Went to Jack in Box to pick up breakfast only because it was convenient. Ordered hash browns and croissant sandwiches. The hash browns were so greasy, they had soaked up the container and fallen apart. I suspect their grease was not hot enough, so food simply soaked up the grease instead of cooking properly. I laughed when I read " caution, food may be hot" on the outside of the sandwich container. Not sure when the croissants were cooked, but it certainly wasn't hot or fresh. All of these issues have to be with poor management and employee laziness. I won't return. read more

I know it is weird to give a fast food restaurant five stars, but we really did have a stellar experience, here. We hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in ages, so we went inside to peruse the menu. There was no line and the server gave us some great recommendations about newer items on the menu. The new eggrolls are really good. The tacos are comfortingly the same as the ones we had back in college at 3am. The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger is still the best burger on the menu. And, they have lots of new sauces you can get for dipping your eggrolls, fries, etc. This place has that soda machine where you can get every soda imaginable. The Cherry Vanilla Coke Zero was great. And, this place is really close to the Philip S. Miller Park Ampitheater. So, you can snag some takeout and tailgate before a concert. read more

If yelp had an option for "no stars" this place is the winner. I believe the staff was striving to be the worst JB ever. First off, the dining area was NOT open at 10am even though the posted hours everyday is at 6am. We saw someone sitting in there not working and they told me the dining area is closed. The staff saw me and did not make an effort to signal they were closed. The staff did not apologize or explained why the dining area was closed when we used the drive thru. Not to mention another customer was also surprised this place was not open. This place lacked customer service. The staff at the drive thru window did not greet us nor was he friendly. His shirt was dirty and had a hole in it. He was also not aware of the promotions available and was unable to apply our coupon codes nor did not understand why he couldn't apply them both. Stopped by this jack in the box driving from the springs to red rocks, had multiple issues. Pulled up to the drive thru and wasn't greeted for seriously five minutes. Ordered a teriyaki bowl, a burger meal with curly fries and two tacos. We get to the window after 15 mins and the young boy in the drive through doesn't even say hello, just reaches out for my payment. He hands me my bag and no drink so I have to ask for my drink. Then I look in the bag and there's regular fries instead of curly. So I have to ask for the curly fries. I'm annoyed at this point so i take the fries and leave. Start eating my tacos and 15 mins later and 15 mins away from the jack in the box i realize they forgot the whole entire teriyaki bowl. We're driving from springs to red rocks for a concert so we can't turn around. So I call and tell the manager and the manager on the phone goes "yeah it's sitting here. I stopped by this location . It's right across the street from Burger King went through the drive-thru. The person who took my order was a middle-aged lady very nice very personable and had a great personality. She made getting a fast food meal very fun and I will certainly come back to that Wendy's she had a very personable speaking ability and really made my experience very lovely I was very very impressed. We frequent this location quite often and order quite a large order of tacos. However we are usually met with rather rude customer service once they hear the amount. I do understand the frustration as I also work in food service. I would never act that way at the register or to the customer themselves. Tonight was especially rude and actually had the employee yell out I better be on my break and also walk away as we were still talking to her to get our order. The absolute WORST fast food place I've been to. Been a few times since moving to Castle Rock a year ago. Staff is extremely slow. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not. Sometimes not even taking the next order until the previous one has been handed out. Orders are consistently wrong. One staff member said she can't keep up with all the orders as her reason for messing mine up. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru including me. Staff always looks disheveled. The older gentleman who appears to be the shift lead/manager has no customer service skills. I understand it's fast food and have low expectations. But as someone who worked fast food as a first job, I'm not even seeing the most basic customer service skills from these adults working here. Avoid this place. read more

Brought my mother who is visiting from Florida where they don't have this restaurant. The employees were LOCKED OUT!! How do ALL of the employees leave the building and lock themselves out!?
