So many great things to say about this place! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was amazing. They have a decent amount of seating inside with artwork done on the walls by the owner. Their current lunch special is such a great deal! The crab and cheese wontons are the best I've ever had. Super fresh, perfectly crispy, and full of flavor, not processed tasting at all. My partner usually avoids them for that reason and even they loved them. The orange chicken was another standout. The sauce tasted fresh and balanced, not overly sweet or artificial like you sometimes get at other places We'll definitely be back, I highly recommend. Love supporting local establishments but in this case some of flavor profiles weren't my personal favorite. We ordered broccoli beef. It was my favorite among what we ordered. The broccoli and beef was fresh and delicious. The beef quality was really nice and hadn't been velveted to be weird and mushy like so many establishments do. The brown sauce was delicate but flavorful. I even drizzled it on the noodles we ordered. We also got chicken lo mein and it was very bland. Chicken was all dark meat and there was just no sauce and no flavor at all. Nonetheless it tasted fresh and the noodles were nice. The sesame chicken was crispy and had good but basic flavor... and also not white meat chicken. I'd have made a different selection if I was aware of that. We also tried their crab cheese wontons. For me these were too crabby in flavor but I'm not a huge seafood person. For seafood lovers these would be great. Service was fast and helpful despite there being a fair bit of crowd inside over the weekend. If in the area, I'd definitely go again and try different selections to see what is most tasty to me and try requesting white meat in a dish I'm interested in. Saw a video on tiktok saying their lunch time rush was slow so i wanted to check out this local business. It seemed to have picked up, however, because they had a pretty decent line when I arrived. I ordered the spicy sesame chicken (this was a brew knew for me) and the chicken wings. The gentleman at the front, I think he might've been the owner, was kind. I appreciate that the food was cooked to order. The sesame chicken was immaculate, probably the best I've ever eaten, the chicken wings were fried perfectly crispy but needed salt. The staff is pleasant, the food is hot and fresh and the price has always been reasonable. They do free delivery in the Bear Valley area and that is much appreciated. I wish they would open to dine in again but covid changed a lot of things. I will continue to order from this place. It's been same family owned since 1988. The food itself isn't terrible, but it's not for Instagram, and it might be more bland than expected, but just add some kick yourself if that's your thing. This place is pretty great, the food is good, the servers are nice, the service speed is very fast, and the prices are really good. I do bike around Bear Creek a lot and this place was close by, so I tried it out and ordered the Sesame Chicken Lunch, it was good, the fried rice and egg roll were good and while the sesame chicken had a little too much breading it still tasted good. Only major complaint I have is the interior isn't the best, there are boxes everywhere, but this place is takeout only anyway so that isn't a huge issue. read more

Pros. The young lady who took my delivery order did an Excellent job answering all of my questions and taking down the order. She has a great phone personality. I had her reread and order was correct. The order took 20 minutes less than quoted. The price was really decent for the amount of food. Veggies weren't over cooked. Rice perfectly cooked. Egg rolls good and only a $1.50 per. Cons Cheese wontons tasted off, as if they were sitting in the cooler or freezer and up took odors off of some of the other food. Only ate half of one, rest went to the dog. Kung Pao was NOT at all a spicy. Kung Pao indicates on the menu that it will be spicy but isn't by any stretch of the imagination, maybe I just have the onset of covid and can't taste anymore. Thank goodness I paid .50 extra for some hot chili oil to put on the entree as this was the only thing that saved it. Can not order fried rice sans egg. :( Don't understand why not. This should be an option. Especially if your cooking my order fresh. The order was wrong. No apology , just an answer of "we were wondering where that entree went" The error was taken care of with in 10 mins but that's because I'm so close.
