If you ever get into any auto accidents, pray the driver is not insured by this so called company. I have encountered this company twice. Once in 2016 because my car got hit and it took literally months for me to hound them. In the end, my insurance was able to determine that they're completely at fault so I had to use my insurance to fix my damages while my insurance continues to work with American transit to get the money. Fast forward in 2019, my foot was rolled over by a taxi. (I KNOW. SO UNFORTUNATE!!!!). I am constantly receiving mail from American transit about missing no-fault claim application which I have sent. When I try to call, I am always left on hold for what seems to be about 30min at times to even an hour! I was able to finally get ahold of someone but she puts me on hold again. Then I am told that the system is down and to call back later ... This is ridiculous. It shouldnt be this hard to contact a company that's so wildly used.
