they are scammers ! they lie ! they never follow up. the supervisor is always in a meeting and…read morenever reaches back out. they got me an insurance policy and for months told me that they have canceled it and then tell me after waiting and receiving a bill due to non cancelation and the insurance policy being open for months from the agency they told me that they weren't contracted and cannot cancel the policy. once the worker made me pay a discount course that I had already taken and never reimbursed me for the mistake. once you get insured with them you cannot cancel the policy till they decide to do so and the proof is to surrender your plates. they also never wanted to change my policy and claimed that no one else would take me but it was because they were contracted with certain companies. I checked geico and they had a policy for me in minutes and lower than what they offered which means it's to their convenience and not what's the best price available. be aware of the scam and non reliability of this company. Never would I be a prisoner with these liars again.
