they are scammers ! they lie ! they never follow up. the supervisor is always in a meeting and…read morenever reaches back out. they got me an insurance policy and for months told me that they have canceled it and then tell me after waiting and receiving a bill due to non cancelation and the insurance policy being open for months from the agency they told me that they weren't contracted and cannot cancel the policy. once the worker made me pay a discount course that I had already taken and never reimbursed me for the mistake. once you get insured with them you cannot cancel the policy till they decide to do so and the proof is to surrender your plates. they also never wanted to change my policy and claimed that no one else would take me but it was because they were contracted with certain companies. I checked geico and they had a policy for me in minutes and lower than what they offered which means it's to their convenience and not what's the best price available. be aware of the scam and non reliability of this company. Never would I be a prisoner with these liars again.

She never got back to me within the week she said she would so I began my onslaught of phone calls to inquire again and AGAIN! Each time she said she'd have to get back to me and never did. I eventually jumped the gun and just got the auto insurance because my policy renewal date was coming up with a different company and I didn't want to play the refund game. After locking me in, Inez neglected to get me the requested info for the renters and motorcycle. I have since called on various occasions and have always gotten the "I'll get back to you" from her and some other guy at the firm. Its been a good year now. You folks give Latino's a bad rep. Make us all seem like unreliable yes men. Perhaps that's what you're going for. Unfortunately some of my people pride themselves with showing up late and never calling back when they say they will as if it were a good thing...It isn't. Call back and follow up. Or at least pick up the phone. Your office hours are from 9-6 Impossible for you to be too busy to answer between 10 and 5. Now my premium has gone up an extra 50 bucks in a year and I haven't had an accident, speeding ticket or any other infraction for that matter. I dunno what to say... Good luck if you do use them, otherwise use a different progressive agent. They suck.

I made countless phone calls and hours on end! no one ever called me back nothing ever got done. I was frustrated and angry. my daughter had been sick a few times and I had to take her to another doctor and pay out-of-pocket for the services and her medicine because my insurance for her was not working.
