So I called this place it order a large pepperoni and buffalo wings since delivery requires a minimum of $25. I was given a wait time of 45 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes later I call to find the status of the delivery. Turns out that's the pizza still hasn't gone to the oven yet and it would be another 25 minutes, they asked me if I wanted to wait or cancel the order well I was deciding I got hung up on I call back and I asked why they hung up and they said because I was taking too long on the phone. Literally 3 seconds and this guy hangs up on their customers. I told him to just refund my money. So now I got 2 really hangry kids no food, I called pizza guys and they said I can pick it up in 20 minutes and they gave me a free pint of ice cream for $22.00. The food at this establishment isn't only great but it's also very home feeling. You really get a made to order pizza and it's always HOT wether you order out or dine-in. The owner and the staff are AMAZING people. Wanted to try this place out for the first time. We placed the order online and the wait time was about an hour, which was fine. After an hour, we noticed the pizzas still did not arrive. Apparently they cancelled the order for no good reason. They have excuses as to something with the type of pizza the system allowed us to order and they couldn't fulfill it. So no text, no call, nothing. We called the store and got excuse after excuse as to the reason they couldn't deliver our order. Very disappointing. As a business you should ALWAYS fulfill the order and do what's best for the customer. They didn't do anything to make it right. They didn't care one bit. I cannot comment on the pizza or ambiance of this place as I have nothing to go by. I can say I would not count on these guys to be reliable or to do the right thing when they made an error. We really enjoyed coming to Jacks Puzza for Monday Night Football. This week was a shock. We came in but they were shorthanded. We were told they would not take our order because they were too busy. This was a beer order. After we waited at least 45 mins and still no beers we decided to leave. Last night was probably my worst experience watching A sporting event anywhere. While watching the Raiders/LA chargers game we were told they closed at 8:30 and we had to leave. Even though the game was not over, this may sound petty but the website said they're open till 9am and that's one of the main reasons why we went there with our family. Was beyond unprofessional how they started cleaning our table while we're still sitting at it at 8pm making it uncomfortable for us to enjoy the remaining of the game. The man who answered the phone had a hard time understanding me so he got someone to help which was nice of him, they were very polite on the phone. The owner Balue is a terrible businessman and treats his customers and employees like crap. We realized what terrible shape his buffet was in after we paid and when we discovered this terrible excuse for a buffet we decided to ask for a refund instead of eating and the only employee on duty informed us that he was not allowed to refund money and that the owner was in San Jose.
