Extremely disappointing experience after paying full price for a brand-new $135,000 Escalade with…read morecash. My first Escalade was delivered with scratches through the paint, dents, bald/damaged tires, windshield damage and other issues. It ultimately had to be replaced. The replacement then had additional paint/scratch issues after dealership work. Cadillac Corporate thankfully stepped in and handled my concerns professionally. Earnhardt management did the opposite. Sales Manager Kevin Kish's solution was essentially to give me my trade-in back, reimburse my clear bra/tint and tell me to go elsewhere. Then, after Cadillac Corporate resolved everything and helped arrange service for my Escalade, Earnhardt canceled my appointment. Their service department left me a voicemail stating there was a note from GM Kenny Clayton saying I was "no longer welcomed here for service at our dealership." I had never even had a conversation with Kenny despite previously requesting to speak with him. Scott in service/paint was excellent, Tobey in sales was helpful, and Sara in finance was great. Unfortunately, Kenny Clayton and Kevin Kish completely overshadowed the employees who actually provided good customer service. I've owned Bentleys, Lamborghinis, Range Rovers, Mercedes AMG's, Ford trucks and many other vehicles. I have never experienced dealership management treat a customer this way after selling them a brand-new six-figure vehicle. Cadillac Corporate: professional and helpful.
