Jae recently trimmed my trees and did a great job!! He trimmed 3 very large / tall trees, plus overgrown trees in my backyard as well. He's very nice and is reasonably priced too. I will continue to use Jae for maintenance on my tree trimming. read more

We had a lemon tree that needed removal and a huge hedge that needed to be cut way back. We called Jae and he came by within an hour to give us a quote. He gave us a great price and schedule to come the next day. They arrived on time and made short work of the job. Everything was left clean and neat. We will definitely be using Jae in the future. read more

Jae was awesome! From the moment I first called him to the end of the completed job. Called me back right away, came same day (cause he was in the area) to give me a quote. Being financially responsible I wanted to get multiple quotes. Jae made sure he beat those quotes and while still offering great service. I had two large pine trees removed and a bunch of other dead shrubs and bushes. His guys were professional and considerate. Cleaned up the project area nicely. Communication was great and I HIGHLY recommend him read more

Can I just say Jae is such a wonderful human being. I've never met the guy, I just reached out to him by phone asking to see if he had lumber that he could cut for me as I was needing wood pieces to use for an upcoming event for decorations. The guy goes out of his way to cut, deliver and give me the wood for free. This guy is amazing and I will give him my business when the future requires it. I have faith his business will flourish as good karma will come back to him. Thanks Jae!!! read more

I called last week for a quote for tree removal. Jae said he'd come by the next day to give me a quote. Never heard from him again. Update: Jae had a family loss and wasn't able to get back to me. He did contact me Tuesday, offered a great deal on the tree removal and had it out by 9am on Thursday!! Excellent job! read more

Jay's guys did another amazing job! Again they showed up on time, asked what we needed done, and went above and beyond expectations. Today, we had our palm trees trimmed, skinned, and pineappled. All of this done for a reasonable price. read more

I had called and made an appointment to have Jae come quote me for some tree trimming and he seemed great when I scheduled the appointment for two days from the call. Jae was a no show with no phone call or text saying why he didn't show up so I called and left a voicemail asking if he was still coming. I missed his return call and got a voicemail later that evening around 5pm saying that his young son had gotten hurt at his babysitters earlier in the day and they went to get X-rays to see if his arm was broken his so he had panicked and dropped everything and apologized for the inconvenience and that he would offer a 10% discount and to give him a call back. Being a mom I completely understood having your child get hurt and left him a voicemail saying I would love to reschedule and not to worry about it because I understand putting family first. The next day I got a call back and he didn't seem to know anything about my call because he asked where I was located and said he received a voicemail saying I needed a quote like I had never spoken to him before so I mentioned the voicemail he left me about his son etc. and he said that he didn't remember ever scheduling an appointment with me in the first place and that his son was kind of hurt but he kind of beat around the bush about his sons injury. It was a really strange call and I was super skeptical so I said I didn't need the quote anymore and I was good. A few minutes later I received the following text from Jae: "i'm sorry my son didn't get hurt but i don't remember you on my list for a estimate i do apologize for the inconvenience and if you are interested and asked him and I will give you a 15% discount of anybody's price that is in a written contract for your inconvenience have a great day and a happy holidays" After that text I was definitely not going to book with him because he lied about the situation and even though I did appreciate his honesty after the fact and attempt to make the situation better I was super disappointed because I saw so many good reviews about his company. Maybe I caught him on an off day and his company does a good job but just wanted other people to know what my experience was with Jae and I think customer service is key when trying to book peoples business. read more

We have been using Jae's Tree Service for several years, and they have always provided quality tree trimming with a professional and friendly team. Jae's has trimmed our fruit trees and a huge Carrotwood in our yard, and the results are beautiful every time. Recently, we had to remove a large tree from our property, and Jae's had the entire thing cut down in a few hours. They returned the next day to completely grind down the stump so that it is well below the ground level. They hauled everything away and left our yard neat and tidy. Probably the best part about this company is that the employees are kind and friendly, eager to work with the customer so that every detail meets the customer's expectations. We love Jae's! read more

As usually I called for the much needed trim and pull out. Bamboo ground, hedges pulled. I continue to contact this business because it's easy, no drama. The first time I had removals done I called a few people and picked here. And I have been going back since read more

Just had my large ginko tree trimmed by Jae and his crew. They did an excellent job shaping the tree and removing the foliage off my neighbors property. Only took them a little over an hour from start to finish. Very satisfied customer right here. Thanks Jae! read more

Jae Tree Service - The culprit - Tree Services Near Me

Beautifully trimmed trees. Was on time and bought in lots of guys to work efficiently. Although there was a small miscommunication with property manager, I still love his work & would refer his service to everyone. Result proves that his tree trimming skill is the best. Better than anyone I've worked with. read more

I reached out to this company in regards to trimming a couple trees at a rental home I own. I'm in the property management business so I deal with many vendors. Jae tree service said they were going to respond on a Saturday to trim the trees. They were a no-show and I followed up with them on two occasions to try to get a response to see if they were going to complete the job. I received no responses from them. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company read more

We were really happy w/ Jae & his crew initially when they first did the initial clean-up of our slope & tree trimming. We signed up for monthly maintenance for our slope & it was going well. In July Jae's team didn't come. Apparently, his wife sent a letter canceling the service. I never received it. I posted this on Yelp & Jae immediately called me & offered to come & do my slope free of charge due to the confusion. Mistakes happen, I respect that he made it right. So, I'm changing my review to 4 stars. read more

Thank you guys for a great job at a fair price. The job was removing soil from my yard for a new walkway. Jae came out when he said....on time. He knew his business and gave good advice as well as listened. His crew came back at the scheduled time and did a very good job. They left the job site broom clean. This company is more than just a tree service....maybe they need to change their name? I would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

We needed quick turnaround on tree trimming, removal of seven mid-sized palms and trees as well as several large overgrown hedges due to a patio cover install that was moved up in the schedule. Not only did Jae's price and availability meet our needs, his crew was clean and careful. They somehow managed not to destroy anything in our garden where several of the overgrown items were removed. Jae conducted a walk through with us to ensure we were happy with the completed work. He is also able to help with ideas for landscape design and plantings. We are thrilled in having found a new vendor for our future landscaping needs. read more

I don't write reviews but after the actual care and consideration from Jae I would be a terrible person if I didn't sing his praises for him. I asked him for a favor and he went the extra mile for me at no benefit to himself. Shocked at this genuine gesture, I said thank you and he responded, "We're Jae's Tree Service, this is what we do." So yeah, He was a great guy and the workers I interacted with were great as well. If you want a company with competence & integrity, look no further. Thanks Jae! read more

I called Jae Tree Services for an estimate. We set up an appointment for him to come out the following morning. Jae showed up on time gave me quote for my trees to be removed. His quote was a bit pricey but reasonable and what I enjoyed about Jae is that he explained the process of the tree removal to me, so I went with Him. I am so glad that I decided to go with Jae, he and his team showed up on time moved everything that was in the way and covered up areas that were near other trees so debris wouldn't scratch the side of the house or my wood fence that was fairly new. I can see why he was a little more then the other companies, he and his Team take pride in their work! Jae and his team will definitely treat your home as if it is their own home. I highly recommend Jae and his team. My Yard looks Amazing! read more

Jae's Tree Service did a fantastic job. 4 guys arrived on time and worked very hard to remove 3 tall palm trees and 6 medium trees and trim many others. They used the stump grinder and cleaned up completely when they were done. I had never used them before, so I was a little nervous, but they did a great job for me. read more

Jae went out of his way and showed up after hours to give me a quote for palm tree removal and several other trees we needed removed for or backyard renovation. After deciding on going with Jae's Tree service he made sure he could get it done with our hectic schedule. Jae and his men showed up in time, performed all work and left the area clean when finished. This is a very professional company and we are beyond happy with the work provided. From scheduling the job to performing the work everything went smoothly. Jae even called us after it was all done to make sure we were happy with everything . Juan and his crew provide great service at an affordable price. My 40-year-old Liquid Amber tree was dropping branches. Jae quickly assessed the problem (top heavy tree). The crew had to deal with my husband's vegetable garden that was just to the side of the tree. Fabulous job of controlling where the big limbs landed, not damaging any nearby landscaping. Tree was beautifully pruned when finished. Will be using them on the regular. read more

Did an awesome job, hard workers for a good price. We had 7 trees trimmed and two trees removed with stump. They did a great job on clean up too. Have Jae Tree Service to trim two palm trees at the backyard. Affordable price, done professionally. Thank you!

There is a good reason that Jae's Tree Service has 5 stars from everyone. His customer service and crew are second to no one. We had Jae come out and give us a bid on trimming a large tree in our front yard, a Yucca tree, that really needed trimming and clean out, and removal of a 60 ft. juniper. His price was VERY reasonable and his crew VERY professional. They took extra care to be sure that our yard and the neighbors were spotless before leaving. read more
