I have had the pleasure of working in the Pam Radin Insurance office, as a result of Super Storm…read moreSandy 10/29/2012. The storm literally did horrific damage to the Shores of Long Island, Long Beach, The Rockaways and Breezy. Pam has fought tooth and nail for Insureds. She is the most concerned Agent I have ever seen (I have about 15 Years Insurance experience) She takes every loss as if it were her own. This storm affected Pam and her family as well as her agents homes. They lost all of their vehicles, and as of today are still not back in their homes as a result of the Flood Damage. This did not stop Pam from making sure her Insured's were taken care of first. She treated every claim with uptmost priority. She treated each Insured like they were family. To be part of the Radin Insurance Family has been a priveledge. Meeting Pam, Amy and Leslie has been a delight. Each of these women take their jobs seriously and go above and beyond when assisting an Insured. Whether it is New Business or a claim Pam is the Gal to have on your side! I can not praise this Agency enough.

I worked on location (hotels, salons, stores, boutiques, peoples' homes, and a variety of special occasion venues) as well as in the beauty studio I had at home. This required a specific kind of insurance, and Ability searched to find a policy that suited my business model. My account manager was Nicole Paige. She was professional and courteous throughout the time she handled my account, and she provided above-and-beyond customer service when I closed my business. Throughout my business relationship with Ability, I experienced the agency, and Nicole, as uber-professional and customer-oriented. Just the best.
