Last week it struck me the tires looked a little underinflated. Since the new tires are a touch smaller than the OEM original tires I researched what they should be inflated to and came up with 36-38PSI. Well, I discovered they were ALL at 29PSI. A real head scratcher. So, I inflated them to 38PSI, and lo and behold, the car no longer pulls to the right. And it rides a lot better. In addition, if you go back to my original review here a year ago, you'll see they charged me for new TPMS. Well, the TPMS has never functioned since then, and discovering all the tires were way underinflated makes me wonder even more what they did. And Willow Street Mavis is that much worse...

I discovered them because I had taken my car to a nearby national tire dealer to have a tire repaired (staple in the side) but was told it was not repairable but they would sell me a set of tires. I happened to see D-M Tire Supply and the tire was repairable -for a mere $10 (perhaps the reason the national tire dealer wanted me to believe a new set of tires was my only option). I highly recommend D-M Tire Supply for both personal and business vehicles.

I was warmly greeted upon entering a seemingly brand new customer area. Even nicer, I wasn't assaulted with "eau de new tire," there're none to be found! I'm sure I could have asked to go take a look, but quite frankly, I just wanted new tires for my car. Dave offered to go check my tires for measurements, but I had the numbers handy. Less than a minute later we narrowed down the list to the perfect tires for me - a brace of Nexen tires, ideal wet weather performance and quiet. I retired to the waiting area, book in hand. Wide, comfortable chairs, complimentary Keurig coffee, and free soda's soon had me relaxing and passing the time with my copy of July's Esquire magazine. With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.
