While on vacation I needed a run-flat tire replaced. I called road rescue and they charged me over $500 for a new tire. The technician said they didn't have a run flat tire but the one he brought should be okay The next day the newly installed tire burst and shred to pieces. Leaving me and my grandchildren stranded. I called road rescue back and the lady told me I would have to buy another tire. There was no way I should have to purchase another tire when the one I just bought shredded on the highway. She stated that's all that she could do. That's ludicrous for me to purchase another tire. This company is a scam. read more

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!! There not even a real company!! They charge there customers a fortune to sit behind a desk and call companies off of Google to do there work. Recently charged my grandmother 350.00 for a simple tire change and left her stranded for 6 hours on the side of a busy freeway in rush hour traffic. If I could give zero stars I would! I called for assistance because I had a tire that blew out on my trailer. I'm alongside the road on 65 by Dayton, Indiana, and they told me that the person coming out would be able to bring a tire and change it onto the and everything and put it right back on and I'd be on the road. Where to start with this incompetent set of people. My family was driving from atlanta to miami. And at roughly 1am there was debris of some sort that cracked the passenger side tires including cracking the front rim. Of course they were not expecting immediate recovery due to the timing of this incident. Fast forward 7 hours. The absolutely incompetent crew came back with a rim that was did not have the proper dimensions to fit on the wheel hub with proper clearance for the brake calipers. My brother saw them stop and started looking worried. He moved in closer and heard the guy say "just bolt it on". They quickly finished up and almost left with out checking that the tire was operable. My brother waived them down, in order to pay for the services, from their truck they just said its all taken care off and drove off! There was 3 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 that these assholes left them with a rim that was bolted on pressing against the brake caliper soo tightly that the wheel was seized. When my brother called back to complain he was hung up on. They have been in Valdosta, GA the entire day attempting to find someone to help them. All that piece of crap guy had to do was rotate the stock rim from the back driver side over to the front passenger side. Instead he decided to just abandon them with a rim that wasn't properly installed. You pieces of crap left my brother, sister, sister in law, my nieces and nephews helpless in the middle of no where. Refund them all their money cause you never properly completed the job but you also endangered their lives by knowingly install a rim that did not properly fit. if I could leave a 0 star I would, they don't even deserve the 1! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I had popped 2 tires on my vehicle, call them they sound great will come to me in a reasonable time bring me 2 NEW* tires and install them where I am stuck. it was costly of course $500 for the 2 tires $400 for the service. I pay allow them to run my card at the tire shop for 2 NEW* tires. They get to my fiancé in 90 mins from start to finish. He removes the old ones puts the NEW* ones on and sends my finance on his way. The guy does not check for leakage or wall for. just basically puts them on and tells my fiances he is good to go. We live less then 1 mile from the site, he drives it home parks it for the night we go to bed. In the morning he goes outside to Start the car to bring our kids to school and both tires that were 'fixed' last night at FLAT! We have to call a tow truck to get it to a gas station to put air in and see if maybe just the air somehow leaked out. Tow truck suggested putting fix a flat spray just in case. We get the kids to school and the tires are going flat again. We add more air at a gas station and go straight to a tire shop. The front NEW* tire had a small slit on the outside wall that could not be patched so we had to buy a brand new tire yet again !!!!! Now I call Express Tires and explained this to them. They are taking no credit said that their driver who put the tires on checked for leaks 3x and my fiancé who was there didn't see him check not one time !!!!!!!! They also told me it could be because they are USED TIRES !!!!!!!! I was told repeatedly they were new !!!! And find out In the end when there is a problem that they are used. This place is a scam and will not even refund me for the money of the tires. They did the work they can keep the money for the services they did but I want my money for the used tires they lied about that I in the end had to buy brand new ones and spend more money !!!!!!!!!! This is a horrible company and would never use them again and tell all my friends to by AAA, like I'm doing. My F150 w/20" tires and rims, had a blowout as I was going down the on ramp to US 74. Hot day, 91 degrees and no shade near. I called Express Road Rescue and was told it would be an hr. I'm a 70 yr old man who is about 7 mos out from back surgery and other infirmities. After an hr and 20 minutes later they called back and cancelled. Allegedly because they had a police call. They made a very insincere apology and hung up. At that point I had no choice, so I ended up doing myself. I was just gonna roll the spare into the ditch and come back with some who could lift in to the truck. But fortunately a friend came by who easily picked up and put it my truck. I never could have done that without injuring myself. My advice? Never, ever, call this company, because they'll leave you stranded, with no remorse. read more

This company is nothing but a SCAM! Do not contact them. We were stuck in Pennsylvania was we lost our key. They made us sign the contract to pay before they appear for the services ! And then kept stalling us for 2hrs and decided to not show up and kept increasing the price every call we tried to book the services because they figured we won't have a choice but to spend in emergency! If there was a negative number to use for a rating I would. Was told they would be able to provide the service requested and would dispatch their driver to our location and would be 60-90 minutes away. Waited that amount of time and called them asking ETA for driver they said 65 minutes away now and they asked of we could just put on the spare tire ourselves. Waited 65 minutes and called again and now 70 minutes away. Get the picture? Called again after 40 minutes and cancelled the request and was told we were already charged for services-which initially was told charges would not go through until driver was 15 minutes away-and would be charged a cancellation fee almost as much as the service estimate. This company had no intention of providing services to us, they are a SCAM. Had to cancel the credit card due to fraudulent charges. read more

We called this merchant at 6:30 am 5/13/25 because we had two flat tires while driving on 71 N in KY. They wanted funds right away however after 3 + hours of waiting for roadside assistance, we cancelled and they refused to give us a refund. No services we rendered at all. They also tried to get more money because they said they were going to get used tires but couldn't find any so they would have to get new tires. Total cost was over $700.00. No way. We cancelled and handled ourselves. My suggestion is to avoid doing business with them! read more

When the person they sent out to help arrived, he took our tire and came back with a tire manufactured in 2016. he had a 2nd tire that had dryrot, cracks and a patch. we needed a new tire to get back to texas so this wouldnt be a good solution for the services we paid for. we refused the tire and stayed on rhe side of the highway while someone from Texas was coming to assist. they werent willing to refund since we didnt ever get a NEW TIRE. who charges over 400.00 for a used cracked tire. Absolute garbage! Took over an hour and a half for them to arrive, brought the wrong tire size - said they would be back in 15 mins with correct one. I then received a call that said it would 200 more dollars and 45 mins for their guy to comeback back- they claim I told them the wrong size. read more

My truck suffered a flat tire right off the highway. I called express road rescue to take my rim off the truck as I had no tools for the job. The guy could not get the lug nuts off after trying for only a couple of minutes and he left. I had already paid debit over the phone, called to work out some kind of refund but after being told to call back numerous times they told me their notes state the rim was removed. I have video of myself getting the rim off later when I returned with tools. They basically called me a liar and hung up on me. Very poor business and management/owners. read more

I'm not even sure where to start. As a Naples business owner, we have an emergency service for SWF. We have been contacted several times through this 3rd party company claiming to be a roadside company. Upon arriving to several jobs they called us for we would notice that they charged the customer an extremely high rate for absolutely no reason other than to make a quick buck. After confronting the "manager" or whomever claimed to be one on the phone for this company I was told that they are not doing anything wrong and don't see any issues. I've attached a CAD note they sent my Buisness to respond to a Vehcile Refuel on the side of 1-75. typically this would only cost max $150 due to the urgency. instead they charged this client $260 FOR TWO GALLONS OF GAS!!! After realizing they accidentally sent me the wrong notes with the price they charged the customer they offered me more money for the job and I simply declined do to it being a total scam and wanting nothing to do with this. fast forward to yesterday they asked me to come out and do a job for a client to put on a spare tire for $190 and only wanted to pay my guys $80 to go respond. after getting the address we called the client informed them of the scam and offered our services for only $150. from there they cancelled their payment of $190 to express road services and went with us. this is just completely disgusting behavior especially for a Buisness. They see that clients are vulnerable on the side of the road and choose to take advantage. As a Buisness owner myself this is something I will never allow to go on especially in a town we operate in.
