This is my first experience at this establishment, my wife used to eat at this chain regularly growing up. To say the least she was excited to share this with our 4 kids. We arrived roughly 4:00pm no wait, immediately seated and greeted by our waitress. Ordered the BBQ burger with Mac N Cheese, wings, and street tacos. Honestly the food was great! I didn't hear a single complaint and it was all very filling except the wings. Not sure why the wings are so much and come with no sides. Kids ordered 6 wings and a side of fries ($10.99 + $4.99) when my specialty burger was $15.99 and came with a side. Just seems a little high for me. The food itself was great and the service was definitely better than average. Not sure if there might have been a better deal on the menu for wings but the waitress never mentioned anything. Other than that and the fries never being put in for one of the orders our experience was pleasing. We will return more than likely just will look at other options for the kids. read more

Every time we go here, no whether it's busy or there are only a couple tables, the service is slow and just not great. We can sit and wait forever in the middle of the restaurant just for our drinks while regulars are never waiting for their order or service. You can watch multiple servers stand around, make eye contact with you and ignore you, and then either go chat it up with each other or their regulars. We really should stop going here, and we all but have with the exception of once every couple of months. We were not greeted by a friendly hostess when we walked in, rather she was extremely rude and ungrateful to even have customers willing to spend money there.. we proceeded to walk outside to sit and my husband was looking at the TV choices for games and in the meantime she proceeded to throw the menus on the table at me and to ask me "WHAT'S HE LOOKING FOR" .. we left immediately. What I wasn't aware of, however, was the fact their entire system was down . Needless to say, I never got my food. I attempted to call the restaurant to rectify the situation , and was met with very rude approaches all the way around, from the receptionist/host to the manager on duty. I play trivia here every week. The food is pretty good, though standard American offerings. The Taco Tuesday fried fish tacos are really good and a good deal. Their fried pickles are usually outstanding and there are enough to serve 2-3 people, even with the 2 for $20 portion. Burgers are good also. They recently did a remodel which looks fantastic. First visit to Beef'o'Brady's and it was a mixed experience. The hostess and our server were attentive but the kitchen waaaay overcooked our steaks. The baked potatoes were tasty and the Caesar Salad, while fresh, was over-sauced. We had plenty of refills and a take out cup was offered at the conclusion of the meal. I will return for another try and hopefully the kitchen will figure out how to grill steaks to a requested level instead of everything coming out well done. Came in for lunch and were seated right away. The server was attentive, efficient, and pleasant. She did a great job. I ordered a cheese burger well-done. It took some time to come out, I think the kitchen may have made a mistake or something (the server let me know). This used to be a great place. We had lunch on Saturday and the restaurant was not busy. It took 58 minutes to receive our entrees when we didn't order appetizers. I ordered the grilled chicken entree, which I have had many times. The two chicken breasts were tiny and looked like one breast cut in half. Very disappointing. I pointed this out to the server and she didn't even apologize. They took it back and took it off my bill. No manager came to talk to me. It is a typical sports bar with high tops, tables and a good size bar. Also has outside covered seating and lots of TVs. In a strip mall so parking is not a problem.
