It was rich and chocolaty without being overly sweet. Despite a decent crowd inside, my drink was ready within minutes and service was genuinely friendly. Not as good, but I am sure I could have asked for something closer to the original latte, so that is not on them. Ambience is great, well decorated, and plenty of tables. The baristas were having a conversation that would be deemed inappropriate by many, especially since the young man had a few colorful things to say that got some good laughs from his coworkers; luckily, I don't mind hearing the gossip while I wait for my beverage. Fairly quick service considering how busy they were. I recommend stopping by if there is a free space open.
