Ir seems like anytime I go in at night either my fries are hard and cold or missing. When we order extra pickles and get two pickles its kinda confusing. Service seems to be quick but at what expense? Folks check your orders before you drive away... read more

I ordered a couple of jumbo jacks, two chicken sandwiches, for tacos and some fries. Everything was soggy and cold and tasted old and was the worst Jack-in-the-Box I've ever had. read more

Service is horrible, takes 10 minutes just to take your order, about 15 to actually get your food and then they always miss something

Workers suck i always order a source jack no tomatoes or ketchup and more then 50% of the time there is those things if I was allergic I would be suing read more

The service was really bad. Bad customer service bad. We ask if they could repeat my order and the turnaround and said it a bad tone and we ask for a refund and they when to get the manager and the manager was even more worse when we were leaving the manager showed me and my family the middle finger. So if you think about going here pls don't. read more

This jack in the box is fine but I just don't know why their nuggets look kinda odd when me and my family came to the drive thru the worker forgot to give a straw no worker ever forgets a straw that was very disappointing that worker needs to get fired overall the food is OKAY but otherwise I don't recommend. read more

Gross food, gas but they got my order completely wrong ruined my day. I had been driving for 8 Hou and was starving for then to just get it totally wrong, she even repeated my order back and got it wrong! read more

Fucked up my order and left out 2 large orders of curly fries and a milkshake. I came back from REDWOOD VALLEY to horrible service and was charged ¢65 to fix it. After I paid the worker threw my bag on the counter and walked away, before I was even out the door I heard 2 workers openly talking shit. read more

Wife went in to pickup an order for Door Dash and had to wait for 30 minutes to recieve it. The food was delivered cold due to the staff not being efficient in getting the order correct at the Lompoc, California restaurant. read more

I went through the drive through today at lunch and I regret the decision. It took 20 minutes to get to the pickup window, and once there I had to park out front to wait longer, (because I ordered tacos). Nobody came out, when I walked in to demand my money back the guy handed me my bag, I told him to tell his boss that they lost a customer today as I will NEVER go back. Oh yea, the food was gooey, stuck to the paper, tasted like shit, and was ice cold. The Jack in the Box Ukiah is a zombie apocalypse slop house. They deserve zero stars but that wasn't an option. read more

The grossest food I've ever eaten. Ever. I will never go to a Jack in the Box again. Nasty chicken sandwich, nasty taco, nasty tables. Disgusting. read more

I have been back twice now and things have really changed. The employees are very personable and have gotten my order right both times.

Bad service. Guy with glasses on the night shift refused service because we were "taking too long" while ordering for 7 people. Keep in mind this was 2am with no one else in line. Unprofessional and immature. read more

**not 24 hours** I pulled up at 4:45a and the "open 24 hours" sign was on and flashing, but they had put a street cone in front of the drive thru! Blocking vehicles! Shame on you. PS there was a door dash driver outside the restaurant calling them on his mobile phone trying to pick up his order he was trying to deliver! Shame. read more

Super slow service. Dirty inside and out. Not appealing at all. The young workers seem to fiddle fart around and show no/little effort for quick production. Training and or different staffing or management is in order b read more

Foods great when you get all your items! Certain night crew acts strange like they're on something though... maybe they need more help?

Stopped here on the way to Willits, service was fast. The dining area needed some cleaning. Like other reviews stated they get your food order wrong. Mine was made incorrectly, the food was hot and fresh unlike others had experienced by reading the reviews for this place. read more

Jack in ukiah has a bad rep of missing items, terrible customer service, horrible location, but I do have to say, when you're hungry in the middle of the night and you come to a long line not knowing only ONE man was running the whole restaurant, I can not complain. Instead, I want to praise Albaco running the drive thru, preparing everyone's food, walking outside delivering each order to help the next customer, I can NOT praise this man enough because he is one of the hardest working people I've come across. I've come across him before but never acknowledged him until today when I asked if he was working by himself. No fast food should be ran by one person especially when people have the munchies and have to wait. Albaco deserves a raise, employee of the month, anything because he deserves it for working very hard! He is one BADA$$ fast food employee and should be treated with respect and have patience when you see him working. Or else NOBODY would be making your favorite Jack meal tonight without him read more

Fast food is that but fresh made and served with a smile It is hard for any business to stay real clean when homeless people are storming there bathrooms and meeting for what ever read more

I'm beginning to think that the population of Ukiah can make any chain store/restaurant successful and likeable! After a run into Wal-Mart, I was on the prowl for NOW food. I had another 2 hr drive going south through SF and towards San Mateo and I needed substance! Jack in the Cracks it is! Drive-thru was a breeze, the cashier/to-go person was really really friendly and super cute! Anyhow, it's super rare to see someone smile in a fast-food joint - what a pleasant surprise! Got a chicken pita w/ fries and a Diet Coke. The pita was stuffed w/ slightly salted grilled chicken and super green/crisp lettuce, juicy chopped tomatoes....not perfect as a drive food, but definitely yummy! Fries - good! If I continuously ate fast food, I'd have no problem coming here! read more

I agree this Jack in the Box fast food has very friendly staff:) and I could say this because I worked here for 2 years:) 2007-2008. I really enjoyed working here because of the fact the management really knew what they were doing, they treat their employees well witch in return give great customer service. The food is good too, I like the fact they have more options like jalapeño poppers, and potato cheese wedges, and chicken pitas unlike other fast food restaurants. One of my favorite, and I could even compare to a restaurant is their mozzarella cheese sticks. They are the bomb! They also have the best buttermilk ranch dipping sauce! I do recommend for good fast- food and great customer service:) read more

Does anyone wash there hands???? Disgusting I watched all the workers take orders handle money then go back and handle food with there there hands...no wash no gloves. Nasty! I have been ordering through the drive thru the chicken teriyaki bowl combo with 2 extra egg rolls (total of 3) for years. They usually are added for about $2 more for both eggrolls. The new person was insisting I was wrong and was tryin to charge me $2 more for each one $4 total. So I went inside and tried to order through a different person. Same clueless result. Then you add all the homeless people lining up the drive thru. Word is the owner of Jack in the Box doesn't want to get on board with the surrounding businesses to help clean up the homeless mess which make the area a complete dive. Stay away! Won't be coming back to this JIB anymore! read more

EWW!! this place is disgusting! Besides the rampant homeless problem that is all around the building and at their buildings tables that they do nothing about the rest of the place is flat out nasty . I legit think I will obtain some sort of food poisoning. The drive thru window is caked in dirt and filth I don't thinks it's ever been cleaned. The worker was filthy dirt caked on her hands and black finger nails from dirt. Food all over her hands. She grabbed my iced coffee from the top I just could not drink or eat my food just thinking of how if the lady is that filthy what are the rest of the employees like??! She looked liked she hasn't bathed in days.. I feel sick just thinking about this. I can't go back here again. I remember when this was a place I wanted to go to now it's a place to avoid. The eye sore of Ukiah. Bummed out but hey it's only jack in the box so whatever read more

Horrible experience! Not only did they mess up our order (I only ordered 1 value meal), but they didn't put the lid on the soda so when I went to grab it from my drink holder in my car, it exploded all over me!! I went back in to tell them and to ask for a towel, they didn't even offer an apology!! Or offer to reimburse me for my order or anything. I will never be back to this Jack in the Box. Thanks for ruining my day.. I was out of town and had a lot of shopping to do, which I couldn't do after this experience because my pants were so wet... and sticky. read more

Trash. Not good at all. Food was sloppily put together. Not even the curly fries could save the meal. Hope they get it together soon.

Quick lunch on the road means sometimes fast food is the way to go. People here are amazingly friendly and the food was decent. Overall when in the area will come back. read more

This spot is serving some cold nasty microwave looking like food! Don't expect to get warm curly fries or fresh jack tacos, you will be wasting your money even if it's a dollar! The chicken nuggets are old, their burgers and sandwiches are sloppy and drinks are flavorless. This place is nasty all around and have to mention it has been for a while especially late night hours. Bad experience three times in a row in 8 months. Be aware this spot is terrible. read more

As sensitively as one can put this, the locals know this Jack in the Box as a regular homeless hang-out (see photo). It's situated across from the Wal-Mart parking lot, where a lot of the less fortunate like to congregate and camp out. Its outdoor seating beckons those transients to sit, hang out, and occasionally even solicit donations from drive-thru visitors. So... not a great spot to enjoy lunch al fresco with the fam, and not the pride and joy of Ukiah. That said, we still go here, and the food is fine, we just know what to expect, and we usually get it to go. Most of the other fast-food joints in Ukiah are fine. Burger King has a great vineyard view, and the McDonald's and Chipotle on Perkins are still fairly new, as is the In-and-Out on N. State. You can also pick up cheap eats at our new Costco just up the street from here (I don't believe you need a membership if you pay cash). read more

Jack in the Box - This location known for being heavily occupied by transients. Walmart and Jack in the Box seem unable to do anything about it. - Fast Food Near Me - Ukiah, California

My husband got food poisoning here today and is very, very sick. We won't be eating here again, the homeless can have this establishment.

Despite being ghetto, I chose to eat there. I cleaned the table off myself and ordered. I paid, sat down and waited while others ordered, got their meals and left. I finally asked the girl behind the counter if she had forgotten my order. She looked at me with the deer in the headlights look. I made my way through the smelly homeless people and left. The manager was sitting at a table and saw the whole thing. She didn't even make an effort to intervene. They kept my money and I left with nothing. It was really my fault, I knew it was ghetto and yet I still tried to eat there. read more

Heavy homeless people hanging out near the property n on it. Makes me uneasy going there because there's no way to escape them approaching u because of the high curbed drive thru. The employee working the drive thru sneezed into his hands n gave me attitude because I refused to hand him money w his nasty ass hands. Asked he washed his hands before the transaction was completed. First impressions are everything n I personally don't trust ANYONE that works there to make my food. On top of that, the food was disgusting, cold n overpriced. Will NEVER go back read more

would give 0 stars. went there at 9:57 pm, only people in the drive thru. told us to pull around to the front and we sat there for another 30 minutes before deciding to go inside so at this point it was already 10:30 pm. they acted confused and acted like we never ordered, and they told us they were closed. horrible experience. forgot our french fries and gave us a random diet coke instead of a large dr pepper. also feel unsafe in the area. disgusting. read more
