I hadn't been to a jack in the box for food in literal years... I think high school on Maui (1990s). I had been to get the Jack antenna balls in college, but that is also years ago. I came with my parents after picking them up at the airport in the evening after their flight arrived late Service was very friendly. We were welcomed. The guy at the register was super nice. Food was prompt, and the order was accurate. I got the curly fries which I have always liked. My dad loves their tacos -- he has some the 60s... I think it's his guilty pleasure. I was going to give yall a 5 star review I even sent it in. I love the location and it's a clean restaurant but when I get home to look in my bag all of my food is wrong like they gave me someone else's order and while I was at the drive thru the window guy acted like he was giving me the right stuff forgetting my shake and drink. I have tried to stop in at this location on 3 separate occasions later at night and have been told each time that they are not open. One was around 9:30pm a year ago, another time was 11:30 probably about 8 months ago, and this most recent time was sometime after 10:00pm on 09/25/25. It's Sunday 11:27pm worker was outside talking to another person, and ran inside to take my order. Was rude and upset I inconvenience him on his break. I ordered chicken strips and asked about the sauce options, he said to drive up to the window, and I could see them. He pointed at the sign on the window which I could not read and it was dark because it's 11:27pm. lol I asked him about a sauce and he said he didn't know anything about it. At that point I drove away. Why businesses put up with employees that don't care, or take pride in their work is not a good representation of that business. Tonight, November 8th, I went through the drive-through and Dan was less than friendly, but I can understand why he was grumpy because his coworker, a woman with glasses, was talking down to him in front of me as I waited in the drive-through for five minutes. Then they sent me home with a molded cluck chicken sandwich I repeat MOLD. In the past, they have burnt my clock sandwich and on election day I didn't even complain about it. They sent me home with a dried up chicken sandwich because I was the only one out at the drive-through on election day clearly and it sat there forever. read more

Worst jack in the box around. Hours say 24 but always a sign up saying only taking online orders. Staffing is not easy but maybe they need to shorten their hours as they are rarely open past 9pm. No sense in paying people to work in a closed store. read more

Please god, don't ever come here. The worker tonight told us to pull forward into the parking lot after placing a mobile order. We did, after 15 minutes I saw him eating inside at a table and it was just us in the parking lot. No one else. I'm pretty sure he forgot and I saw the bag from the front door on the window. We pulled into the drive thru and he gave us the same bag meaning it was ready for awhile. Thanks! I buy from this restaurant often for location convenience and have never had an issue with a single order. Team members always go out of their way to make sure the food's cooked great and that you have all you need when requested. Dining room is always clean and welcoming. Consistently the WORST service of any fast food chain I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's one of the only places in the area, so that's likely the only reason they still get business. Just a few of my experiences: - Pulled up to the drive thru to be told they're closed. - I've gotten to the pick up window with no one in front of me and waited 5+ minutes with acknowledgement. It wasn't until I honked my horn three different times before someone finally came over - tonight I came to the drive thru, and no one took my order. The pick up window was open, so I stopped and asked someone three times if they were open and was ignored. A different person finally came over and had to take my order at the pickup window. No one apologized. Again, that's just a few examples. The service is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. If management reads this, you NEED to get your act together. read more

Went here for breakfast, and Katrina working the front counter was great...sweet and friendly, and got our order right. Our breakfast sandwiches were really good...so was the coffee. They were very busy both dine in and drive through, and short staffed, but Katrina was really nice and so were the others working in back. We made a point of thanking them for their great service. If I could give a zero star, I would, every time I order food they never give me sauces in the bag, especially when it's for a delivery service. So I'll start by saying that I never go to JITB with the expectation of 5-star service. What I do expect from any restaurant establishment is to have my food prepared correctly and be treated with basic respect by employees and I got neither of those things today when dealing with Maria. Not sure if this woman hates her job or just herself, but she's got to be a miserable human being to speak to people the way she does. I'm just going to swallow the $13 cost of the order that they messed up. It's a small price to pay for not ever having to interact with her again. Every single time I've been to this location, I have always had a great experience. I've been here at every hour of the day on separate occasions over the past year. My go-to order is the #1 buttery bacon and Swiss with curly fries and a cherry coke. This location has consistently served me the freshest ingredients I've ever tasted from a Jack-in-the-Box. The buns have always tasted like they are fresh out of the oven. Meat and cheese don't taste like they've been sitting out and re-heated before serving. I don't know how they do it. I have always been greeted nicely and promptly. The early morning crew (5-10am) seems to be the most friendly, but I have no complaints about any other time I've been there. It's always been pleasant at minimum. Having only been through the drive-thru at this location, I can't speak on the dining room/walk-in side of things. I've personally never had a bad experience at this location and am willing to drive out of my way to come to this location because of how consistently amazing they've been in both food quality and service. I never thought I'd leave a review for a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant, but I'm simply amazed and impressed at the consistency of quality I get every time I've been here. I'm not usually one to complain. I deal with karen's on a daily basis, people who find things to complain about as I manage a store. This had to of been the worst experience ever in a drive thru. It started at the window, as it closed, he said, " holy crap, what an asshole". I'm not sure if he was talking to me but it was kind of alarming. I got my food, and as I driving away, I noticed the other worker through the window on his phone. When I arrived home to eat, the cheesecake I ordered wasn't in either bag, the drinks were flat, the tacos were crushed, & both the sandwiches were cold. It felt like one thing was just piling on another.. I get it's black friday, but I still expect to get the food I ordered. I was visiting my family from N.C. and was craving something quick to eat before we left to head back home. This location is in a great spot. Easy to find a parking spot. The drive thru is easy to get in and out of. The only downfall with this location is the waiting time. We spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line before we even got to the speaker. Once we got to the speaker to order, we were asked to wait. From there we waited 7 minutes to put in an order. Finally, we were able to order. We just got 2 meals with curly fries and drinks. From the speaker to the window was another 10 minutes. It's crazy to think that we waited about 35 minutes to order and get our food. That's a major inconvenience. However, the staff at the window was super friendly. The food was nice and warm. No complaints on that end. Maybe they were slow in the kitchen or short staffed?? Who knows... either way, it made for a sad visit. Hopefully they get the drive thru situation under control. That was the only issue. You got this you guys! read more

I live nearby, and this is the closest and only fast food that I want. Every time I drive by this location there is one guy who will always tell us they are closed. Just now I drove by, and they have the cones blocking the drive-through, yet they allow you to order online, but there is no way to pick up the food. I wasn't aware that having a fast food location in this area was going to create an inconvenience. I work late, in the restaurant industry, so I understand. I know it's pointless writing a review on yelp for a fast food place, but the guy didn't give me a receipt, so I can't exactly go to the store with the problem. Anyways, was there last night and ordered my food and a shake. When I ordered the shake, the guy said, "Uhhhhh....I don't know if I can make it." Umm ok. I told him it was fine and just asked for a different flavor instead. He said the same response, "Uhhhh....I don't know if I can make it." DUDE, do you have it or not? just say yes or no! Not that hard lol. Went up to the window to pay, and the guy actually did make the shake thank goodness (it was the only good part of my order) since he messed up my food order and gave me the wrong thing. I don't know how he gave me the wrong thing, because when I was finished ordering, he repeated the order back to me and everything was correct. Yet, he still gave me the wrong items. I can't really blame him, because it looked like he was the only one working there, or at least the only one working the drive-thru. For nearly half a year, my wife and I will swing by this JitB before heading to the one on Bell Rd. late at night (maybe 10-11pm at latest) in hopes they may serve us. Every freaking time, without fail, there's one male there that says they're not open or not serving. Why do you have a 24 hours sign, an employee there manning the drive-thru, but not serving food??? I will admit It all started when driving and I had to use the bathroom. So there was a Jack-in-the-Box off the next exit and well,... I love their tacos! When I pulled up I noticed this is probably the nicest Jack-in-the-Box I have visited. When I stepped in Jay immediately greeting me professionally and then engaged me with light humor. As I waited he did this with the next customer who happened to be a regular. jays humor is not annoying or smart, but is just what you need to get thru the day. That's when I realized that Jay is the best Manager (or Operator or Owner) of Jack in the Box I visited in my lifetime. He is maybe the best operator of any store I have visited.
