I wanted to try a different Chinese food in Uptown so I decided to try Jade Grille. I ordered the Beef and Broccoli and my son ordered the General Tsos Chicken. The spices were perfect for the General Tsos Chicken and the chicken was the perfect crispy consistency. The Beef and Broccoli was cooked perfect as well and I loved the flavor of the Beef and Broccoli. The server was super friendly and quick. She was very sweet and knew that we had to eat quickly before my sons basketball game. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant had plenty of seating and I thought it was cool that it used to be a bank and there was a private room within the vault of the old bank.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Really good Asian fusion. Good drinks and appetizers (spring rolls and crab wontons). Each of us picked a roll to share. Had the Volcano, Wabi-Sabi, and Lebo. Each was really good but the Lebo was really unique and was our surprising favorite with the inclusion of fried banana. Will go back just for that!

The spring rolls are super dry and unimpressed

The bartender and hostess was super nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior was clean and nice Kelly decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm disappointed in how dry the egg rolls were. Both my parents and I ordered them and both orders were the same. My brothers won ton soup has no flavor with the broth, but the actual won tons were good.

The best Asian restaurant in the area. Great ambiance, attentive service, wonderful, delicious food. Highly recommend. Deanna is the perfect waitress!

Phenomenal. Easily a 5/5. Top 3 best real chinese food in Pitt for sure. Must order the Chongqing Chicken*** (If you can handle the spice), Mapo Tofu, and the Fish Dish (forgot the name but its the first one on their specialty menu). Seated right away, waiter solid, price not bad imo-- came out to around 30 per person and we ordered 5 entrees (had leftovers also). Food was hot and delicious, if I had family visiting that craved chinese I would bring them here.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is such a nice place for family/friends dining![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The portions are huge and great for sharing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really like the atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waitress was very nice and it was super busy but she stayed attentive and around. The food came out hot and stayed hot. We shared general tso, chicken broccoli and chicken pad Thai. They each were around 15-22$. The spicy tuna roll is $9 and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing every time I come again, one of my favorite places in the area and I recently tried their sashimi which was to die for - finished in less than 15 mins.

Service here is quite good, even if the Chinese food and sushi are nothing to write home about.

Everyone was nice but sushi was trash. I wasn't even able to get past the first bite. Giant eagle sushi bowls theirs out of the water.

Congrats on being my 100th review on Yelp!…read more This place is a really popular place for DoorDash orders as I do part-time work while being a college student. I will just say that since I have stopped here numerous times prior due to being a Dasher, I had to try it as well. Currently, I am trying chicken again after not eating it for 10-11 years due to a diet change for some reasons that I won't go into. I was only craving comfort foods and wanted Chinese. I ordered the Orange Chicken which comes with white rice and it comes with actual orange peels in the sauce which is how you know it's a true orange chicken dish. I was also surprised that there are 0 reviews about their orange chicken so here you go! The only thing I will warn you about, well maybe 2 things. 1. They are a family owned restaurant and the food is made to order so it does take some time especially when they are backed up on orders. Be patient! 2. Parking. They share a lot with a pizza shop and I usually park far so I can just pull up and not have to worry about parking at an angle and backing up, the annoyance. I wish parking was better but at least there is parking unlike other places. Did I mention that they are family owned!? That should be the bonus to this place as you know that they work hard to get orders out and that's why you must be patient! It is worth the wait! Also, there is 1 table inside but I never really see anyone eat there besides this older gentleman that was there that ordered soup and something else (it looks so familiar but I can't think of the name). The price is beyond reasonable so don't hesitate when ordering. It's best to order on their actual website for a pickup order instead of ordering it via Yelp. I noticed a $3 difference.

I think this place waved a chicken breast over a pot of hot water and added 6 empty wontons! Not totally empty but if you had a magnifying glass you would detect something. Totally flavorless and they didn't even add a bag of crispy noodles. 7 dollars wasted.

In the past year, I have eaten one lunch and one dinner here. For both visits, the exterior of the restaurant needed to be updated, but the interior looked stylish and clean. An employee promptly greeted me, seated me at a table, and took my order, although she did not speak much English. Across my two visits, here are the foods that I purchased: Classic Spicy Grilled Fish - 4.5 stars - I am not sure of the type of fish, but it and its accompanying vegetables came in a large, impressive tray and tasted spicy and delicious. White rice was on the side. Fried Sticky Rice Cake - 4.5 stars - This dessert reminded me of donuts with a chewy inside, and I liked them very much. Beef Skewers and Chicken Skewers - 4.5 stars - The meats were juicy and highly seasoned. PF BBQ House is open for lunch and dinner for dining in, takeout, and delivery. You may order food in person or through apps such as Fantuan. I encourage more people to eat here.

Lucky for me though, Sesame Garden was still open when I got to my AirBnB around 9pm. I placed my order by phone and did my research before hand on what was good here. I checked photos on Yelp and the only real item that looked reasonably good was the Mongolian Beef. The Hunan chicken looked decent too, but I could eat both, so beef it was! Have to say, that was a good choice. It was tender, saucy, and had the right vegetables that worked well with this. The most solid item that looked authentic. So food was good. Picking up the food was simple enough. Give them my name, pay for the food, and then go. Restaurant looked pretty small, but due to the weather, place was not packed at all. Support your local Chinese restaurant by the way! Overall, it's good enough for American Chinese food. Next time I'm visiting and staying 1 minute away from Sesame Garden, I'm going to get the Hunan Chicken. Looking forward to it!

For an appetizer, we each received a cucumber salad that my husband described as "really good," and we ate every morsel! My husband received his entree many minutes before I received mine. He ate the pad see ew with chicken, and he said that it was "average" like other restaurants' pad see ews and that he liked it. I ate the special lobster-tail roll, which was a large size and contained a Maine lobster tail, avocado, asparagus, avocado, masago, spicy mayo, eel sauce, and tobiko roe. Part of it was fried. I really enjoyed the lobster meat and sauces. The total price for these two entrees was $45 plus tax and tip.
