Unfortunately, my experience with this driving school was horrible and very disappointing. I would…read morenot recommend it based on my experience. One of the biggest issues was the lack of transparency and communication. I was told different information regarding the number of driving hours and the requirements, and I felt that customers were not given clear or consistent information. They also would not provide my 5-hour class certificate unless I paid beforehand, which I found very unprofessional. Another major issue is that they do not provide a contract or clear written agreement when you sign up, which makes it difficult to know exactly what you are paying for and what services you are supposed to receive. The instructors also did not focus enough on teaching the specific skills needed to successfully pass the road test. Considering how much money they charge, I expected much better instruction and guidance. The prices are very high, but the quality of service and communication did not match the cost. Communication was also a serious problem, both in English and Spanish. There was a lack of clear communication between the office, instructors, and customers, which made the entire process frustrating and confusing. Overall, I feel that I spent a significant amount of money without receiving the quality of service, transparency, and support that I expected from a professional driving school. I hope they improve their communication, pricing transparency, contracts, and instructor training because customers deserve better.

Balty is THE BEST!!! Seriously, he's one of the best…read moreinstructors out there. THE BEST, in my opinion. He teaches you step by step what to do. I went from first time behind the wheels to passing my test, the first time, in just about two months. He's nice, funny, and patient, yet firm. He tells you what you need to do not just to pass the test, but also how to drive in real life, safely. I was very nervous getting behind the wheel. He got the nervousness out of me. I am now a pretty confident driver. He's very observant and catches the little things that you probably weren't noticing and points them out. Like I said, he doesn't just teach you how to pass the test. He teaches you how to be a good driver. I highly recommend Balty to everyone who needs their license.

Im sure If I didnt hit the curb I would have passed with 20 points for at least parking far from curb. Dont be an idiot like me trying to perfect everything. BTW on my last review I said about jet driving school. After taking 3 lessons with the instructor who seem like she owns that place, I cancelled. Instructor super strict with super old car that will not work with new drivers like us. I recommend Totally Cool Driving School anytime. My next road test is on June with same school . Goodluck! Hey Yelpers, I decided to review my experience here. My first time driving. Have a road test scheduled for May 3. So you bet that Im coming back to update my result. So my instructor is Teresa. Yes I have read all the reviews. Yes she is lesbian. No she does not flirt like someone else said. She has some instances like make stuff sound flirty and when laughing she would have some funny gestures, but thats it. People only get distracted and uncomfortable when a person with different sexual preferences do it. Just pay attention to your driving. Your not there to feel other thing than driving. Btw Im a 100% straight. I just think if a person cannot learn with a lesbian instructor ask not to have her. If your only feeling uncomfortable, You wont learn anything. So yeah I have taken 8 classes and just missing 2 of them. Teresa does be on her phone alot, but she will teach you good things. So Im close to my road test so I decided to book with Jet driving school for the next two weeks. Im so glad I did for my last two weeks because I have so much to learn. And its true Teresa never helped me have wheel control. No teaching that I have to move to different sides whenever Im turning. She hasnt help with many stuff. Ill say one cool thing about this school. Is that they have new cars. You can take their car to the road test with no doubt, but jet driving school still have old cars. So they are amazing to practice and brush up, but not to take on road test. At the end this is a great school just dont stick only with one because others have many stuff to teach ya. Plus this jet driving school had everyday I needed. They arent overbooked like cool driving school.

My driving instructor, Frank Dao, is hands down the best instructor I have ever had. After going through multiple instructors at another driving school who never took the time to explain my weaknesses or how to improve, working with Frank was a game changer. He clearly explains mistakes, makes sure you understand how to correct them, and gives detailed, practical tips for everything, from mastering turns to parallel parking. Thanks to Gold Success and Frank's incredible instruction, I passed my road test, and I am truly grateful. I couldn't recommend them more!

I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this driving school.
