This company once pulled up behind my son's car and blocked oncoming traffic as we were trying to change his tire on a busy road. The driver was not the tow driver we ended up waiting for, but he saw that we could use his help and he did that to make sure we were safe. That "extra mile" is not common, unfortunately, and I couldn't say how much I appreciated him and their efforts. He turned on his lights, diverted traffic to make sure we were not in danger. Awesome! Now, they mentioned to me that they specialize in "luxury" cars and today that came in handy. My Porsche needed a tow and in the past when I have needed a tow, I would have 3+ tow companies come out to tow my Porsche and all would tell me they don't have the equipment or ability to tow a low profile car. However, Executive Towing AZ was able to tow my car without a problem! Friendly service, friendly and helpful drivers and their rates were lower than I anticipated. Call these guys 1st. I I requested and paid for a tow from Executive towing had to pay for it upfront an hour and a half into my wait they canceled the tow even though I told him his in an unsafe location parked on top of the road because there's no place to get off the road. Just wanted to add another review. Not only is Chrissy still c^nty, but they had stated that the fees for their yard we're only $35 a day for storage and then when we finally went to pick up our car of course there was hidden fees that somehow equated to over $200. Their hook fee is $200 alone and then they charged for miles which happened to be like 40 or $50 not sure how that works out. I completely understand that they need to make their money however hiding fees and being disrespectful is not the way to go. If you ever have any kind of experience with this company it will most likely be because your car was towed by MCSO and you didn't have a choice of where it was going to be taken and if that is the case I am terribly sorry. Because you will have the worst experience in the world. I would also bring your title and your registration with you because one moment they will tell you that all you need is your registration to get the vehicle out the next moment they will tell you that you actually need both title and registration and when you play the audio recording of them admitting you only needed the registration They will tell you they changed their policies. This place is terrible. We got their information through AAA and have been waiting for close to 3 hours for a tow with 2 toddlers when we were told they'd be here in 75 minutes or less. According to the customer service rep, they were 8 miles away 15 minutes ago, and now they're 6 miles away. So they've only traveled 2 miles in 15 minutes according to them. Yeah right. Their customer service is horrendous and they have absolutely no respect for their clients or their time. Daniel, our driver, was really nice but said that the dispatcher only gave him the call 30 minutes before he got to us. He also mentioned that they're contracted with DPS and any call they get from them gets priority so every other call will get pushed back. read more

My vehicle is currently sitting at this lot because Exec Towing was called to tow it after an accident. My vehicle needs to be moved to a repair shop but each time my chosen towing company has tried to get my car from the lot, it's somehow "not available" to be released. So now I have to wait over the weekend before it will be attempted again which means it will be there a full week incurring storage charges and I can get started on repairs. I am very disappointed in what appears to be uncooperativeness in getting my car back. When you call the phone number the answering machine doesn't even identified itself as Executive Towing which is unprofessional. Is this a business or a personal phone?
