I had such a wonderful experience at Burgers and Beer last night! The customer service was absolutely amazing, and I really want to give a special shoutout to Jules, who truly went above and beyond to make our dinner so enjoyable. It was my birthday, and he made it feel extra special. He brought out a nice serving of ice cream with chocolate sauce, which was such a sweet surprise. Then he had me put on the Burgers and Beer burger hat (which was so fun ) and took a picture of me with my entire family. He even framed it with their Burgers and Beer photo frame--such a thoughtful touch that made the night even more memorable. On top of that, the food was on point--very delicious and exactly what we were hoping for! Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. This is a very nice sports bar type of place. Firstly Greeted by a friendly hostess . We were seated right away at a clean table with our own TV . Very quickly our waitress (Anna) approached us and brought a menu with a large variety of items and styles. She explained specials and favorites. We both ordered the Tuesday special of a cheese burger, Fries and a soft drink. We both loved our meals and were discussing of who we would be bringing back for a meal. This time it was an early Sunday morning breakfast with a couple of co-workers, no send-offs required! I had a 2-egg breakfast, consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns and sourdough toast...and coffee. It went down well, particularly the sausage patties; they were a joy to eat! The general vibe? Sports bar unlimited! TV screens pointing out in all directions, while our server Brenda presented us with our delish meals! We sat inside and avoided the morning heat. Parking is a little tough during the busy hours but they have great servers, and tons of selection on food and drinks. TVs all over and plenty of space. Whew! The Chef McKinley burger Was 100 percent worth the price! The flavors were so perfect together and the half lbs of sweet potatoe fries with the good ranch served with it was the icing on the cake. I wish I'd thought to ask for three apple slices! It was a comparatively small bit of apple and if I'd been eating with my eyes closed I never would have detected apple by either texture or flavor. Here's my idea.... Thinner slices left raw and put three thin slices on the burger. It's a great idea. I'd suggest as you order be bold and speak up telling them how you want your burger patty prepared. They come well done. I'm in the medium rare camp! I required about a tablespoon of mayo to not get cranky about the overcooked meat. Speaking of condiments.... Both Ketchup and Mayo required shakedown as they were nearly empty! Our visit was approximately at 2:00 pm on a Saturday. Last week we ate here and the best thing was that they double fried my chicken wings per my request! (I don't like slimy wings) kudos and Hip Hip Hooray! I'd ordered 20 because I like leftovers! App packaged up I was heading out the door. Hostess happily held my to go container while I dashed into the ladies room! Within 3 minutes I returned. The bevy of hostesses chattered amongst themselves asking where the box had gone. I was clearly told it had been disposed of. Eye contact was intense! silence. Eye contact continued. The hostesses seemed not to feel like anything should be expected at this point from them. I waited. Eventually one came up with the idea to replace the missing wings. They weren't double fried.... But I was able to sear them at home the following day! Being empowered to TAKE CARE of customers needs to happen with ease. This is generally demonstrated by management and taught to staff and employees. read more

Always a great place to watch the game or meet friends for lunch. Plenty of tvs with every game in any season (football, baseball, etc). They have a wide selection of beers with local to standards and regional favorites. The food is always spot on, my favorite is breakfast/bunch with machaca and eggs. Service was terrible, it was very busy and the guy seemed overwhelmed. Came through on a drive by and threw down some menus as quick as he could and jumped around to a few tables around us and ran to the back. Did this a few times power walking and finally hit our table with another drive by. We ordered some waters and my wife ordered a drink. There were three of us at the table and the baby. And as soon as he got that drink order, boom he was off. Like, what about the rest of the people at the table. As he did another drive by to drop off the water and one drink I was able to stop him for our drink orders. Got those in and he was off. Came back and took our food orders still overwhelmed and moving at a race pace. That was our hole interaction. Terrible. Need more training/experience or more staff. If people have to wait longer but get good service they will come back. I'm not overly enthusiastic about going back with other options. Food was okay. I ordered a torta borracha. The sliders type sandwiches were okay. Avocado was good and the bun was soft, but the meat did not have any flavor or seasoning on it. So maybe healthier for the patrons. read more

I have been wanting to eat here because I have heard it's a good restaurant. The food was ok. We had breakfast, and I ordered the waffle with an extra side of eggs and bacon. The waffle was good- dense and soft, though, not light and fluffy with crispy edges like a typical Belgian waffle would be. The scrambled eggs and bacon were just ok. Not great but not bad either. The environment in the restaurant is nice. It's a fun place for sure. They have outdoor seating available. However, the service was subpar. We were seated very quickly and ordered within 5 minutes or so, but we waited 50 minutes for our food to be brought to us. The restaurant didn't seem too crowded and I am unsure why it took so long. In the meantime, the server only checked on us maybe twice. I had a toddler with me, and keeping my toddler entertained in a high chair for almost an hour is not an easy task. The server dropped off a carafe on the table with the coffee and I'm unsure if you get any refills (it was only enough for 2 cups total) and I was never offered a refill and didn't want to ask and have to wait on it. I also thought the prices were pretty high compared to other nearby breakfast spots. I definitely will not be back with my toddler until he is older and easier to entertain, so next time we try the food I'm sure we will just order it to go. What a horrible experience. We get there about 715pm. Server took a while to get our drink order but then was quick to take our food order. Then about 740pm server came to us to notify it was last call. Keep in mind it says it closes at 10pm. Nobody let us know it was closing early. If we would have know we would have gone else where. We were literally still eating when all the TVs turned off. It was a sign to get the hell out. I know it's Easter, however, they should have posted a sign saying they were going to close early or verbally let us know after they sat us. A large table next to us had just gotten their food when the music and TV's went out. These are the same businesses that beg for locals support but close randomly just to save a few bucks. read more
