Second day living in Colorado and as Miami natives, my lover and I are SO happy to have found this brand new gem. The classic menu has all the essentials anyone from Miami can appreciate, even a jupiña and materva! One of the business owners saw us placing an online order outside and came over to introduce themself. Told us they just opened up on the 1st of March. The other owner came out to meet us too, super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The area surrounding the business is fenced in and I can imagine this place blowing up very soon. We will most definitely be coming back!

Visited this location while on vacation from Miami. If you want to get authentic Cuban food, this is the place to go. Great service and the owner is very polite. Great for family or friends.

Cubano, plantain, jupiña

I'm eating this outside right now for the first time and it's so good. I couldn't wait to write the review. This is the best cubano I've ever had in my life. Plantains are perfect. The proof is in the pudding. Don't miss this spot

We also checked out the Catholic Cathedral that was nearby and all were absolutely marvelous. That said, we were pretty hungry by the time early afternoon rolled around and we headed over to Leven Deli as I heard they had the best Pastrami Rueben in the Denver area. This place was jumping when we arrived but they had plenty of seating options and we were seated pretty quickly. Happy to report that their sandwiches were out of this world. The fact that they bake their one bread; also, make their own pastrami on-site absolutely takes that sandwich over the top. It was absolutely delicious and I will possibly say it is in the top three (3) Pastrami Rueben sandwiches I have ever had. Yep, it was that good. Super fresh and an explosion of flavors to boot. We also had the Focaccia and Mozzarella Prosciutto sandwich which was delicious as well. They have a pretty extensive menu with plenty of options, coffees and home made desserts as well. The service was also very good and they were really nice as well. There is street parking available and plenty of open air and parking garages bailable as well so parking should not be a problem. Overall, we were really impressed and will be coming back for more next time we are in Denver. Feel free to stop by and check them out if you are in the area or walking in the Downtown area. I am positive you will not be disappointed. Wishing you all a great time in Denver or if you live here a great evening! Enjoy and bon appétit mes amis!

I went with a classic Italian sub, The Louie. Honestly, it was difficult to decide which sandwich to go with because there were so many good options. They also had a couple of tables outside for seating. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back to try another sub off the menu. #cleanyourplate

Lou's was a cute & cozy deli that made us the most amazing Italian style sandwiches. They also had home made pastas, speciality grocery items & catering. There was limited indoor seating with one table for six, some counter seating & an outdoor patio. We parked on the street. We ordered the Chicken Parm & the Fried Prosciutto BLT Sandwiches online & ate there. Our order was ready right on time & the staff were friendly & fast. The Chicken Parm was delicious - a nicely seasoned chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella & a very flavorful marinara sauce. My favorite was the Fried Prosciutto BLT, it was fantastic. The prosciutto was crispy & was instead of bacon. In addition, there was shredded lettuce, tomato & a great tasting garlic aioli on a toasted Ciabatta Roll. I loved this place - I can't wait to go back!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted. The cashier was especially thoughtful and took the time to help me decide what to order for lunch. I ultimately chose the bánh mì, and it was an excellent choice. The sandwich was packed with flavor and served on a lightly toasted roll. It was easily one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Beyond the food, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. This is definitely a place I would return to the next time I'm in Denver!

Well, before 6:00 at night, they had run out of the rustic loaf bread that both of our sandwiches (the Ridgeline and the Fourteener) were supposed to come on. In fact, due to a lunch rush, they had run out of the rolls several hours earlier. I guess they don't make more bread if they run out...maybe they don't make their own bread at all, but it was disappointing for a sandwich shop to run out of bread. Shouldn't that be a staple for a sandwich shop? We ended up having to just go with regular bread. I had wheat, while my daughter had sourdough. Again, don't get me wrong...both sandwiches were fine, but paying $14 for a sandwich on two slices of bread just doesn't seem worth it to me. Adding in chips and drinks (from a fountain machine where the Coke Zero exploded on you, and the Diet Coke seemed flat) for $40 wasn't a great deal. Guy at the counter was very apologetic for them running out of the rustic loaves, for what it was worth...not $40, that's for sure.
