She gave me correct parking instructions compared to other instructors. We did a lot of practice and she took me to roads that were hard and tough to drive. She was also flexible and allowed me to take night classes that worked around my work schedule. The bad thing was almost every class was late at night when the sky was pitch black although it did challenge me enough to drive through the streets in the dark. While I was grateful for the switch, I do feel the school should have provided me with a makeup lesson since my first one was a complete waste of time. Called to ask for more info and the receptionist (sajida) was extremely sweet and helpful, she said I could pass by same day and so, I did. Since I'm in the midst of moving to NJ I needed to start my lessons quickly. On the same day sajida arranged with my instructor Rahim (he is also in charge of everything). Once another young lady took care of me while I was at their office a little earlier before my second lesson and she was super nice too! Rahim is an older man who is very straight to the point and answered all my questions, he lets you drive and explains as you go. Because of his accent it may be hard to understand certain things sometimes, but it's not difficult. I would recommend him as an instructor. He was my instructor for 3 out the 5 lessons. Then came Iman (not sure if that's how his name its spell) he is a young guy, explains things very easily, I took my last 2 lessons with him and we concentrated mostly on parallel parking and broken U-turn. He also explains every mistake and what not to do that will get you an automatic fail. Iman also took me to the road test today and I PASSED! ON MY FIRST TRY. I combined Rahim and Iman's way of teaching and thanks to that I must say I did it. I will bring my husband and mother to take their lessons here very soon!

One class, certificate, booking appoint and road test with school's car. We requested and pay a little extra for rush appointment. I was told by my instructor that she would pick me up at 1pm . 1:00pm rolls around and nobody is there so I call her and she tells me 1:30. Okay, I thought, no big deal since my test is at 3pm. 1:30 rolls around and nobody is there to pick me up. I start calling and no answer. I call their office and I'm told to not "freak out" because she's probably held up in traffic. 1:45pm. 2:00pm. It's now one hour before my driving test, and it takes half an hour just to drive to the testing site from my home. 2:10pm. The instructor shows up, completely unapologetic and full of excuses. It takes almost an hour just to drive to the testing site and I received NO lesson (which I paid for. Anybody could have taken me to the testing site. What am I paying you $95 for???) After I am dropped off to my home afterwards, I immediately head to their office to speak with the manager. The "manager" looked like a teenage boy and smelled like weed and alcohol. I maintained my composure and very respectfully told him I did not receive what I paid for. This young man was NOTHING BUT RUDE in return, to the extent that I had to leave the office without a refund, without even a discount for a future lesson. He made no sense what so ever, telling me to "look at the weather outside" before asking why the instructor was late. This idiot even asked me if my boyfriend is ever late picking me up. THAT WAS IT. I WAS OUT OF THERE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL. They do not care about you once they get your money in their pockets.

I called this school on Friday to see when they offered it, and the person who answered said they would have the class at 11 am on Sunday. I asked if I need to register or anything, and the man said that I should just show up on Sunday with my learner's permit. I got up early on Sunday, bundled up against the cold, took the subway there and when I showed up at 10:45, the door was shut with a metal grate over it. I waited until 11:15 in the off-and-on snow, and called the school several times, but nobody answered (by the way, this school advertises itself as a 24 hour open school). So.... needless to say, I won't be using this driving school. And I can't recommend it. Of course, this is just based on bad information one employee gave me -- perhaps this is a really great school and they just had one misinformed employee. If you do choose to use this school, I would recommend double or triple checking that the information you have is correct.
