had a small issue earlier today, and as soon as I expressed concern, it was handled immediately, and efficiently. Raylene went out of her way to contact me after our initial conversation, to make sure all my questions were answered and I was taken care of. The location is clean and organized, and I know the items I have stored here are safe at all times. The candy bowl in the front office is an added bonus as well! I will continue to refer friends here, as I know they too will be pleased with their experience! read more

Great facility with amazing staff. Secure and clean! We had a unit broken into across the street and needed a new u it ASAP. They got us right in and we're very accommodating! Highly recommend! read more

This place has the greatest customer service. When the charity I volunteer for started to search for a new facility to store our stuff, we stumbled upon this place. After talking to Vidal and telling him what we were looking for he went to work extra hard to make sure we were taken care of and he left no question unanswered. This place is clean and the staff is on point. I highly recommend them. read more

Storage was easily accessible. Property is well maintained with security always on site. Steve and Rayline as well as all other staff have always been pleasant and courteous. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! Nothing worse than moving out in a time crunch, I was off work at 3 o'clock and my packing didn't finish until almost 6. I called jamacha self storage and they stayed open an extra hour just so I could move in that day!!! Steve is so very amazing and was so helpful, I wish they did apartment rentals :) lol. Let's just say they made my terrible situation so much easier for me and that's the kind of customer service that deserves a loyal clientele. I highly suggest this company for your storage, and don't be afraid to ask for the specials they have... They willingly will inform you on how to get the most bang for your buck!! Woooo! read more

My experience with Jamacha Point Self Storage was great ! I needed a place to move my mom's stuff and this choice was perfect. The customer service was top quality, the facility was clean, well lit and secure. If you are continually looking around just stop and be glad if they have a unit available for you. Usually there is some type of move in discount. They have good quality carts available if you need the elevator to your unit so no worries with an upstairs unit. I would definitely use them again. read more

The prices are competitive and the customer service can't be beat. The employees are friendly and don't hesitate to make sure that all of your storage needs are addressed. Also, the facility is clean and secure. read more

A good and friendly staff (the employees that I worked with). I don't know if I can mention the employees name (Chrissy). Thanks for the laughs and your patience. They helped me select the correct unit size and tried their best to get me a close to the elevator. The free water was cold and the place was clean. read more

Friendly and professional, I love this place and Vidal H. was super helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Today I started a lease with this company. Looking at the reviews, I was thrilled I found a place that is so well-priced with so many good reviews. However, my customer service experience with the company thus far has been underwhelming. To reserve my unit, I called back in early April where I was told on the phone the manager would reach out to me within a week to confirm, and when I hadn't heard anything I called to make sure everything was okay. The man on the phone was short, and talked me as though I made up the idea that someone would call, and he just told me that my price was secured and everything was fine. I did get a call two weeks later, and the woman on the phone was very nice when she confirmed my unit. However, today was the worst experience by far. I came into the office and was greeted by the only on-duty worker. He informed me that he was new, and to bare with him because his manager was off-site. An hour later, we still had yet to do the paperwork because he did not know how to set up the lease online and messed mine up in the process. This was not his fault, as he was new and the only one on site, however you shouldn't place a new employee by themselves unless you've trained them on everything. He messed up my online lease and tried calling everyone he could, and the entire time was saying "sorry I f*cked up" over and over. At first it was fine, but the profanity felt increasingly unprofessional as he tried to fix the problem. Eventually he figured it out, and assured me once his boss was back that they would go over and that he would call me that day to ensure my paperwork and lease was correct, and still I have received no call. Customer-service aside, the place is very clean and I felt it was very secure and safe. The price is fantastic and they offer a variety of units and discounts (student, military, etc.). I hope that in the future that this company will give me better service than what I have received thus far. read more

There has been a big change in Management at the Spring Valley facility - but absolutely no change in the excellent service shown to everyone who goes there. Cory is the new Manager and she's really terrific! So easy to talk with, very professional and very caring. And as always, the entire facility is immaculate! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!!! read more

I had no idea what I was doing when I first inquired about renting a space. I thought it would be a lot of paper work and I definitely did not think that I'd be able to get a storage space that same day. The rental process was so easy and so quick. The staff here is WONDERFUL! They are extremely helpful and friendly. They are very laid back and don't try to pressure you into renting from them. Besides having great prices, the facility itself is very clean and very safe. My storage unit is on the 3rd floor. Initially, I wanted a storage unit on the first floor because I didn't want to have to constantly bring stuff up and down. I have no problem being on the 3rd floor because they provide carts you can just throw your stuff on and take up in an elevator. Save yourself the trouble of researching other places, you'd be lucky to be able to rent here! read more

I had a real bad experience storing my stuff with them. Not a facility I would recommend. Not clean. Not customer friendly. Way overpriced. VERY limited hours and they take off almost every holiday and block you from accessing your units. Security is lacking. This place is not what you need when you have to store your belongings. I couldn't wait to leave there. It's a downhill proposition. read more

We definitely reccommend Jamacha Point Self Storage. Everyone on the staff that we came in contact with was professional, helpful and friendly. Everything about this place was top notch. Fantastic facility, especially the true professionals that run the day-to-day operations! Very responsive to your needs and concerns. Takes the extra mile to ensure one understands requirements and responsibilities of staff and customers! There is a facility within 4 miles of my location, but willing to travel additional 9 miles. Hats off to Tony, exceptional customer service and professionalism!! read more

Had passed along a lot of tools I had in storage to my son-in-law and wanted to downsize my storage unit since I only needed half the space and figured I'd save a few bucks. Well the place I was at would only save me 25% of the cost on a 50% reduction. That made me mad and I figured it was time for a move. After a bit of on-line investigation I found Jamacha Point. Their price worked out to a 66% savings! Sounded too good to be true. Drove over to inspect the place and was pleasantly surprised. Clean and secure it all met my needs. In the office, Yanet showed me the unit and handled all the rental paperwork quickly and efficiently. The next day when I moved my remaining goods, it was a hot day and I worked up a good sweat and thirst by the time I was done. I stopped at the office to see if there was a water fountain or something to drink. Turns out they had a complementary bottle of cold water for me! Now that's great customer service! Couldn't be happier. read more

The manager here is very knowledgeable about the storage facility and is alot friendlier then the people at Public Storage, which is the main reason I chose Jamacha Point. The other reason is the cleanliness of the property and the security of the units. I will be a loyal customer as long as I need a storage unit. Thank You Cory!!! read more
