I can't speak for other locations, but I love this jack in the box! It's a small town here, so to have somewhere that's open past 9pm is such a treat! Not to mention all the employees are so ridiculously nice...like literally the nicest employees I think I've ever seen in fast food. Bless all these people and give them all raises!! read more

This Jack use too be a good store but it has gone downhill badly and I keep trying it. I thought I would give their overpriced new Bacon Smashburger a try today and it was a huge disappointment. Food quality is non existent and it should be called a slop burger that has no flavor. After this disaster I won't be back for 13.09 with a small soggy fry and the Dr Pepper was the best part of the meal. read more

I'm getting the word out about this restaurant's health practices. They still slow you to dine in which we appreciate. The dining area was not cleaned recently when we arrived. Yuk! But my major concern is the cashier who has on gloves and rings up your order, takes your cash. Then he turns around grabs a bag and begins to put your order together. Yuk!! There are rules against touching money and food product without washing your hands and changing your gloves. I spoke to the manager but while eating our food at the table that can observe the front counter the guy was right back doing that very same thing. Yuk!! To bad I like Jack in the Box. I am extremely disappointed with the service of this location. I placed my order and stated it was a replacement order from a previous order that was messed up. When I got home my food was despicable. The Pork belly sandwich had a huge chunk of fat with no meat and the lettuce black and wilted. The bread on the sourdough jack was soggy from so much oil or sauce or both, not sure which. How would any establishment allow food to be sent out to a customer that looked like that, knowing the customer was disappointed with there previous order you would think that they would double check the order to make sure it was made right. The staff rocks!! Shout out to Samantha! I left my wallet in the bathroom on accident and I didn't realize it until the next morning. I called and I couldn't believe it but they had it! I live in San Diego so I was already home and 3 hours away! While I was figuring out what to do they were great. I called multiple times and was treated very kindly each time. I was able to find a friend headed my way who stopped and picked it up for me. I finally have it in my hands and not one thing is missing out of it. I am so thankful! Not possible if it wasn't for the great staff who helped keep it safe. We stop here often for being breakfast on our way home from a weekend getaway and never have had any complaints. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the employees are genuinely happy to help. read more

Food is good no argue there. Its pretty much always fresh. Sometimes the fries arent but ok! My issue is this place is supposed to be 24 hours and I stopped by today at 4am and they told me they were "closed for updating" Ummm theres no other places in fortuna that are open at that time and so I drove to jack and quite disappointed they are "closed for updating" However this is the only time I have experienced that closing (and I go every morning) Hopefully this is the wont occur again thanks read more

Had a Jumbo Jack aroud 5 pm on a Sunday and received superior service from Mina I believe her name was. The burger was high quality and delicious. Restaurant appeared to be well kept up and clean. I am from South Dakota and we don't have Jack in the Box in that part of the country and it is a nice change from Mickey D"s and Burger King. I thought my burger was a better value and higher quality than the others. When I return I'm looking foward to trying other menu items. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. Waited inthe drive through for 15 minutes just to be told that they would not seve us.

If this is the Jack in the Box off exit 12, well let me just say this...the ugly blond girl that attended us was very rude when she handed our order at the drive thru window. Without thanking us she just handed the order to me and slammed the window. I checked the bag to see if there was any ketchup and called to her but was ignored until this guy noticed me. This whole incident happened at around 11:20 pm and no other customer was present. Not inside the restaurant or behind us. ps. The Jumbo Jack tasted pretty good. read more

This place is one of the larger Jack in the boxes I have been in. No surprises in the food and the place was clean. The parking lot fills with water as the ground drains don't seem to be working any longer. Even though it is in Arizona it is part of the San Diego regional office so no points on my Jack Club card. :-( read more

This spot showed me how bad fast food services is at times. I've come to this place so many times and this one time I come they tell me that they need me to pull in front. This has never happened before pulling in front of Jack in the Box. Waited almost 10 minutes just for two shakes and a dr.pepper. Once they came out they brought the two shakes we bought but only one straw. Just to make it so much better they ignored my partner when he asked for his dr.pepper and never brought out the drink even after waiting another 6 minutes. Careless workers as we drove away we saw them chilling in the back laughing and not being productive in anyway. I'll be back obviously because it's fast food and close but I believe workers should be evaluated more often then they seem to be. read more

I'm so disappointed, yall were the last stand of good fast food in the area, but your new chili burger was a major let down. They put a table spoon of chili on the burger, I would have rather had it over flowing messy that's what a chili burger is about messy, but like this it's like a burger with chili flavor. read more

Why any bad reviews??? This place was clean, great service, and good food. We usually stop at McDonalds or Wendy's on 16Th Street when traveling to and from San Diego but both of those have definitely declined in quality, service and cleanliness. This Jack in the Box rocks! read more

Horrible food, we got a replacement meal that they originally messed up. The replacement was disgusting. Wilted black lettuce, Chunk of fat instead of pork belly. The sourdough jack bread was so soggy it would fold in half when held up. No pride having, slop slinging, wannabe cooks. Hopefully they do't cook at home for their family. read more

It's a typical Jack-in-the-Box except for the fact that it is relatively new. The location is pretty convenient as it's one of the first fast-food, pit-stop places entering the east side of Yuma. The drive-thru is also open 24/7. read more
