I wish I could rate no stars because it deserves ZERO Stars. I am so disappointed with this driving school. First of all the staff doesn't know anything at all. They are completely lost most of the time not understanding their position. There is this one rude staff member named Lisa.. I spoke to her twice and both times she was rude. Jenny is the manager who is dishonest and rude and only worried about her company which is understandable but in order to have her company running she needs her customers to pay. If she can't provided correctly there is no income coming her way. However, this is what happened that made me want to leave a review and warn people to save their time and energy and MONEY. I recently paid for a 7 package class with the 5 hr class included and as well for the road test. I was recommended by this place by my aunt who recommended me Joesph. He no longer works there but trained someone named Matthew who is Jenny the manager son. So I paid half for 3 classes and I was going to pay the other half after the rest of the classes. So what happened was that I got really sick with the stomach virus I was in the hospital. The day I was in the hospital I have gotten out at 5 am and called the Driving school to inform them I have the virus I needed to be excuse because I was also excuse from work. They rejected me and told me that I was suppose to call 24 hr in advance and notify them that I need to cancel ahead of time which is understandable but in the situation I was in I couldn't afford to call 24hr ahead because I got sick after the driving school closed. So I took the class, I informed my instructor that I wasn't feeling well I had the virus and that I was sick he understood and said if I want to resch the class I can but I told him that Lisa had informed me if I resch I will lose the class and they would still take my money. He got upset to see how the staff acted knowing I mentioned I was in the hospital that very morning and that he will speak to his mom. I didn't finish my full 45 minutes because of how I felt I stayed in the next day and called to cancel due to the fact my instructor okay it, if I wasn't feeling well it would be okay. So Jenny the manager picks up and says I will not be able to resch or schedule anything till I pay the balance.. I had informed her that I had to cancel a class with her son because I didn't feel well. most of the times that I called the office she never knew who I was or was lost and rude about the situation she said she doesn't care what the instructor said I have to still pay for the class I missed which was unfair because Im paying for a full package I should be able to get the class back. She was really nasty and rude and low class. The next thing she tells me to bring in my hospital note to excuse the class and be able to sch it I went to the office and she wasn't there but I gave it to Rosa and there was another girl there again none of the staff know what to do. They don't know any answers and there is always someone in training. Rosa told me she will have Jenny call me so I can speak to her she never called. So I called in and spoke to jenny, AGAIN she had no idea who I was or what was my situation but however when I explained to her I left her a note if she received it she claimed she didn't and she had no Idea what I was talking about.. she told me that she not going to give me the class back because if she did her business would go down thinking it is okay and that her business was more important than my health, Yet I am paying her for her services. She also said that she will speak to Rosa when she can when she sees her. I asked her how do you run your office nothing get communicated she says to me she runs her office as fit for her. Which was such a tacky response. She is only invested in the money. Well I am going to invest my money else where because she is highly NOT recommended. Lady and Gents business's like this shut down when they don't invest correctly. Believe me she wont be running for long. You invest your money wisely and get the services you PAY for. Jenny driving school will not provide you correctly and her staff don't know anything ever beside lisa because shes a simple sidekick. Theyre dishonest, and low class they need your money in order to keep running their business. don't do it to yourself. If anything happens or an emergency happens it should be okay to resch a class you are paying for... Invest wisely you need proper teaching and support. NOT to mentioned Jenny kept 80 bucks extra class are 33 bucks I took 3 classes THOSE Bitches are slick. read more
