Doesn't get much better than this. Since I started driving in 2009, I was with Geico for a decade, then Progressive. I got slammed with a rate increase, so I had to shop around. This office was, by FAR, the easiest experience I have ever had quoting insurance for a vehicle. I work in insurance myself, and was almost jealous of how simple this entire process was for me, the customer. They already had my entire driving record on-hand, gave me a price ON THE PHONE during my initial call, and they're even taking care of the cancellation process with my previous carrier. I seriously didn't have to lift a finger. Super impressed and happy with this agency, especially Claudia Antigua, the broker who assisted me with setting this up. She's a pro... Period. I can't say enough about this office. It's not just about work for them, they really go out of their way to help you and ensure that you're taken care of. The entire staff is wonderful. They answer all questions very clearly, they carefully listen to your concerns and they genuinely enjoy what they do. If I could give this place a zero I would. Originally everything went fine, I told the lady there that I had never had insurance before and they were okay with it and provided me with a policy. 2 months later they notified me that THEY made a mistake and placed me in the wrong division and that my monthly payments would go from $256 to abt $500 PER MONTH! Not to mention my insurance policy was cancelled and they never told me that - thank God nothing happened. Stay away from here and if you do go here make sure you double triple check your policy and what you qualify for. read more

Motorcycle riders seeking coverage and anyone who values customer service should avoid this agency and State Farm as a whole! In short, after I became a State Farm customer, this agent was extremely unresponsive to my multiple attempts at communication and do not give motorcycle riders the same benefits that other insurance agents do. I previously had motorcycle insurance through this State Farm agency and switched because of the poor customer service experience. It is common to stop or reduce motorcycle coverage during the winter months as many people do not ride in the cold. When I reinstated my coverage as the weather warmed up, I started being charged a higher monthly rate to make up for the coverage that I didn't have during the winter months. In my experience, insurance companies do not increase your rates to make up for money you saved during the winter months. When trying to reach my agent to discuss, the customer service experience was absolutely terrible. I work a job which does not allow me to be on personal calls for long periods during the day. Therefore, I chose to email my agent about my questions. In the evenings I called the general State Farm customer service line; however they told me that only my state farm agent can discuss my policy with me. I told them that I was having issues getting through to them via email, however they were not able to do anything beyond sending my agent a message telling them that I was calling them to inquire about my policy. It took several follow ups to get an actual response to my emails. At this point I decided to close my policy (which of course had to be done through the agent as well). They were unable to close the policy until they had received the declarations page on my new policy. I told them that I would have my new provider send them the information, and asked if they could just confirm if they did/didn't receive it. Of course they never confirmed. I had to call back again to ask them if they received the documents. This process repeated multiple times until they finally closed my policy. When closing my policy I also had asked them to refund my unused premium that had already been paid. Of course, they never addressed this. I ended up having to take time out of my weekend to call my agent and ask for them about my refund. They then told me that they did not think I was eligible for a refund and told me that they would let me know once they've confirmed this. It has been over a month and I still have not heard back from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agent and company. I have since switched to Progressive where I am paying less per month, do not have to go through my agent for policy inquiries, and am getting the benefits of a reduced policy during the winter without having to pay for it later. read more
