They looked at my tires and one of them had wires sticking out. I was visiting from California and in a hurry to get home so they put on two used tires. Halfway home I realized the tires were in poor condition and when I got back to California, my tire shop tested the tread and both tires were only at 3. I called them back and they said they only sell tires that are 5 3/4 tread, which is not true. They have a seven day warranty, but I was not going to drive back from California to Arizona to get them replaced. Although I appreciate them finding my tire that was in poor shape, I wished I had looked at the used tires more carefully before they put them on my car. I'm disappointed that they sold me tires that already need to be replaced. I told them not to do this to customers in the future.
