It's not something I would order again. The excellent: my dining partner had the Miso Striped Bass entrée. He loved it. The glaze on the fish was delicious and the striped bass was cooked perfectly. His side of charred broccolini, or broccoli rabe, not sure which, had a wonderful wasabi sauce on it. He absolutely adored the dish and would get it again. The poor: I had the Hot Honey Salmon. It came with charred brussels sprouts that were undercooked, and the inside was not cooked enough. Same with the salmon. It was raw in the middle. I told the waiter and asked that both be cooked a little more. They chose to bring me another piece of salmon. While the edges were cooked more, again the middle of the salmon was raw. Not underdone. Raw. Twice. Brussels sprouts came back and were better. There were a lot of good menu choices, and I would go back again to try something else. The host was great and we were early for our reservation, but we were seated at the bar as requested. As soon as we sat down, the bartender greeted us with waters and a sample of a bourbon punch. The entire visit was filled with very attentive staff who were always friendly and knowledgeable about the offerings on the menu. The drinks are well thought out and very good. The quality of the ingredients, as well as the flavor profiles work well. It is very difficult to pick from their crafty menu. We tried a total of 4 drinks and all were delicious.
