Hey, and they even feature coffee from my favorite local roaster, Mad Priest. The flavors they opted to meld together for their Greek Freak Burger, were out there. There was a lot going on and you could absolutely pick up on some of those actual ingredients, starting first with their bun option, which was a Parmesan-sesame crusted sourdough. I liked the burger, it was a brave execution, and I had to fight off others at our table that wanted to sample it. Service is great, though on this particular day, food delivery was a bit slow......it may have had something to being on the Burger Week circuit. They have now expanded adding Sunday to their hours of operation. Be forewarned, there is likely to be a wait give its' status with the locals. It is worth the wait.
