Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding!! The place that could have made you oh so rich if you had put your money on Facebook, Amazon and Netflix 10 years ago! Oh, in hindsight! Yelp stock is traded elsewhere though.

The crossroads of the entire world, Noo Yawk! Great place to work if you like fear and intimidation from your bosses. Also if you like having to wear your coat to keep warm inside on a cold day because the heat doesn't work. Good place to be promoted to your own level of incompetence. Friendly bunch of alcoholics to work with.

The new epicenter for Capitalistic stooges brought to you from the one and only Times Square--the other place in FiDi is yesterday's news.

Escorted outside for photographs, and you see your face on the really huge display in Times Square (mine was).

I am a blogger and I make maybe about $1K a year from that (I also have a "day job"). The first time, I foolishly applied one day before I changed my name with the SSA, since I just got married. Their system flagged that, and I don't blame them. However, since then, they asked for a hard copy of my license (with my new name) and SSA card (ditto), which I provided. I waited a week or two, and no new info, so I called them. They informed me that they also need the BACK of my SSA and license, so I sent that. A few weeks later, I called again - they said they received one but not the other (They were in the same envelope ...). I asked the person on the phone what would happen if they canceled my application - i.e., how long would I have to wait to reapply - and he said 15 days, so I asked him to remove my application so I could try again, presumably without all this hassle. Lo and behold, I waited the 15 days - and had to unlock all my credit again, too (I keep it locked for security reasons/I've been hacked before) - and I get a "we are working on your application" message. It says it will take up to 10 business days, which will be this Friday. I have no doubt that I will have to call them AGAIN to get an update, even though it says I can check it online (the "we are working on your application" message has not changed since I applied, this time, btw). I have over an 800 credit score and have NEVER had to work this hard to get a credit card. If this is how they treat potential customers ... how do they treat their existing ones?

Great experience with filing my tax returns. Been going to the firm for a few years now and it's…read morealways been a good experience. My return isn't super straightforward, there are kids, houses, investments (domestic and international), + a few other random things and it's been such a straightforward process. Answer a survey. Provide the documentation. Everything is handled. The team is also very responsive and willing to hop on calls if I need to talk through anything. Will definitely continue to go to them for my accounting needs, including any things beyond my tax returns that might pop up. Pricing is incredibly fair and honestly a great value at the price point.

Staff turnover is insanely high and there is no internal coordination. This resulted in our engagement to amend our 2024 review for missing depreciation being completely ignored. We received an amended return that asked us to pay 22k in extra tax because the new accountant thought the return was to "update nyc" to a full year of income and avoid risk even though we had a clear move date. You will never be able to talk to George Dimov - he completely ghosts you after the sale. The accountants also make silly errors constantly you have to bring up and correct. This is on top of the lack of communication, hitting deadlines, etc that I previously complained about to even get the accountants to start working on my file. If you want to babysit someone the entire time and make it 100x harder to do your taxes than doing it yourself - this is the place to waste your money.
