Came here for lunch after trying breakfast before. Had a pancake which was luke warm and a salad with shrimp. The salad was mediocre and only had three shrimp for $19! What a rip off. Pancake was decent. Seems they are trying too hard and not meeting expectations of a fusion place. Maybe try less ingredients and do them right? Last time breakfast was good but very small portions. The mimosa was at least a good bang for your buck. Will maybe try one more time but loosing interest fast. read more

I ordered the beet hash without eggs because I prefer to eat plant based. There aren't many Vegan options which is a bummer. I added avocado and they gave me a tiny sliver, charged me $2 extra and It ended up being $15 for a small portion. My kid got a crepe for $5 and it was so tiny we ordered another one ( total rip off!) it was tasty though and it's a cool atmosphere. Sometimes your hotel's breakfast just doesn't cut it. I stopped here Sunday morning around 930, there was a line but I was sat at the counter within minutes. The coffee is great, the bloody mary's and cinnamon rolls look incredible and the loaded hash browns are one of the best breakfast options I've had in a while. The worst part here was deciding what to order, so many delicious sounding and looking options. Well worth stopping by, just call ahead to get a table if you can!! read more

Absolutely Delicious, except for one dish - the Bananas Foster Pancake (bad). We stopped into Jam for our last breakfast in Bozeman. By far the most delicious breakfast/brunch spot (also went to Storm Castle Cafe and Western Cafe). My husband had the Loaded Hashbrowns with extra jalapeño. Fantastic! I had the Puerco Verde Crepe with added avocado. Amazing! Seating wasn't super comfortable, kind of utilitarian, but the vibe was cool. One exception to the goodness was the Bananas Foster Pancake. Really bad. They didn't caramelize brown sugar, so it was basically a pancake with lots of grainy gritty brown sugar dumped on top in a runny syrup. If you get this pancake maybe ask for the topping on the side so it's not a total fail if they get it wrong. read more

Not only is the food exceptional, but our server Nathan made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful and overall very attentive! This restaurant is amazing if I could give it a 10 star I would. The service was amazing and everybody was very kind and positive. It make me want to stay there all day but I couldn't because life goes on and I can't avoid that but I will surely be returning to this restaurant. The food was excellent and I ordered a breakfast board. Everything was taken care of and it came out no more than five minutes after we finished ordering. Also, it's the healthiest breakfast place in town! You don't get over stuffed carbo load plates! You actually get a hearty meal and you can mix and match. The Eggs Benedict Flight was phenomenal. I had the Fried Chicken Benny, the Lump Crab Benny, and the special Benny of the day which was a Pork Belly Benny. They were all so different but complemented each other so nicely, I don't know if I'll ever be able to order just one or the other! The staff is out of the park! SP was super nice and got me set up with drinks while my server Nathan was finishing up at a table. Bozeman sure loves a good brunch! If you are going on the weekend expect to WAIT, but the food is worth it! My young daughter loves the different pancake options like bananas foster and peanut butter cup and I personally recommend the crab cake benedict. This review is purely about initial customer service since we were never greeted at the "please wait to be seated" sign and left after several minutes, so I can't vouch for the food. We waited long enough that the irritation of the wait was going to taint the rest of our experience. As we're discussing leaving to go to another Main Street eatery, two guys that had been sitting since we walked in stood up to leave. I asked if they had been waiting long, he said "Ten minutes, and we still haven't been greeted to get our name on the list". Keep in mind, it wasn't busy, it was us, the 2 guys, another man and his young daughter that was waiting. We made eye contact several times with a server, a hostess came up and took the man and daughter to their table, with no words or even an acknowledgment to us. That sealed our decision to leave. Guess who we saw at the eatery we decided to go to? Yep, those other two guys. Better luck next time Jam. Your food may be great, at a great price, but you've got to get people to the table. read more

Overall the Service here was terrible. I gave 2 stars because our waitress was not very attentive but nice. I Called in advance to see how long the wait was. The host stated it was a 30 minute wait. I asked if I could get on the "call ahead wait list" they stated sure, so I gave my name and they told me to just check in when we arrived. Great! It took us 20 minutes to arrive we checked in and waited another 35 minutes. As we watched several folks getting seated ahead of us that arrived after us we were confused why we would we even call ahead? We asked the host in control why we weren't seated, he was rude and stated you will be next. Seconds later they seated the family next to us first. Apparently you have to have some kind of secret word to be seated at Jam! Eventually after waiting another 50 minutes when we were told 30 we were seated. Wow! Is the food so great here that you can ignore the rudeness of the hosts and the extremely long wait? The answer is no! I ordered the corn Beef hash. It was over cooked and I mean blackened and burned, over cooked. The poached eggs tasted like vinegar. You would think with as hard as it is to get seated in this place that the food would be exceptional but it wasn't. The mimosas were good but I can get those at my house. When using the restroom the toilet paper was empty and the soap dispenser coming off the wall. I am just not sure why this place is still so popular when it isn't anything to write home about. I will be sure to find another breakfast place the next time I want to eat out. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. It is a shame this place used to be one of my favorites. Bummer!
