Just discovered this little pizza spot downtown and they have great options and the dough is amazing. I tried the Hot Mama pizza and yummm, the sauce was so good. We also tried the pepperoni and even my picky husband who is not a pizza fan loved it. We also tried the TGWDOC pizza and it was amazing with arugula on top yes please. Crispy crust but you have the ability to request your own crust-cooked preferences. Garlic knots were tasty. One or two of em tho were a bit harder than the rest. This is my kind of place, relaxing, great people, great food...great prices! I tried the hot mama pizza and Caesar salad. Only knock I would give it is the Caesar salad had huge leaves of romaine, can I cut it yes, presents nice but eats a little awkward. But as far as taste, you can tell they don't use a store bought dressing and make it in house, the anchovy forward flavor is so, so good! The pizza had the perfect crust, thin, yet not flimsy which can be hard to do, you can tell they know what they are doing! The thing that stood apart from ok pizza for me was that crust and specifically the ricotta cheese dollops to help offset the heat from the hot sauce and peppers. They flavors were so well balanced which can be hard with dealing with the spices! Despite quality ingredients being the reason, there are established competitors such as Empire & Brooklyn that serve good pizza for better value at a lower price. This comes in clutch after a night of drinks. With Jaime's, we came before a show at the Rialto. It wasn't busy an hour before doors. We sat at the bar. I was disappointed that service wasn't as friendly as I believe it should be. We ordered 2 slices of pizza for $8 each. It was originally served on one silver serve tray. It was very greasy but the bread was good. We asked for another plate since it was dinner for two. The slices were small. Overall, we had a convenient dinner but not in a hurry to revisit. read more

Good undercarriage with a nice thin crust w a decent chew. I ordered a large "old world" style and added their home made Italian sausage. It was as good as I remembered. The garlic knots are perfect and remind me of pizza Luna rip. The wings were crispy but juicy and so flavorful. Such a cool vibe as soon as you enter this establishment. Daily specials are clear. There is a decent variety of food and drink selections. We ordered a combination of garlic knots, chicken wings, and pizza, and were all scrumptious! Mind you this is generally a self service establishment in that food and drinks are ordered at the register. However, food is delivered. The day of our visit we were a party of four sitting at a table for four and a kind employee offered us a larger table to spread out all the delicious food. That was a nice suggestion. Starters look like a decent price and portions. They also have salads which all sounded good. However, it's my first taste at this pizza place so I had to get pizza. It's spacious with a bar area, indoor and outdoor patio area and squared tables on the sides. There's a decent wine menu but they also have cocktails. For dinner, I ordered Los Tres Cerditos which is the 3 Pigs, that has pancetta, pepperoni, and house made sausage. I'm glad to see they serve Arizona craft beer. I was happy to get a beer out of Flagstaff from Darksky, which I think is one of the best breweries in the state. I asked about their cold fermentation for dough and it was interesting. From what I was told, it's a slow 3 day fermentation at colder temperatures. A good portion of the staff came from Pizza Luna. I didn't try Pizza Luna when they were open, but I heard they were a great pizza place. The location is where Love Burger used to be. Everything was really good, but expensive. I paid $9 for a pint which is about 30% higher than I would have thought, but downtown space is expensive. Really good Pizza joint. read more
