This place was a little inviting, but some of the employees were inconsiderate. I ordered a grilled southwestern chicken salad, and the employee had to ask the manager how to make it. The sweet was old, and the atmosphere was horrible. When I got the chicken salad, the chicken wasn't even sliced. When I asked for a knife to cut it, the drive-thru lady said some rude stuff, when she was not in the conversation. We continued to have a positive attitude with drive thru employees from start to finish (to lighten the mood of a late nightl) but were received with short, dismissive and dry responses/ attitude. Immediately felt uncomfortable telling them that our order of medium and large fries was missing but we came back around to tell them that they accidentally made a mistake. So we go to the Rigsby street location tonight . We ordered loaded fries and a buttery bacon swiss burger and a stacked grilled cheeseburger. We received a buttery bacon Swiss burger and loaded fries and instead of stacked triple cheese burger they gave us a regular burger soaked in mayo and lettuce and tomato. I tried calling bk because we went through the drive through and they would pick up and hang up the phone. They didn't give us a receipt . If I could rate zero stars for this location, I would. I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude rushing me towards the window without allowing me time to see the menu. When I was at the window with her I told her I would look at the menu on the app and she told me to go back to the line to look at the menu. She was a fat lady with a very bad attitude. The owner needs to do some random pop ins during the evening and night. The night shift is absolutely horrible, sometimes don't answer the drive thru and when you go to the window there is nobody there. I have hit this place up between 5am-7am about a dozen times over the last year on my way home from work. Only once was I able to get food and that's when I ordered through the app, and I only got half my order, had to go back to get the rest an hour later. They've always got some excuse: our register is down. There's only one person here. We're doing change of shift. The fry cook isn't here. We're cleaning the fryer. I've even been told "we're closed right now" and when I asked when they'd be open her response was, "when we open." Rude. This is the closest Jack to my house but I literally drive 15+ minutes outta the way to go to a Jack that will actually serve me food. Nowadays I only stop by this one to see what new excuse I get for not being able to serve me food. I stopped by this morning and there's now a sign that the drive thru is closed 11pm-7am until further notice. It's about time they made this choice, I don't know how the owner and general manager haven't noticed they make $0 in sales during morning rush while all the fast food joints around them are constantly busy. Jack-in-the-Box has always been my favorite fast food restaurant, but this place is a disgrace to the franchise. They should fire everyone or just shut the place down. I've gone twice and mind u I've been in the area 3 years and both times where the worse service I had ever had. The last time I went I pulled up to the drive through and the lady had told me they are not taking cards or cash and there systems are down. So I replied so I guess y'all are closed? Food here is HOT!!! Service is quick too. My cousin and I stopped here late night on a Friday and ordered several different things. The order took a bit longer than a normal spot, but it's because they were making it fresh. I've experienced similar wait times at places like Carl's Jr or Sonic. It's nice and it's not like you're going to starve to death. This is the only Jack in the Box for a while and you'd think they'd take advantage of that situation. Nope. Coincidentally their systems are always down when i try to give this place another shot, and I'm really only giving them a shot because the line at the McDonald's across the street is too long but how is it that their systems are down every time I go. I went in after school , ordered tacos , I noticed that they were making me tacos with no gloves whats so ever , the manager and crew members hands were all over my food . When I asked if they washed their hands he said "we had to wash them every hour " ok ??? You touch a lot within that time frame , your supposed to wash your hands before even touching food even at that you NEED gloves . I used to work here and gloves were MANDATORY and now there's new manager and crew and they don't wear any gloves , I ended up going back because i was very uncomfortable with knowing that hands were all over it . read more

This jack in the box is a disgrace to jack... We walked in and it was empty.. saw a tumbleweed roll across the floor... The customer service is terrible... They burnt my egg rolls... How do you burn egg rolls... Then I asked for sauce for the egg rolls and nuggets... And big nugget brought a handful... And just dumped them on the food... Her filthy paws clinging to the boogers or whatever else she was digging for behind the counter... As I was waiting for the food, I saw their chart of food cost... It was 31% and they want 28% the note below is word for word.. "quit waisting food" so they have been using food as a belt... They have 38% labor cost... This jack sucks. Went here during lunch break & they parked every person in the drive thru . I get why they park cars , I use to work at a jack & we did it often but I would think our food would come out fresh at least. That's why we parked cars because we were waiting on fresh food. All our food look/tasted old. They didn't put our sauce & forks in the bag. They also forgot to give us one of our drinks. They had to make multiple trips because of the items they forgot. Normally, this Jack in the Box is just a regular Jack in the Box. There has never been anything particularly special about it, in fact sometimes it has been just ehh. But I will give props when props are due. And today they rocked it! I ordered the sourdough Jack combo. I got it quickly, the girl at the window was really nice & fast. When I got home and saw my sandwich, it looked like a picture. I regret now I didn't take a picture of it to post here, but I was hungry. :-) Kudos to the cooks at the Jack in the Box today. The bacon was nice and crispy, the bread was toasted a beautiful golden brown. Overall 5 stars for a great sandwich! Thanks guys. read more

Wouldn't redeem my free curly fries offer from Yelp. The manager said no we couldn't use it. Anyway I told them to just take off the darn fries and then they didn't! and charged me anyway. Then I asked for my tacos to have no lettuce and then they charged me for another order of tacos when my combo came with them then all four tacos had lettuce..then I said no ice in my drink and it was full of ice. Went through the drive threw a little before 4 pm today and ordered 2 kids meals, one combo meal and some tacos before our son's Baseball game. Our order was wrong from the start, got to the window and had to have the order redone. The fries were cold in the kids meals, the combo meal was given with no fries.
