Mongolian Beef

We visited Jade Dumplings a few days after they opened. So glad they were not busy. For starters, we ordered the Pork Soup Dumplings. They had a generous amount of soup inside and were absolutely delicious! Probably one of the best I have ever tried. My husband, who is not a fan of dumplings, enjoyed it as well. For mains, we ordered the Beef Zhajiang Noodles. The flavor was good, unfortunately, the noodles were overcooked. We also tried the Mongolian Beef, I liked it but my husband said it tasted more peppery than the traditional version. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and would definitely go back. I especially want to try their soup noodles next time.

I have been wanting to go here since they opened up. There were no specials to talk about. Wifey actually felt hat we were being rushed to eat. I do not recommend the hot and sour soup. There was no spice and the soup had too much going on with it. It was a nice side but I was not a fan. The menu is very limited but there is something for everyone. Wifey had the general tso chicken while I had the beef du.plings. the beef dumpling presentation and taste were out of this world. I had saki to drink while wifey had a speciality wine. Would I come back to Jade dumpling probably not but it was worth the trip and a nice way to spend an early afternoon. The restaurant was spacious and had a quaint ambience.

Newly opened Jade Dumpling in Jacksonville, FL and we will DEFINITELY be back! The service was phenomenal, everything came out so fast, and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We had such a great experience from start to finish. Plus the restaurant is pretty and clean! 11/10 -- highly recommend!

This new soup dumpling spot just opened in Mandarin, and it did not disappoint! I LOVE dumplings, so I've been eyeing this place for a while and now I finally got to try it. We tried many dumplings and they were very good. The wrapper for soup dumplings is thicker than Din Tai Fung and thinner than Zen Dumpling or Nan Xian (in NY). We also tried boba milk tea and mochi desserts, and they were really good too. If you love soup dumplings & Chinese food, you definitely need to add this place to your list. The prices are reasonable for what you get. I think they have more authentic Chinese and Taiwanese food on the menu than Zen Dumpling or Licious. -When I went there, it was around 4pm on the second day, so not many people were there. It was just us and another group, so they took very good care of us. (I saw many friendly faces from other restaurants.) All the servers were very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was great and very clean inside.

Recently tried the new Jade Dumpling spot in Mandarin. It was clean, we were seated quickly and got our food in less than 30 minutes. Ambiance is nice you can watch them make the dumplings in house. We ordered the pork ribs, fried rice, the soup dumplings and spicy beef noodle soup all were delicious, highly recommend.

After reading many great reviews of Jade Dumpling, we had to stop there, and we are so glad we did; the noodles were outstanding. The dumplings were freshly made, and you could watch them being prepared. You can definitely taste the difference with the fresh noodles. We tried the spicy beef noodle soup, which was outstanding and flavorful. We also had the chicken noodles, which were very similar to a lo mein dish and would order them again. As a very tasty appetizer, we tried the spicy wontons; the sauce used on them was outstanding--not too spicy, just the perfect amount of seasoning and heat. It was a great choice, so if you are ever in the area, give them a try.

Came in during their grand opening so we didn't know what to expect. Restaurant was very bright and clean. We ordered the five guys soup dumplings, hot and sour soup, beef zhajiang noodles, and spicy dry pot. Everything was very flavorful and delicious! Good portions and enough to share. Service was attentive as well. Would definitely come back to try other dishes.

Really enjoyed our first time at Jade Dumplings. Service was nice and the interior was pretty modern. All the dishes were perfectly seasoned and required nothing which is sometimes unusual. We'll definitely eat here many more times. Portions were small but the trade off for taste is worth it for me.

Delicious!!! I had the crab roe dumpling and it was perfect. The dumplings were right consistency and the soup so flaverful. The service was excellent too.

We aren't sure what…read morepeople's tastes are in this area but this was the worst Chinese food my husband or myself have ever had! I would eat Panda Express before ever going back here and I hate it! I barely ate anything! We took an Uber over from the marina we were staying at. Firstly this is mainly a take out place, that's fine. There are four tables. Food was served in to go boxes with paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. Little tiny napkins and no knives. We ordered an appetizer, soup, rice and a main. Everything came out together. We ordered Wonton and Hot & Sour soup. Steamed Dumplings, Vegetable Fried Rice and Orange Chicken that came with white rice. The best part of the meal was the white rice! The Steamed Dumplings were barely cooked with very little meat in them and were probably cooked in a microwave. The Wonton Soup was just ok. The Hot & Sour Soup had so much bean curd in it that should have been its name. I ate half of the cup because that was the best part of my meal! The Vegetable Fried Rice was disgusting. It was soggy and tasteless. I had about one bite. My husband's Orange Chicken had so much breading on it was hard to find the chicken. He ate about half of it because he's not that picky and was really hungry! We got a bonus's Pork Egg Roll because we spent over $40. I ate two bites of it and spit the second one out! We also had two bottles of water, no issues with the water. Overall it was a terrible experience. I will say that many reviews talked about small portions we thought the portions were fine. I'm giving this review one star because I can't give a zero!

The chicken was burnt and looked completely different from what I expected based on the only teriyaki meat photo they have listed on the app. Yes, I understand the picture says beef sticks and I ordered chicken, but I still expected the chicken to be prepared in a similar style, not looking like it barely escaped a house fire. Even though I ordered delivery, I personally drove back up to the restaurant with my plate and explained that I was disappointed. I asked if they could either remake it or let me switch it for something of equal or lesser value. I specifically asked for the boneless spare ribs combination plate, which was the same price. Instead, I was offered either a discount or for them to remake only the meat, throw away the rice, clean out the same plate, and put the newly made meat back in it. :/ The young lady also explained that they offer the chicken teriyaki sticks as a combination platter, but not the regular chopped chicken teriyaki with sauce, which is actually more of what I was looking for. That can only be purchased by itself. I even had to show her the options listed on Uber Eats, which made the whole situation even more confusing. Honestly, this could have been avoided if the regular chicken teriyaki was offered as a combination platter on the app or if the menu made the difference clearer. As for the advertised photo versus what I actually received? Straight up catfish. I should've called Nev. The picture shows glossy, properly cooked teriyaki meat. Mine looked like it had been left on the grill during an emergency evacuation. I've been coming here for the past few years and have never had an issue before. I've always spoken highly of this place and recommended it to other people, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. It definitely left a nasty taste in my mouth. Or maybe that was just the burnt chicken teriyaki.
